I almost lost my purse and keys to the weather today because it was so muggy~

You don’t have to respond to every mean comment that you receive. You don’t have to justify your existence because of what you choose to consume. You dont have to hide your feelings for the people that you love. You don’t have to explain to others why you’ve chosen to stop at a certain education level. You don’t have to provide receipts on how much money you take home in order for people to treat you better. You are a good person, and you will continue to be a good person, no matter you size, socio-economic status, education, color, who you love, or religion.

Cubbon Park is such a pretty place. The heat let up for the first time in days with a thunderstorm as we were shooting in the bamboo grove. My sunglasses became pretty redundant at that point but my summer uniform was perfect for walking around in the evening cool afterwards.

This pick was definitely a riskier one for me, as I’ve never owned a jumpsuit before and I often have troubles with one pieces due to my long torso, but I saw this on the clearance rack at Old Navy and I had to have it. I don’t usually venture into Old Navy, but I was on the hunt for some decently priced jeans, and ran into this beauty in the process. It fits a little loosely in some places, and I’m still trying to decide whether I want to alter it or not, but here it is in it’s original form. I love the reflective bronze print on the black fabric, and when paired with these sparkly metallic heels I feel like I can take on the world!
