Fell: “Oh come on, vampire-babe. Don’t you want to come over here for a bite? <3″
Sci: “Oh my god! You’re ridiculous! I should have just gone trick-or-tricking with the Papyrus’s!”
Fell: “You know you love me.”
Sci: “I do, but sometimes I seriously question it!”
Happy Halloween! For the occasion, I made this odd scifell comic with them celebrating Halloween on the surface in some sort of cross-dimensional pacifist timeline; I don’t know. For some reason I imagined Fell pretending to be a Halloween decoration in order to scare people, and this comic pretty much came from that. It’s a bit messy, but at least I got it done in time, somehow.
Guys .. new FS costume, apparently it has red in the back, I don’t like it as much as the previous costume, but it’s way better than the dead chicken from what I can see.
Also I’m on the road to Luxembourg right now (I’m not driving don’t worry)
A plethora of Obi-Wan/Satine historical AU portraits!
(if I’m going to draw them repeatedly anyway, might as well involve some historical costuming practice while I’m at it, right?)
From the top:
Medieval AU (~12th century) - He’s a Templar, she’s a princess who opposes the Crusades. Given the eventual fate of the Knights Templar, this thing writes itself, right?
Musketeers AU (1630s) - Swashbuckling, courtly intrigue, seems legit.
Napoleonic Wars AU (early 1800s) - French aristocrat and British officer - he helped her escape France during the Revolution, now the war with Bonaparte is keeping them apart.
Victorian AU (turn of the 19th century) - He’s a philosophy professor, she’s a wealthy suffragette (this one might not be totally angsty as long as absolutely no one has tuberculosis).
WWII espionage AU (1940s) - CYOA if the cassock is a disguise or if he’s actually a priest for maximum angst and forbidden love. (Not sure if she’s holding forged papers or code books - basically, spies.)
Hey, sempai? I really love your Naruto SuperheroAU, but something has been bugging me since Momentum... where does Mito get the materials to make functional, practical costumes? Did she phone one of her crazy Uzumaki relatives and asked them to supply her kevlar and body armour? Or is superhero suit materials just something you can buy in Konoha without anyone batting an eyelash because there are /so damn many of the super assholes/. Are there blackmarkets for it? I need answers.
Let me inflict some of my more ridiculous worldbuilding on you:
It’s not so much that Konoha’s got a lot of heroes/villains as it does people with weird powers. Some are useful. Some are very much not. But most people are trying really hard to hide what they can do, like Touka making sure no one knows she can bench-press a car if she needs to. So there’s just. This thriving market for cloth and/or clothing that can adapt. You can stretch your arms a hundred yards in either direction? Take this elastic cloth. You turn half-fish the moment water touches your skin? This will keep you dry no matter what. Grow spines when you’re stressed and are tired of losing clothes? This one won’t rip, no worries.
Half of the uni student with applicable fields of study pay their tuition by creating and selling new fabrics. Mito knows exactly where to go to get what she needs.
Scarecrow has time and time again placed aesthetics over practicality in his costume designs and I’m sick of it. You want to know why your ass gets handed to you so easily in this issue? Because you put buttons were your eyes should be you pretentious ass
Lett the Osprey was a commission done for Swandog/Sayh! They
have been incredibly patient with me, as I accepted their commission
just before I won the Duck Stamp (and suddenly had a second full-time
job on my shoulders). So this mask has been the better part of 8 months
in the making!
Lett is Sayh’s Osprey, and is made atop a modified Crystumes resin base! Finished with faux fur, acrylic, and some feathers.
