Find someone with a cold laser. I’ve used it on tendinitis and a foot sprain with great results. 1-2 treatments, a couple days rest, and no pain. It’s as close to magic as it gets.
Thanks for the tip! Do you recall, was this service provided by a physician (podiatrist, sports med specialist) or a physical therapist or someone else? I’m gonna do some reading up on this.
