posts it when no one is online

The thing is that so many people at concerts, let their phone die because they have recorded videos or posted online, and so when bad things happen it’s so scary not knowing where your loved ones are, when it could just be that their phone is out of battery, and it’s scary to think about. It’s why I make sure to take a portable charger with me to every concert to make sure that I cannot lose contact with anyone if anything happens. I hope that the people who haven’t yet contacted their loved ones, are safe and will be able to contact them soon.

I see you deleted your post already... But still please let me know when you're okay, okies? Because I care for you & I'm worried โ™ก

Honestly that’s exactly why I deleted the post because making people worry about me online makes me feel awful and anxious and I rather just go through all my suffering and disappear into a corner where no one can reach me. I don’t even know if kind messages will help rn. If I read them rn I’ll just be angry and find reasons to hate myself further so if you wanna send asks just know I’ll respond to it later tonight or tomorrow when I’m better.

Trying to be a "fandom mom" for that one person is right. A real "fandom mom" tries to keep an eye out for the real problems, like minors posting personal information online that could make them targets for predictors, telling those they look out for to ignore the bullies and be the better person but also try to help another person calm down their panic attack because an anti shows up. They're not though antis, and very supportive of a person's choices, because that's how good moms are. :)

Like as an older person in the fandom I will try to give younger people on here advice when they need it but I’m not trying to be one of those uwu come to me children I will protect you!!!! figures bc that’s just gross as shit and manipulative af and generally just inappropriate

When I was 16 I swallowed 3 bottles of extra strength pills in my school bathroom because I simply didn’t want to live anymore and I was tired, just so very tired. I couldn’t walk down the halls without being stared at and talked about because the school football team posted things about me online and eventually the rest of the bystanders joined in the harassment. But that’s not what I’m here to talk about, I’m here to talk about how the aftermath of your suicide will affect others in a way that you would never understand. Because you thought no one cared, but they did. So, here’s my story.
I will never forget the look on my parents faces when they had to sit back and watch their little girl almost die from uncontrollable seizures. They had tear stained eyes and puffy cheeks. But what fucks me up the most was seeing my dad cry. I’ve only ever seen my dad cry twice. The first time was at his mothers funeral, and the second time was when I tried to end my life.
One of the responding fire fighters was a coach from one of my sport teams. And for a fearless man who ran into burning homes as a job, he couldn’t move from the corner of the room because the successful athlete he watched grow up was dying in front of his eyes.
My 2 best friends experienced the hardest part. They were the ones who found my limp unconscious body slouched up against the bathroom stall. They were the ones who had to be physically torn from my side because they didn’t want to let go of my hand. And to this day, they still have nightmares about that morning like it was yesterday.
A girl from my school who had also tried to take her own life earlier in the year showed up at hospital bed and gave me the biggest hug. She cried as she tried to explain how great life is, that image is still stuck in my head.

You see, it’s not about how many people will give a shit if you die. It’s about the ones who would, and how bad it would fuck them up for the rest of their lives. People care, and they always will. Suicide isn’t the cure to sadness.

“the realms of day and night. two different worlds coming from two opposite poles mingled during this time.”

Voltron actor AU where everything’s the same but Voltron is a live-action TV show and the paladins are actors:

  • Their names are the same in real life. They go by different names in the show.
  • Keith and Lance still have a “rivalry.” Red and Blue didn’t originally have it, but when the cast first met and the directors saw how Keith and Lance interacted, they wanted to write it in.
  • Shiro’s arm is still a prosthetic, although the scar is fake.
    • sometimes the makeup crew forgets the scar. literally no one notices until it’s the end of filming
    • “Shiro…” “Huh?” “…they forgot the sca–” “are yOU FUC–”
  •  Shiro, Keith, Lance, Hunk, and Allura all do their own stunts.
    • Pidge is only 17 and their mom won’t sign the waiver for them to do their own stunts.
  • No one really knows how their little production company was able to afford hiring Allura, who’s a big time actress and super talented.
    • they eventually find out that she’s a giant mecha/space nerd and came to /them/ asking for a role and willing to do it for free
  • No one really knows if Coran has a script or if he was told to just say whatever
  • Lance calls Keith “Red” so often that Keith thinks Lance has forgotten his name
    • he hasn’t.
  • The paladins, Allura, Coran, and basically all the actors boycott after season 2, demanding retribution for the way they wrote Hunk and Lance’s characters.
  • Hunk has an engineering degree in real life.
  • Matt isn’t Pidge’s real life brother, but when they first meet it goes something like: “baby sister!” “big brother!” and they end up inseparable.
    • Pidge’s mother is known for calling Pidge at work just to talk to her son, Matt
  • Hunk and Shay’s on-screen chemistry was actually a real thing. Shay was cast at the same time that she was working in the costume/design department, so they’d known each other since the show started.
    • they’re dating now
  • Every time Lance’s character hits on Allura’s on-screen Lance spends five minutes defending Blue’s character after filming
    • “he just craves attention, okay? he just wants love!! he’s smart and beautiful and wants to belonG”
    • despite this, Lance is basically his character minus that shoddy writing in season 2
  • Keith and Lance have their own shipping fanbase. It starts out with just their characters, but then Some Mysterious Person starts taking candids between sets and posting them online and klance is born
    • it’s Pidge. Pidge runs five fan accounts.
    • the pictures are super incriminating, but no one shows them to Lance or Keith
    • there’s a betting pool on when they’ll get together
  • Keith gets super into his roles and ends up genuinely upset after filming the scenes where the princess reacts badly to Red being part Galra.
    • Allura gives him a 15 minute hug after
  • Bonding Moment Discourse is actually a thing. There was a prop malfunction on set while they were filming and the directors told them to stay put, so Lance ended up being Cradled for a solid half hour.
    • later, they find out that they could’ve moved and just chilled for that time, instead of actually holding each other.
    • “I get it Keith, I get it. You just wanted to hold me. Who doesn’t amiright??”

Bird enthusiast Skjalg-Helmer Vian (14) from Vadsø, Norway was reading about the Grey-headed chickadee (Poecile cinctus) when an actual one swooped in to see what all the fuss was about. The boy’s father, Geir Arne Vian captured, the amazing photo opp and the image has been circulating online as of late.
Harry Styles Will Perform a Second New Song on 'Saturday Night Live'

Love “Sign of the Times,” Harry Styles’ debut solo single? You’ll get to see him perform it on Saturday Night Live in eight days — as well as another new song.

Sources tell Billboard that Styles will indeed play a second new song on SNL when he makes his debut on the Apr. 15 episode, which Jimmy Fallon will host. The One Direction member was announced as an SNL performer on Mar. 28, and his first post-1D single, “Sign of the Times,” was unveiled on Friday morning.

No word on the second song’s title, or whether it will be released in its studio version prior to the performance. Last month, Lorde performed two new songs, “Green Light” and “Liability,” on SNL, after releasing “Liability” online days prior to the appearance. The Chainsmokers, who released their album Memories… Do Not Open on Friday, are set to perform on SNL tomorrow night.

“Sign of the Times” was produced by Jeff Bhasker and co-written by Styles; a music video for the song will be released later this month. On Apr. 21, Styles will appear on the BBC’s The Graham Norton Show, for his first solo performance in his native U.K.

I will never understand this logic:

•When a woman sends free nudes shes a keeper; but when a woman’s nudes get leaked (without her knowledge or permission) she’s a hoe •Women who openly post (partial) nudes on social media are “bae”; but a woman who sells her nudes on social media has no self respect. •Women on and other free porn websites are great to jerk off to; but women who require payment on cam sites are the reason no one takes feminism seriously. •Strippers are sexy on stage; but strippers who expect money for a private dance are sluts •Women who trusted a man to record her performing sex acts but video was posted online is “wifey material” and “bae goals”; but a woman who refuses to let you record her sucking your dick so you can send it to your boys is “boring” and “a prude” •Women who wear short and revealing clothing to the club are “sexy” and “dime pieces”; but those same women that refuse to go home with you at the end of the night are “bitches” and “hoes” •Instagram pictures of young girls in exotic locations holding wads of cash are “cool” and “life goals”; but finding out they’re sugar babies/escorts who spend time with older men to achieve these things are “disgusting” and “don’t love themselves” Just admit you think women’s bodies should be free for male consumption and should be available at all times for male pleasure and move on
