I don’t take it for granted that they come in and work for us everyday. I don’t look at it as we’re providing a benefit of having a job. I like to think that our job is a good one to have, but I am very appreciative of their time and their energy and their skills and their creativity that they’re applying to us and this entity when they could take that anywhere in the world.
