primal snack

Better Than Potato Chips or Popcorn. Coconut Chips!

You can make this in a few minutes with only 3 ingredients:

1 cup large shredded coconut (unsweetened)

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp sea salt (i use Himalayan crystal salt)

Take 1 cup of large shredded coconut and put in pan over medium heat

Stir frequently until the coconut becomes light brown.  Be careful not

to burn.

Remove from heat.  Stir in salt and cinnamon.

Divide into 2 serving bowls.

You can let them cool off to get a bit more crunchy, but good luck trying to wait!
