post workout exhaustion

Excuse the post workout exhausted grin. I’m cute as hell, and I’m strong as fuck. I’ve been making some incredible strides in my lifting these past few weeks. I’ve hit three new prs: 250 squat, 280 dead, and FINALLY a 135 bench. I’ve started to aim my training more towards powerlifting vs bodybuilding and I’m embracing the thickness that all this extra food is bringing. The most amazing part of this journey has not only been seeing my physical strength improve but also my mental strength. This is a tough lifestyle to upkeep but I’m so in love with it I couldn’t imagine not living it.
