(From the Madoka Magica PSP game)

I don’t think I’ve ever had so many Mami feels. I really think that, to Mami, failing to save her parents is her biggest regret. She knows that, had she only phrased her wish differently, she could still have her parents. But, at the time, her mind was so clouded by pain and confusion all she could say was “save me."

Friendly reminder that in the Good Ending of Sayaka’s route in Madoka Magica Portable– Sayaka, realizing how dangerous Walpurgisnatch is, decides not to call for Kyoko’s help to ensure she is safe and leave Mitakihara up to her if they ever happen to lose to the witch.

Kyoko: We’ll meet again, Sayaka!!

Kyoko: We’re friends, aren’t we?

Sayaka: Yes… we’re friends… precious friends…

And in the end, Sayaka dies all alone pressumely without Kyoko ever knowing about it until she ever returns to Mitakihara and finds the city in ruins.

Hello friends! Kyubox here with one of my favorite ships!

Those who know me well will know that Kyubox is quite found of Kyouko x Mami, so once again Kyubox will try and convert the masses into shipping this the only way I know how.

With suffering.

This is a teddy bear! Isn’t it cute? It’s from the PSP game. It’s a bear that  Mami cherishes very much~ In fact, there’s a reason why Mami loves this bear you know.

It’s a gift from Kyouko.

Back when Kyouko and Mami were friends and partners, Kyouko won this bear in a UFO catcher game at the arcade and gave it to Mami. Mami’s kept this bear ever since.

Isn’t that sweet?

……..

This is Mami Tomoe’s grave.

After Mami dies, Kyouko digs a grave for her and buries her around her church. You can even see the church in the background. Then she places Mami’s favorite bear by the grave so she won’t be lonely.

Partial Translation Now Available!

You’ve asked, you’ve waited, you’ve wondered, and now, you’ll be able to play it! Wait no longer, for the day is finally here! The partial translation patch for Puella Magi Madoka Magica Portable is NOW AVAILABLE! Download it below, but before you do that, here is some information about what you’ll be able to experience in this build of the game.

-The prologue is completely translated. Parts of the first chapter have been translated. We’re working hard on reinserting and fitting all of the text from the script into the game, so please give us some time. We’ll update a bit more infrequently, but no need to worry; we’re working hard!

-Most, if not all, UI/battle/menu text has been translated. (excluding tutorial pop-up images, due to insertion issues) We worked hard on making sure all of the UI, battle, menu, and dungeon text (excluding voiced dungeon text) would be fully translated when releasing this build. Because this build has most of the English text in the form of this type of text (UI/battle/menu text), we’ll be including our saves so fans can experience the game’s battle system. We hope everyone enjoys it!

-The patched ISO can be played on the following devices: PSP, (Any model, as long as it supports CFW) PS Vita, (Any firmware version that supports eCFW) and PPSSPP. (On all devices that support it) Those using PPSSPP must follow a few instructions to make sure the game works properly.

Make sure that you are using the latest version of PPSSPP (which you can download here: http://www.ppsspp.org/), and that “Fast memory (unstable)”, “Multithreaded (experimental)”, and “I/O on thread (experimental)” are all unchecked in the “System” section of the Settings menu in PPSSPP.

Also, please make sure to open the instructions file included in the archive, so you’ll know how to patch the game.

We are planning another partial translation patch, so we hope this pleases fans in the mean time!

Click here to download the patch!

In case you missed it on our Facebook…our secret cosplays were the Madoka Magica Witches!  These were our original designs inspired by the designs from the Madoka Portable game. :)

And dude… we won freaking Best In Show at the masquerade.  Still pinching myself.

I’m currently waiting for some awesome shots of Homulilly to come my way, so sit tight! :)))))))

Chenkari Commissions!

$7 for Sketches, $20 for line art, (can be colored loosely if you wish) and $25 for full flat color.

Things I won’t draw :

NSFW, Animals, Muscular people, Mechs, or Furry Things. I’m just not very good at drawing those sort of things, and I don’t want to give you a bad drawing! I don’t do backgrounds either because I’m not very good at them. I can give you flat colors with simple designs or transparent backgrounds. This doesn’t apply to the sketch commissions because they are typically semi transparent as well as watercolor, because they are traditional and scanned. Please let me know if you want something a certain way!

Things I’m Best At Drawing :

Feminine characters with fluffy dresses, magical girls, monster girls, especially touhou characters. Those are what I draw the most often, so I have more experience making those sorts of things.

Check out more of my art here!

Payment :

I use paypal for my commissions! And I will not draw until I am paid due to previous events. Please contact me through my askbox or fanmail for my paypal address.

If you can’t buy something, I would appreciate if you spread the word!

Today on Walpurgis Night

Jon and Arin play Puella Magi Madoka Magica Portable. Jon attempts to unlock the route where Homura gives up and just decides to repeatedly have lesbian sex with Madoka until she can only speak in pleasured moans and cannot physically contract with Kyubey. After searching through dozens of walkthroughs and literally going through each individual file of the game in search of an answer, he comes to the realisation that there is no such route. He is admitted to the Anime Psychiatric Hospital by Jacques. Arin admits he has a major crush on Mami and fell into a deep spiral of depression when she died. Barry becomes a god. They all realise that they don’t know how to play the game.

Namco Bandai and Nitroplus are working on a Puella Magi Madoka Magica Portable game and they turned the series into a 3D dungeon crawler.

In the dungeon part, you pick one of the girls or set up a party before entering. Each girl has their own characteristics and spells sourced from the anime. The game uses a turn based system where you have to pay attention to the distance between your character and the enemies. The adventure part has players pick events from a map. These can either lead to conversations or new dungeons.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica Portable is based on the anime, but has alternate routes to see depending how you play the game. Namco Bandai hired animation studio Shaft (the same company that handles the anime) to create an original opening for the game.

Witch's Kiss: Quitterie

After a few hours of fiddling around, I finally managed to recreate probably one of the most hardest of the witch’s kisses.

I present to you the kiss of Quitterie, the needle witch:

I thought Homulilly was hard, but damn I couldn’t figure out what the hell the lower half was. I kept looking at my references and trying to smooth them out so I could see it better but nothing worked so I just went with what I thought I saw.

Might not be accurate, but I’m pretty damn close and that I’m really proud of. (Except I accidentally made it small, ooops)

I used these references:

I wasn’t sure which one to do, so I picked the first one because it looked cooler. Even if I picked the other, it’d still be a bitch to do. Maybe if I’m feeling up for it, I’ll do the other version.

I’m also up for critique on it, pop me a message if there’s something you’d like to point out.

Quitterie (along with Gertrud) are my favorite witches. Other than the fact that the needle witch has Kyubey all over her, the related backstory is simply fascinating. Just by looking at this kiss, I can get a feel for what the girl must’ve been like a lot more.

Me thinks Quitterie must’ve loved Kyubey… and I don’t mean normally. Probably disturbing, yes, but it doesn’t sound like something too far-fetched in Madoka Magica. At least the way my head canon sees it.

Progress Report (October 2014 - February 2015)

Hello there, everyone! This is Mystic from TRADUKO Soft, here. Let’s talk a little bit about Puella Magi Madoka Magica Portable, our very first fan translation project, which has a second build planned for release on September 15, 2015.

As we’ve seen over the past few months, many people are really excited for this project to be completed, and we can’t wait to finally get it out once it’s done.

Of course, we’re always looking for ways to make our fans happy and to give everyone a definitive fan translation of the game. So, we’ve done a lot of work on touching up the menus in the games.

As most of you may have seen in January, a lot of work has gone into making a much more translated patch. And even better, we’ll be creating a new way to patch the game using our own patcher tool. We’re also working hard on making sure this patcher tool includes a way to make sure you have the latest version of the game itself, so no one will have any bugs while playing the game. As we are currently working on this patcher, there is sadly nothing we can showcase as of yet. Once the patch is closer to release, it’ll be finalized, tested, and ready to be showcased. However, we’ll do our best to make sure everyone gets sneak peeks at what we’re working on, so please make sure to check back here often.

Which brings us to our second major topic: Progress reports!
It’s been a while since we’ve given progress reports, especially on a weekly basis. So, we’re bringing it back! Starting in March, we’ll be giving progress reports. Make sure to check them out, as they’ll be available on our new site once it’s open.

Now, let’s move on to Persona 2: Eternal Punishment.

As some of you may have heard, we have been getting some assistance from SkyBladeCloud, who is a very well-known programmer in the fan translation scene, and has done work on many projects, including texture mods for other games. He’s very skilled, and was one of the major people at Operation DOOMTRAIN, which I was part of. He’s been working with us to look around the game, and so far, we like what we’re seeing. Font pointers, bitmaps, text, and a few other things have been discovered. It’s a little hard to explain, but what we can say is that it looks like we’re on to something. If SkyBladeCloud joins our team, progress will really make leaps, and we could show info as early as the fall season. All I can say for now is that all image files in the game have been translated, and all I need to do is insert them into the game, so that’s about 20% translated.

Of course, there are more plans, including possibly bringing back a certain group for this. But, for now, I’d say that’s best kept a secret.

And finally, let’s talk a bit about Conception.

Sadly, we haven’t made as much progress as we had hoped. But, we’re looking for ways to get into this game, and I thank people for waiting. I apologize deeply for this.

Of course, the one big question is when you’ll see more footage. Don’t worry! Throughout next week, we’ll be uploading new trailers for Puella Magi Madoka Magica Portable, as well as opening the full official websites for these projects to the public. So, please be patient. We just want to make sure the sites work properly, and that all footage is nice and ready to be uploaded.

When the sites are open, you’ll be able to access them via the following links:

http://www.tradukosoft.com/
http://pmp.tradukosoft.com/
http://p2ep.tradukosoft.com/

We’ll also make sure to post exactly when the sites are open, so don’t worry about missing out on them opening.

To finish this post, I’d like to say one more thing. Testing positions are now open again, so send in your requests to support@tradukosoft.info or message us on here.

We’ll make sure to read them. There are five testers wanted, and each will get their builds in early April, so if you feel willing to test the game, make sure to send in your email or message.

Thank you for your continued support, and we hope to please everyone with our projects. We are very excited to be releasing the second patch for Puella Magi Madoka Magica Portable later this year!
