Seth MacFarlane has just been confirmed as the headliner of a special concert with the Cincinnati Pops at Riverbend this summer. MacFarlane, known for TV hits such as Fox’s animated sitcom “Family Guy” and “American Dad!” and the movie “TED” – the highest-grossing, original R-rated movie of all time – will make his Cincinnati Pops debut on July 24 in PNC Pavilion at Riverbend.
The multi-faceted artist (he’s a singer, songwriter, actor, producer and director) will be part of the Pops program of Broadway, big band and jazz hits. Expect to hear tunes such as “The Moon was Yellow” and “Zing Went the Strings of My Heart.”
John Morris Russell conducts. The concert will start at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $35 and include parking. 513-381-3300, or visit cincinnatipops.org.
Lol of course as soon as I get a ticket for a show out of state Seth comes here to Ohio lol
I guess I can see him more than once…although I worry that it would look creepy to see him in concert two times in one week in 2 different states.
