Staying Warm in the Winter: We all know that it is indeed still Winter and we should continue wearing warm clothing when we go out. But the only option for outerwear is not just a plain, boxy jacket. That says “I didn’t know what to wear today… so I threw this on”. I’ll give you some much more stylish options that are chic, flattering, and wonderfully cozy.

The Pea Coat:

The pea coat is a very warm, thick garment that is made of a soft wool material. So, it is guaranteed to keep Jack Frost away. This type of coat almost always comes with a matching wool belt to help you emphasize your tiny waist. With a pair of skinny jeans, this outfit will be a sure knockout!

The Poncho Jacket:

Poncho jackets are like trench coats, but the sleeves continue all the way around the back of the coat, creating one large sleeve.  This cut is on every runway these days and is considered very stylish. It’s also very comfortable, and comes with a matching belt as well. With some high boots, you’ll be enchanting the winter air!

The Leather Jacket:

Leather jackets are just about the most badass thing you can wear, and they’re just as warm as they are edgy. But, if you are leaning towards a more toned down look, try a brown or maroon color of leather. This will draw away from the drama of the look and make it a bit more subtle. Leather jackets are very fitted to the body, showing off your curves in the best places!

Stay Stylish, My Friends!
