The Zodiac Signs’ Deeply Buried Truths and Dreams

To understand a zodiac sign’s motives, you must understand the workings of their mind and heart. Dreams and ideals can help to grasp their patterns of behaviour which would otherwise be inexplicable to us.

*use sun, moon or dominant sign

The Fire Signs (Aries, Leo & Sagittarius)

A fire sign’s fantasy world begins where the fairytale book ends. It’s a realm of romance and myth. In fact, the fiery signs mythologize everyday-life to a large extent and transform their reality into a stage where everybody plays their part. Their fantasies can be quite black and white, full of clichés and old and well-known tales. When their lives lack drama, they simply project their brilliantly colorful dreams onto the people or situations in their surrounding. They can not stand the grey dullness of the emprical world and their minds are the best escape.

The Aries’ fantasies are of a quite chivalric nature as, deep down, they are knights in shining armor looking for a noble cause or a damsel in distress. For them the Age of Courtly Love is not over and they live according to the rules of the Round Table or the Order of the Garter as their dreams revolve around honour, loyalty and praise. Aries needs adventure, a lost cause to participate in, a war to fight, a heart to win back, otherwise they grow cold and experience psychic indigestion.

Leos love to create myths and stories concerning their self. They are highly idealistic and envision a world where good is purely good and bad is purely bad - they don’t really see grey shadows or the subtleties of human nature. The lion wants to be the hero or the heroine, anyone really who is respected, looked up to and appreciated. Their dreams are full of romanticism and love they pour into their beloved subjects/children/objects of affection and about the tenderness they receive in return.

Like their arrows, Sagittarius’ visions are aimed at some distant future or a faraway possibility. In the centaur’s dreams nothing has limits and their abilities and possible journeys are endless. It’s hard for them to cope with people telling them that something is impossible because they strongly believe that every goal can be reached, no matter how absurd it sounds. What really drives a Sagittarius are unexplored paths, unexplicable mysteries and a sense of anticipation that lingers in the air. Because of that boundless realm in their head, the centaur understands that life is meaningful and that everything teaches a lesson and encourages growth but the light of their visions can rarely be transformed into reality.

The Earth Sings (Taurus, Virgo & Capricorn)

The fantastic and uncomprehensible world exists for Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn as well but unlike the fire signs, earth signs tend to not recognize it as a part of their actual life but as something supernatural. They are terribly afraid of disorder which is why most of them will opress their imagination and dreams rather than embrace them. And while they know almost everything about the world surrounding them, spirituality and fantasy have the potential for them to come to terms with their inner self. They probably really need and want to retreat in a realm of dreams but they often feel too occupied with everyday-life and therefore guilty “wasting” their time drowning in fantasy.

Taurus needs to escape into a world of beauty from time to time. When the reality is too cold or things just do not seem to work out, they like to drown in things which are exquisite and beautiful, either physically or with their mind. If they can’t have their real piece of luxury they like to think about times when they will or had and just generally knowing about all the art in the world, like paintings, music or good food keeps them going. They are one of the most sceptic signs and the ones who value the known and reliable most, so it is most likely that their dreams revolve around something they can actually capture with their senses.

Virgos are quite romantic and imaginative souls but they are not idealistic like most of the water and air signs. Their minds are neatly and orderly arranged knowledge gained through quiet observing and silent curiosity. Their oftentimes cold or brusque exterior is a protection for the possible gunshots reality could take at them. Their safe haven is a mind that has a resolution for every situation, where every thing is coloured and structured in its realest, most detailed form to shut out all dangers from outside. Virgos wish the world were a more equal and better place but they have to protect themselves before they can help others.

Achievement to Capricorn is what romance is to the fire signs. Without goals and challenges, a Capricorn can grow cold and be thrown headfirst into depression because this unfriendly world can not offer him meaning anymore. The most mysterious of the earth signs, known as ambitious, working and plodding, is a magician, a chaser of mysteries in disguise. A true Capricorn knows how to make peace with the earth, and, in the end, all their hard labour is just a steppingstone to a more profound, reflected and introspective side to their nature. Once they have learned how to live in this world, they can use their newly found freedom to pursue their love of the mysteries, which, for them, revolve around all the energies that govern life.

The Air Signs (Gemini, Libra & Aquarius)

Air signs are the children amongst the zodiac and there is no one quite so familiar with the existence of wonders like a child. They have an incredible emotional depth and are incurable romantic at heart. Every emotional experience they make is profound and meaningful and immediately valued as one with an idealistic outcome. Gemini, Libra and Aquarius lack a certain worldliness because they seem to understand nearly everything. But all the mysteries and secrets of the world can only be understood by them when matched with a correlating system like religion or occult. They need to understand in order to be sane which is why some mysteries (the truly inexplicable ones) will never cease to fascinate but scare them.

A true Gemini is an eternal child. The world will never cease to overwhelm and amaze them and they will make it their life-long mission to gather broad and comprehensive knowledge about it. Geminis learn for the sole delight of self-taught wisdom and quenching that unbearable thirst that seems to be part of their nature. In-depth analyses are something you will not ever see a Gemini make because there is so much the universe can still teach and they simply have no time to think about something for too long. So it is no suprise that the twins are the least introspective of the signs, the vast pool of wonders around them is more important than sitting down and thinking about one’s own motives.

A Libra’s life is seen through a tinted glass that shows all the bauty it can contain. Like the true children of Venus that they are, Libras seek the Beautiful, the Good and the True and their dreams revolve around a world in which every being has their perfectly fitting counterpart and ordinary life is lifted to idealistic heights. Most of them feel like a part of them is missing and will never stop believing in finding perfection in form of a worthy companion, fulfilling job or just general happiness. Their quest for the Good and Beautiful can seem like hollow flattery to the more sceptic signs like Capricorn and Scorpio but dreamers will appreciate their efforts to preserve fantasies rather than destroy them with a brutal truth that is rarely ever absolute anyways.

Aquarius’ ideals mean everything to them and they would gladly give their life for the realization of their dream about universal love, equality, a brighter future. Without the ideas of an Aquarius, no real progress can take place, like their symbol the Waterbearer they offer the water of life to humanity. Their dreams are their ideals and their ideals are their reality. But while Aquarians always have an inept sense of the big picture, they lack comprehension for the personal and that makes it incredibly difficult for them to not only be humanitarian but also a fearlessly feeling human.

The Water Signs (Cancer, Scorpio & Pisces)

To the water signs everything is motivated by feeling as they move in the world with instinct, at home with what is irrational and inexplicable. Their reality is made entirely from what they feel and they subconciously assign an emotion to literally everything. Their own world contains a whole universe of dreams and fantasies and they mean so much to them because they are stuffed with profound truths that are part of a water sign’s core personality. They oppose the logical and rational values of our time and the processes of the intellect which are typically assigned to the air signs. They speak the language of the heart or  gut (which is a water sign’s most powerful tool).

Like their symbol the crab, Cancers’ home is the border between earth and water. They need the security of dry land like commitment, promises and truths but they also feel a strong pull towards the depths of the ocean of imagination. Their dreams and longings oftentimes revolve around stability, being needed and loved and the emotional subtleties underlying their fantasies are important for a Cancer’s personal and introspective growth. But individuals born under this sign are painfully self-protective, so do not expect them to talk to you about their secret longings and even if they do, be aware of them not telling you the whole truth.

While the element of air is idealistic, water signs are more realistic and especially Scorpios know that ideals are important but life is different. They are as sensitive as their watery companions and possess the same emotional awareness but they can not afford romance because they are painfully aware of the human nature not only being great but also very animalistic and vicious. No other sign understands the shadows of being human as good as Scorpio and no one accepts and embraces the darkness as willingly. After all, there is nothing else to do. What really drives this sign is the will to make something of themselves as they want to find the profound truth of their being.

Pisces is the true sign of the mystic and they desperately need and are aware of another reality, a magical, elusive world which makes ordinary life meaningless. A lot of people born under the fishes are deeply religious (not necessary in an orthodox way) as they hold on to practices that are concerned with a side of life that is uncomprehensible, vast and profound. Unlike their watery fellows, Pisces’ sensitivity and deep wisdom about the futility of human behaviour is focused more outward and people with this sign are generally not as concerned with their own well-being and more focused on the hapiness of those around them.

Did you ever have a genuine psychic/medium experience?

Although many readings can be attributed to cold readings or sheer coincidence sometimes it’s uncanny how accurate psychics/mediums can be. Here’s a collection of supposedly genuine experiences from threads. If you have an experience feel free to tag me @sixpenceee!

I never believe in palm /card readings. I don’t actually believe in it nowadays. BUT when I was in 9th grade, my friend took me with her to a fortune teller so she can have her future read. Surprisingly she mentioned about her love dilemma, a blonde guy and dark haired guy. She was completely convinced about her reading powers while I was meh… We’re teenagers, it’s natural we’ll find ourselves in situations like this. And then she predicted the scores she’ll get at the exams when you finish high school (in our country there are some mandatory subjects for the exams, thus multiple numbers) she guessed that right. If I think really hard about probabilities and stuff I can find a logic explanation to that as well.

About 5 years ago I saw a psychic that a family friend had told me was the real deal. I went in skeptical and came out a believer.

She used tarot cards and knew things that could have been lucky guesses, like that I had just bought a house and was renovating it, but she also knew specific things that no one else could have known.

The most amazing part of the whole thing was that she knew that I had some complications with my hormones and had a surgery in the past that would make getting pregnant very difficult, but she told me Despite all this, I would have a baby later in life. Toward the end of the reading she hands me the tarot cards and tells me to shuffle them. Then tells me to ask three questions in my mind one at a time. I decided to really test her authenticity so the first question I decided to ask was am I going to have children, and halfway through laying the five cards down, she stops and looks at me and scolds me saying “I already told you that you were going to have one child!” hah this is when I knew.

This was before I was born. My mom had a neighbor who was a grandpa who could see the future. He told my mom that my sister would be really sick when she became a preteen and not to worry because she’d be okay. When my sister was a preteen she was diagnosed with cancer and after a year and a half she was perfectly fine. My mom was pregnant with me when she met him again and he told her that I would be a c-section baby. My mom already knew this and said she had scheduled the c-section already since I was breach but he was adamant that she would have me on a certain day and that the c-section wouldn’t go on the planned day. I was born on the exact day he predicted.

Nothing too crazy but the fact that he knew that my sister would be sick and would be okay is crazy to me. He also didn’t want any money and approached my mom and asked if he could do a reading for her.

Connatural Magick

Connatural Magick is the exercise of parapsychic abilities without the use of physical tools or paraphernalia apart from the body and mind. Anomalous and psychonautic experiences explored to this end may include but are not limited to ideomotor phenomena, glossolalia, first-person visualization, hypnagogia, lucid dreaming, out-of-body travel, and Samyama. Connatural Magick theory draws heavily from both contemporary western occultism and the field of parapsychology, while generally resting upon the speculations that 1) Reality is nonlocal, 2) parapsychic abilities are innate in all human beings, and 3) parapsychic abilities may be enhanced. Fundamentals are developed primarily through yogic meditative disciplines.

Some TLJ TV Tropes
  • Anti Climax: Who are Rey’s parents really? Kylo reveals they’re nobody junkers who sold their child for some drinking money and eventually died in a ditch. In the end, it was only ever her desire to be a good person and help those in need, like BB-8, that really mattered.
  • Back-to-Back Badasses: Rey and Kylo Ren fight the Praetorian Guards this way. At one point Rey grabs onto him and leans on his back for leverage. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
  • Dangerous Forbidden Technique: When Rey and Kylo Ren first experience the Psychic Link, Kylo seems to mistake it for astral projection and comments that Rey can’t be doing it because the strain of it would kill her. Later, Luke uses this technique to fool Kylo into thinking he’s actually on Crait, and the strain of it does kill him, though he ascends as a Force ghost.
  • Distracted by the Sexy: Rey’s visibly flustered when she sees Kylo Ren shirtless, combining with Please Put Some Clothes On.
  • Do Not Call Me “Paul”: Kylo Ren was unhappy when Han called him "Ben”, but notably, when Rey starts addressing him as such, he doesn’t seem to mind.
  • Foreshadowing: Kylo Ren mentions that the strain of using Astral Projection would kill Rey. Later, Luke doing so to distract the First Order leads to his death.
  • Good Colors, Evil Colors: Rey has gone from her tan/white outfit at the start of The Force Awakens to a grey outfit in the opening of this film, to a grey and dark brown version as the film goes on, signaling her continuing loss of innocence as she delves deeper into the ways of the Force.
  • Good Scars, Evil Scars: Played with. Despite Rey cutting a large wound into his face with a lightsaber in the last film, the conflicted Kylo Ren has a clean, thin scarline going from his brow to his jaw and down around his right chest, rather than a large ugly one — at least after the medical droids are done with the giant burn we see early on. This is in contrast to the outright evil Big Bad, Supreme Leader Snoke, who has large disfiguring scars all over his face and body. Subverted when Kylo winds up supplanting Snoke.
  • Held Gaze: Kylo and Rey do this a lot, whether it be talking through their Force Bond to locking eyes immediately after Rey arrives aboard Snoke’s ship to pleading the other to join their side. The camera particularly likes zooming in on their faces and/or eyes at these moments.
  • Villain Redeeming Himself Through Love? Kylo Ren’s affection for Rey only convinces him that they can only count on each other. He kills Snoke not because he has turned to the Light, but because he wants him and Rey to co-rule as Supreme Leaders of the First Order.
  • Jedi Mind Trick: Kylo Ren tries a particularly unsubtle one on Rey (“You WILL bring Luke Skywalker to me.”). Rey, not being weak-willed, is completely unaffected.
  • Breaking the Fourth Wall: Kylo forces Rey to admit something she knew all along, deep down; her parents were just random nobodies who aren’t relevant to “this story”.
  • Lonely Together: Rey and Kylo Ren end up empathizing with each other due to a shared sense of loneliness.
  • Shipper on Deck: Rey potentially ships Finn×Rose, judging by her small smile when she sees Finn hovering anxiously over Rose’s bedside.

Here’s a prediction that I’m going to return to over the year.

February is going to have some sort of mysterious aspect that unfolds unexpectedly. Perhaps getting an answer will occur at this time.

July-August are going to be spiritual transformation periods. People will unexpectedly appear and things will not come across as they seem. A period of karmic relationships and lessons will arise, mostly in August.

November is going to be quite unique and mysterious. Like February, something unexpected, perhaps alarming.

We will end the year on a calming note. Nothing too crazy.

— I will add to this as the year progresses.

Three Connatural Magick Techniques for Directing Reality

Arbitrary Transference
A method of materializing desire that was set forth by occultist Austin Osman Spare in The Zoëtic Grimoire of Zos. The technique was eclipsed by his more fully developed system of monogrammatic sigilization.

Assumptive Visualization
Neville Goddard’s seminal breakthrough utilizing the hypnagogic state and sense-immersive imagination.

A unique approach to manifestation currently being developed by @ouroboricflow and others, characterized by non-dual awareness and the suffusion of desire into and throughout one’s immediate environment.

Intuition 101!

I’d say I’m pretty experienced in the realm of energy and intuition. Here are some of my experiences with psychic moments, meditation tips, and things of that nature!

-I was once looking at my mom and all of a sudden received the thought “headaches”. She then proceeded to tell me bc she’s a nurse, that her work gave her a bunch of free headache sample medicines to take home with her that day.

-Be patient! Opening your third eye is like a muscle! It takes time for it to stretch and grow and develop.

-Listen to your body. Some people don’t get visions, but get empath feelings or can hear angels in the distance. Every intuitive is different.

-Practice keeping your third eye and crown chakra open, yes, but if you start getting headaches too frequently, it’s ok to back off on it. This also means that there could be a blockage in those chakras which you have to cleanse in order for the intuition from the universe to flow into you.

-If you believe in angels and guides, ask them to guide your hand when picking tarot cards, my readings have always been more accurate when I do this.

-Don’t get discouraged if you can’t astral project right away. Even getting to the vibrating state before you lift up first takes skill, good job!

-Remember to protect yourself

-If you already an intuitive be careful on using the ouija board

-Again, patience is key. Don’t strain yourself and have fun!

Psychic Experiences - by ninthhousemoon

After a while of promising this post, here it is (finally)

So, I have received a lot of questions asking about if I am psychic, how I know, what experiences I have had and how I have developed my powers. In this post I will tell all, so sit tight, this bitch is about to be long.

I honestly can’t even remember how far back it was when I started having “psychic experiences” because I have been having them so long I thought it was normal. About 2 years ago, it is when I knew something was different about me; I picked up energies, auras and vibes from other people and they would always be right. There was never a time where my gut was wrong, so I was like alright I can pick up vibes nice, and I thought it ended there, but boy oh boy no it didn’t. A few summers back I was out with my mother at a carnival in Toronto and we decided to play a game there. So we get out money because it’s a betting game. A lot of you have probably played this before, but it’s that game where you put money on a certain birth month and you roll a ball on a table or spin the wheel and wherever the ball lands, that month is the winning one for that turn. Cool thing with this is I can relate it to astrology in a way because it’s got to do with birthdays So what I did was I would stare very intensely at all 12 months and I would get this feeling deep down and something would tell me, “pick this one for this turn” so I was like okay… And I would put my money down on the certain month my gut told me to get. Guess who walked away with a big prize after? That’s right.

I went home and told my best friend at the time what happened, and he also is into astrology and told me that’s not something to just look past. Me being a skeptic was like yeah sure I just got lucky it’s nothing. I really needed to stop lying to myself because the more I denied it the more it was thrown in my face because I started having vivid/premonitory dreams, and plenty of déjà vu moments like you wouldn’t believe. I would even ask people, “did this not happen already?” and they would say it didn’t. I thought I was going crazy at this point to be completely honest because no one could relate to me.

This repeated for a long time so I told my same friend about more experiences and he started calling me Theresa Caputo, which I found funny but kind of annoying. I really thought about it because at this point I started predicting events before they happened, completing people’s sentences, and my gut feelings were stronger and still very accurate, so I said you know what, maybe I am psychic. So I looked up a bunch of psychic posts and how to tell and no word of a lie I felt so comfortable reading everything… I could relate to others who had similar experiences. From this moment on, I began to develop and open my third eye just this past summer. And it’s the greatest thing I have ever done.

Opening and developing my third eye actually scared the shit out of me, because I remember the first time I actually seen my third eye flash before my eyes and I jumped up after practicing to open it. Then I felt something very calming, telling me not to be scared and that it was okay.

I’m gonna skip ahead a bit now, having a fairly developed third eye and strong intuition, it just gets stronger everyday with everything I do. I am still completing sentences, vibes are still accurate, reading auras is much easier, etc. now, I am able to think about something right before it happens. For example, receive a message from a person I am thinking about, hear a song I think about on my playlist or radio just before it plays, will think about someone for a period of time then I see them or get a message from them in the same week or day, stuff like that.

I also have been able to feel someone’s negative energy and will reach out to that person and ask them if they’re okay, and they ask me how I knew they were upset. Recently a good friend of mine has been having a tough time with things and I reached out to him and he was really surprised when I said I knew something was up and something told me to reach out to him, so I told him the whole psychic story and he was amazed (he’s an astrologer of 30+ years so he was pretty understanding of me and not skeptical about my abilities)

I also have a bit of a healing ability. You guys all know I hate opening up but just a year ago my grandmother had lung cancer and that really affected me, to the point I went into catatonic shock when I was at the hospital with her when I seen her after a surgery. I went back to see her about a month after I went into shock and did my best to give her all the energy I could. The doctors, and my family all said once I came back, her energy increased substantially, and she is now cancer free. This itself was one of the reasons I continued developing my abilities because I want to be there for the ones I love and give them everything I can in return of them taking care of me for a lifetime.

Lastly, I have recently felt a lot of spiritual presence and have felt spirits put their hand on my shoulder, and it makes me feel at peace when they do this because I know I am doing my job and I am doing it right.

A bit of a long post but yeah, this is my life as a psychic lol. Everyday I experience new things and my third eye gets stronger everyday. It’s a pretty fun life. Anyway if you guys want another one or have any questions feel free to ask me

I am going to attract all kinds of people, and particularly the people who are interested in spiritualism. They will bring all their diseases here. They will talk nonsense—they will talk about miracles, psychic experiences. And naturally, when somebody talks about such things, you start feeling as if you are missing. You are not missing a thing, because he is only dreaming. But he can create this feeling in you, that you are lacking something, that your growth is not going well, that you are not growing as fast as you should grow. He will create in you the feeling of inferiority, and that is dangerous. Once you start feeling inferior you become sad, depressed, you carry a heavy weight on your chest; and that will become a hindrance in your growth.
And every possibility is there that if you desire you will start seeing these things. Desire creates dreams. If you start thinking that you are missing, soon your mind will project. The mind is always ready to give you anything that you desire, and particularly such things. If you desire money it will be difficult because it is not only a question of your own mind. If you desire to become the president of a country it may not be easy because there may be much competition. But if you want to see auras there is no competition, and nobody can hinder you, and you are not taking somebody else’s auras; you are creating your own. It is a private, idiotic world. This is the meaning of the word ‘idiot’: it means having a private world of one’s own experiences which do not collaborate with reality.

I know a few people are here; they enjoy a kind of leadership because they can gather a few people around themselves. They start talking about esoteric things. And whenever somebody talks about esoteric things, hidden truths that you are not aware of, he enjoys being a knower and he reduces you to an ignorant person. It hurts. Soon you will also start talking and reading such nonsense books, and they are available in abundance.

Here, you are not to be with me to see auras, or to see lights, or to see kundalini energy rising, or the chakras opening. I am trying to hammer this truth into your heart continuously, that the only thing worth attaining is enlightenment, is nirvana, is the realization of who you are. Everything else has to be bypassed. And these things come on the way. The mind tries to allure you to the very end. It gives beautiful psychedelic experiences, very colorful, enchanting. One can get stuck with them. LSD is nothing. If you go on working on your being you will find far deeper, far profounder-appearing experiences happening to you which no LSD can release. And then the desire is to cling to them, and that very desire keeps you away from the ultimate truth. For the ultimate truth, everything has to be sacrificed, all so-called spiritual experiences, esoteric knowledge, miracles. Everything has to be dropped. One has to come to the ultimate experience—which is not an experience… Language is inadequate to express it; that’s why it is called an ‘experience’. It is not an EXPERIENCE, because in experience there is a division of the experiencer and the experienced, and in THIS experience, the ultimate, there is no division. You are the knower, you are the known, you are the seer, you are the seen, you are the experiencer, you are the experienced—only you are. That absolute, still point of pure existence, that is the goal. All else has to be sacrificed for it. Beware of such things.

I have heard… A man was telling his friend about his recent trip to Europe and said, ‘You know, I went to Europe with my friend Seymour—you know Seymour, the cripple, the one with the crutches under each arm? Well, first we went to London where we visited the Tower of London. I climbed to the very top of it but poor Seymour, the cripple, the one with the crutches under each arm, he could not make it.
Then we went to Paris, France, where again I climbed to the top of the Eiffel Tower—but poor Seymour, the cripple, the one with the crutches under each arm, could not make it.
But then we went to Rome and ended up with a private audience with the Pope. The Pope walked into the room, took one look at Seymour, the cripple, the one with the crutches under each arm, and walked over to him and placed a kiss on the right cheek of Seymour. As if by magic, Seymour threw his right crutch away.
Then the Pope came over to Seymour’s left cheek and gave him a kiss—and again as if by magic, he threw his left crutch down.’
‘What happened next?’ his friend asked.
‘Well, Seymour is a cripple, you know—he fell down right on his ass.’
