Drink 2l of water a day
Drink detox water
Eat only one fruit a day as a snack
Eat a vegatable per meal or more

Eat as least prosest food as possible
Eat less meat
Eat less heavy meat
Stop snaking to much
Be honest in fitnesspall
Try eat only when you’re hungry

Lose cellulite
Lose 7 kg\14pounds
Have a thigh gap and lose fat on your legs
Grow hair
Get rid of acne
