Hazelnut Gingerbread Protein Strongman Cookie
The below recipe is from Protein Pow!  These are great for a snack or you can make them for a Christmas party! Enjoy!

  • ½ cup Hazelnuts
  • ½ cup Dates
  • ¼ Vanilla Rice Protein Powder
  • 2 Whole Eggs 
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • ½ tbsp Mixed Spice
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  1. Using a mixer, food processor, or handheld blender, mix all ingredients together and shape the dough into several small cookies or into two big gingerbread strongman cookies!
  2. Once shaped, bake at 355 degrees F or (180 C) for 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
  3. Tip: Try making different shapes. Make Christmas trees, Santas, or even dumbbells. Have some fun!

I made some apple blueberry protein pancakes this morning for breakfast! Recipe by Protein Pow (with a few small changes)

Blend ½ cup of egg whites, 2 small cored apples, ½ cup of almond flour, and ¼ cup of whey protein powder. Add around 20 blueberries to the blended mixture and pan-fry on LOW medium heat otherwise these babies will buuurn.

I think I really like pancakes… Mmmmm. Also my first time using coconut oil to pan fry! Loved it!
