Looking for a new way to prepare gagh? Ever thought of getting into Bajoran cuisine?

Wirtten by Neelix himself, Ethan Phillips, and William J. Birnes of the New York Times, this book includes the favorite foods of characters from every Star Trek series and movie, as well as the drinks form Quark’s, all adapted for easy use in modern-day kitchens.

Also included are the favourite recipes of Voyager stars like Kate Mulgrew and Tim Russ and a behind the scenes look at how the on-screen versions of the food is prepared.

Book is also signed by Ethan Phillips.

Thanks to Will Oliver for the book and Ethan Phillips for the signature!

He can sing, he can dance, he can rip you apart with his adamantium claws - is there anything Hugh Jackman can’t do? People’s Sexiest Man Alive circa 2008 was kind enough to sign this programme from his live show currently playing at the Princess of Wales theatre in Toronto.

Can’t make it to the show? Pick up this signed programme at the Polaris Charity Auction 9am to noon in the Buttonville room of the Sheraton Parkway North Toronto.

Thanks to convention committee members Nicole Wainberg, Patti Vickers and Scott Bond!

Sometimes, when we’re lucky, Polaris guests will bring along an item for the charity auction. And when we’re REALLY lucky, they bring two. Last year, Ethan Phillips brought us two TV Guide covers signed by the full original cast of Star Trek Voyager, including:

  • Kate Mulgrew
  • Robert Beltran
  • Roxann Dawson
  • Robert Duncan McNeill
  • Jennifer Lien
  • Ethan Phillips
  • Robert Picardo
  • Garrett Wang

When Cameron was in Egypt’s land… let my Cameron go! We’ll let this Alan Ruck signed photo go… for the right donation to Gilda’s Club!

Alan Ruck is best known to the world as Ferris Bueller’s best friend. The Trekkies celebrating at Polaris this year also know him as Captain John Harriman from Star Trek: Generation.

And we @zaarx know him as a generous donor - thanks Alan!

How cool is Marc Garneau? Canada’s first man in space took time out from his busy spring running for re-election to the House of Commons to send Z'aarx this unique poster signed by Marc and the crew of STS-97 commemorating Marc’s last mission to the International Space Station on the Shuttle Endeavor in 2000. As NASA’s 30-year shuttle program comes to an end this year, don’t mission your chance to own a part of history. Visit Z'aarx in the Buttonville/Unionville Room Sunday morning at Polaris 25!
