The Nutcracker says, just have a look at the Käthe Wohlfahrt booth especially if you’re planning a Christmas market visit in some German-speaking area. Started as a family business half a century ago, now I’ve heard their headquarters are a tourist attraction by itself. And even if you’re not the christmassy type, wooo look at those shiny colors! o_O The pictures are taken from their cabin at the Zürich’s christmas market, but I’m sure they are like everywhere, and deservedly so. The chosen beer to go with all that bunch of cheesy baubles? Ketser, from the Tanker Estonian brewery, a sour red ale nice in the nose with a less impressive taste, all in all… ok, but still special in its own way. Just like Christmas.
