My weight loss: Before & After

How did you lose weight? Simply eating healthy, portion control & moderate/rigorous exercise. It took me about a year and a half to get to where I am today. I didn’t count calories like a crazy person, but I tried not to exceed 1200 calories a day. *The amount of calories one should eat is determined by their stats (height/weight/bmi/built/etc)*. I exercised 3-5 times a week. My workout routine consisted of: 5-10 minute warm up/stretch. 30-40 minutes cardio (elliptical/treadmill—> running alternating intervals of walking). 5 minute cool down. 15-20 minutes strength training. I cut out absolutely all drinks besides water & unsweetened tea/green tea. & finally of course it took a lot of self discipline, dedication, motivation (as well as support from my family and friends).
