indefinite-intricacies  asked:

Maybe 45 and 50 for the ask thing? Maybe for one of your fallout ocs?

Thanks you! :) i’m gonna do this both for my Courier, Irving and his half-sister Marci because she’s new and i need to develop her a bit more :)

45. Is your character pragmatic? Think first? Responsible? All action? A visionary? Passionate? Quixotic?

Irving is…a bit of a mix, really. Certainly not very responsible, at least not until he gets into the whole vegas politics thing. He doesn’t plan ahead and just decides to go with whatever seems a good option at the time. But in spite of that he tends to think before he speaks to make sure the situation works out the way he wants. He’s no idealist, but if he has goals he will do everything to achieve them.

Marci has in common with him that she tends to do what seems good for her in that moment, but does not always (ok, actually, in most situations) think things through. In most cases, even if she has thought of the consequences, they turn out to be different from what she expected.

50. What are the prevailing facial expressions? Sour? Cheerful? Dominating?

Both seem thoughtful, but focused. Irving puts up a cheerful face mostly, but if someone catches him off guard they might actually see his slightly worried expression. Marci gives off more of a slightly ‘confused’ vibe.

Congressman Heck Tries to Run Away From His Immigration Record -- Literally

For Immediate Release

July 20, 2016

Contact:  Press@CatherineCortezMasto.com

Las Vegas, NV – Today, at the Hispanics in Politics breakfast in Las Vegas, Congressman Heck blatantly tried to rewrite history on his long record of siding against Nevada immigrants. After trying to limit questions, Congressman Heck was called out over his anti-immigrant voting record. Before making a “quick exit,” Congressman Heck offered excuse after excuse on his opposition to comprehensive immigration reform and his votes to defund President Obama’s immigration executive actions to keep families together.

“Limiting questions and making quick exits will not change the fact that Congressman Heck has a long record of siding with the anti-immigrant wing of his Party against Nevada families,” said Zach Hudson, spokesperson for Catherine Cortez Masto for Senate. “Whether it’s his opposition to comprehensive immigration reform, his votes to defund DACA, his support for repealing birthright citizenship, or his support of Donald Trump for President, Congressman Heck’s anti-immigrant agenda would tear families apart and keep millions of undocumented immigrants in the shadows.”
