So I found a website that identifies dogs in a picture and threw BTS members in it...

poodle emoji reviews

one might say this is a pretty…. standard poodle!! (absolute silence) no, heh, get it, cos like…. (silence continues) there’s three sizes of poodle, right, and standard is one of them, and… (silence grows deafening) ahem. so he’s got the trademark gradient shading and soulless eyes of an apple emoji, but you know what? he’s not hurting anybody. 3/5 this muggle of a poodle is a-okay

AMAZING! BEAUTIFUL! JUST SPLENDIFEROUS! a proud pink boy, with the absolute best nose in tonight’s lineup. i love how his eyes peer out inquisitively from underneath the forehead puff. however, somethin’s buggin me here. the face, which is not covered in poodle fluff, is white. shouldn’t the bare parts of the legs and tail be white too? 4.87/5 for slight artistic inconsistency

hmm. i’m not gonna lie, this poodle is imperfect. the thicc microsoft border is clearly in evidence, and the tail looks kinda like a mallet, and the ear is too small, and that ever-so-slight tuck between the tummy and the hind leg just isn’t workin for me. but look at that happy lil tongue! 2/5 i’m not gonna tell him he’s ugly, are you?

oh my! this boy is shaped like a friend! there is such shyness in his expression, even in the tiny pink nose. i love how his poodle puffs look like little clouds. i will say that while the lowkey gradient-ish shading works for the puffs, it’s not quite so flattering on the rest of his body; but overall, a solid poodle. 4/5 keep it up buddy!

oh…,, oh dear, y- you poor little thing. is, is there any way i can help?? can i get you some nice juice maybe? 1/5 unfortunate

is it just me, or do HTC emojis always look kinda like zoo pals plates? 1/5 blease… go back to the early 2000s commercial whence you came

pink appears to be popular among poodle emojis, but who am i to decry it when it works so doggamn well? this boy is quite alright! the cel shading really accentuates the fluffiness of those spectacularly rosy poodle puffs, while also emphasizing the smoothness of the bare areas. the face and head/neck/chest puff could use some work, though… i ain’t quite diggin that shape. 3/5 pretty in pink

this is it, folks! the most handsome poodle of the night! and he knows it. his face is radiant with the good-natured confidence of a guy who’s popular because he’s not just attractive and charismatic, but also kind. the shading is fantastic, and while i’m still partial to pink on poodles, the blue is a nice change of pace. 5/5 best in show

not a bad minimalistic take on the classic poodle. i’m not a fan of how the face and legs are shaped, but the choice to hide his eyes under the forehead puff is interesting. it makes him look mysterious and gruff, like an anime character. 3/5 intriguing

this is just the facebook poodle with awkward-looking feet and a profoundly menacing ambience. there is also something very heterosexual about him. he looks like that possessive jerk from every romcom ever who keeps his frightened girlfriend from the man who’ll treat her right. 2/5 she doesn’t love you marty

emoji one:

AAAH!!! 1/5 stop starin at me with them big ole eyes

normally, the punchline of every emoji review post is the shitty emojidex specimen at the end. here? not so. the kinda sickly, yellowish tint of pink and the sloppy linework leave a bit to be desired - but this boy knows how to accessorize! that’s the smile of a benevolent pal who’s trying his best. 4/5 hairbows never go outta style

In honor of Ep. 8…

  • Makkachin got very used to being held in Viktor’s lap and being carried around when he was a puppy
  • He still thinks he is a tiny lap dog and will climb into Viktor/Yuuri’s lap all the time just to prove that he totally can comfortably fit there
  • (He can’t, really. He is a giant ball of poodle and pretty heavy but Viktor and Yuuri don’t have it in them to move him…)
  • Viktor talks to Makkachin a lot. He talks through his concerns and thoughts while Makkachin just looks at him like (^ᴥ^) and Viktor takes his head tilts and what not as responses.
  • So when Viktor decides to move to Japan for Yuuri he’s talking to Makkachin while he’s packing like “Ok, I know Yakov is going to lose it and it might be hard to come back to skating after taking a season off at this age, but you saw the video, Makkachin! I have to do this, right, Makkachin?” And Makkachin is like [!! (^ᴥ^)woof!!] and Viktor is like “yes, exactly!”
  • When Viktor first moved to the hot springs, Yuuri overhears Viktor talking to someone (in Russian) in his room all the time and he’s sort of curious about who Viktor is talking to and maybe a little jealous over how much attention Viktor gives this person…
  • I mean, Viktor will contact this person at pretty much any hour of the day! It has to be someone pretty important to him, right?!
  • Then he realizes it’s Makkachin and feels embarrassed for himself because REALLY.
  • Also, the longer Viktor and Makkachin are around the more Yuuri starts to talk to him too… and soon Makkachin is low-key playing therapist for these two lovestruck nerds
  • Viktor was pretty smitten with Yuuri from the start, but one of the things that just made him fall even harder was seeing how much Makkachin loves Yuuri and how much Yuuri loves Makkachin
  • Because for Viktor, Makkachin is such an important part of his life that seeing someone take care of Makkachin with just as much affection as he does makes his heart feel ridiculous things
  • Makkachin feels conflicted about who to sleep next to sometimes. Should he sleep next to Viktor-Dad or Yuuri-Dad?? It would be a lot easier if both dads were in the same place!! (;´ᴥ`;) He tends to try and pick which dad he thinks needs puppy cuddles more based on their faces and tones of voices.
  • Makkachin is very happy when his dad and his new dad get their shit together and he gets both of them in one place all the time! (^ᴥ^)
  • [But Makkachin does not appreciate getting locked out of the bedroom as often as he does now! It’s not nice of dads at all! (ಠᴥಠ)]

“Puppy Love (Part 1/3)”

This time it took Fritz about fifteen minutes, off and on, to chew through his leash and bolt off into the park. Luisa had been checking her phone for a text from Pieter when it happened and by the time she realized, the mutt was a good hundred yards away.

“Fritz! Bad dog! Come!” Luisa yelled before taking off in pursuit of her badly behaved dog. The ground was still muddy from the rain last night and it made it hard to run. When she saw that this time her dog was going for a pretty white poodle that was immaculately groomed.

Oh god, no, Luisa thought and picked up the pace. She definitely regretted not wearing better shoes.

The poodle’s owner was standing off to the side, her dog off it’s leash, and was smiling at her phone. She was a pretty little brunette in an oversized fuzzy pink sweater and leggings that showed off her very cute butt. Distracted by the poodle’s owner, she stumbled and when she looked up her dog was already all over the poodle much to the horror of both owners.

“Fritz!” Luisa yelled and caught up to him, pulling her dog off the poodle. She held the squirming mutt in her arms and glared down at him. “Bad dog. No.”
Beca was staring at the tall blonde in shock as she scolded the mutt. The woman before her was stunning even with her hair frizzy from the misty rain and in a too big beige jacket. When she reprimanded the dog, there was a noticeable German accent. She had never thought that German accents were attractive under she heard this woman speak.

“It’s fine.” Beca assured the gorgeous specimen in front of her and leaned down to clip the leash back on her dog. “No harm done.”

The blonde was still flushed from running, but managed to compose herself enough to apologize for her dog’s actions. “I am so sorry about Fritz. He is a bit wild still and I need to get him fixed. I hope that will curb some of his behavior.”

“Really, she’s fine. There’s no reason to worry.” Beca told with a smile that she hoped was reassuring. She realized her eyes had wandered down from the blonde’s blue eyes down to where the fabric of her shirt stretched right across her breasts. Trying not to look guilty, her gaze shot back up to the blonde’s eyes.

Luisa gave her a knowing smile after she caught the small brunette staring at her chest. It was just her luck that her dog hadn’t just humiliated her, he’d done it in front of a beautiful girl who obviously liked girls.

“I am glad your dog is alright, mine can be a monster sometimes.” The blonde offered. “I should get going before I lose my grip on him. He’s slippery and I don’t have a leash for him anymore.”

Beca desperately tried to think of something to stay to keep the conversation going. She was intrigued by this girl and was pretty sure the blonde had been checking her out earlier. The German was already walking away with her squirming dog and Beca could only watch her with an open mouth.
Her butt looks great in those pants, the brunette noted.

It was later that day and Luisa had gone to the pet store to buy Fritz a new leash. Preferably one that he wouldn’t be able to chew through. She’d already wasted money on three leashes that he’d made quick work of.

Getting a dog was the best and worst idea I’ve ever had, she thought as she wandered through the aisles in search of a leash that would stand up to Fritz’s teeth.

“Hey!” A familiar voice called and Luisa looked up to find herself face to face with the cute blonde from the park.

“Hello,” Luisa responded with a smile as the smaller girl nervously toyed with a strand of her hair.

“You must be stalking me, you gorgeous creature.” Beca joked and found herself turning bright red after the unintended compliment slipped out. She covered her mouth in shock and to contain any further humiliating phrases she might utter.

Luisa only smiled in response and took a step closer to the brunette. Clearly, their awkward encounter earlier in the day hadn’t managed to scare off the cute girl. At least Fritz wasn’t here to frighten her off for good.

“Sorry,” Beca said and pushed her hair back from her face with both hands. “If we’re going to keep running into each other like this, we may as well introduce ourselves.”

“Luisa.” The blonde said and held out her hand for Beca to shake.

The brunette takes her hand. “Beca. And you have really soft hands.”

“Danke.” Luisa replied with a smile and she glanced down at the brunette. The smaller girl hadn’t let go of her hand yet and Luisa didn’t want to be the first to pull away.

“Do you want to get dinner some time?” Beca blurted out and then remembered to release Luisa’s hand and dropped it. “You know…uh…like a date.”

“That sounds great.”

Beca pulled out her phone and opened the contacts before passing it to Luisa and instructed her: “Just put your name and number in. I’ll call you.”

“I am looking forward to it.”
