I can’t be afraid of dat card now, even if over 25% of the world population uses the gold paladin clan ezel build.

I WILL DEPLETE ALL YOUR HANDS, REAR GUARDS AND MAKE SURE YOU NEVER HIT BEYOND 5 DAMAGE. I’M NOT AFRAID OF YOU, IF YOU DARE RIDE DAT, I WILL RENDER IT USELESS.

Never fear poor kids that stay in my neighbourhood, no gold paladin user will harm you with me around.

For there is a new card(actually a few) that will make the clan unstoppable. Poor people like me with only one deck to play with, we suffer the most.

Platinum Ezel, power 11k, limit break cb3, 5k power to 5 rearguards. Aka the overwhelming version of SSD. When Blond Ezel is in teh soul, this card +2k.

So screwed so screwed….

Badgemagus, When Vanguard is an ‘Ezel’, this card +3k when attackin.

Colon, when a gold paladin rides this, move it to the rear guard. Then CB1 to send it to soul and search out an Ezel in your deck to add in your hand.

SCREWED I SAY. PLZ, NO MORE EZEL DECKS….

I thought i could stop it initially, but i can’t, its too overpowering!!! 5 damage is inevitable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For Platinum Ezel’s counterblast is gone once its used, unless opp strikes heal trigger or unflips damage i dunno how, but i just can’t survive taht turn with triggers, i mean my opponent hits 40k, 31k, 29k, i can’t guard them all…. At first i thought it was like ssd, skill activated during the ride phase only, so i had to destroy rear guards, I was apparently wrong. Even when i tried to guard early and eat damage for that turn, i just can’t survive…

I haven’t tried that method for Glory Maelstrom but its just too much… limit break 5 and counterblasting 1 per turn, that means i had to finish opp off asap or tried to survive those turns but i can’t, kanzens keep coming to my hand… intercepts and throwing triggers down can’t stop a 26k attack… Second of all Glory Maelstrom doesn’t follow the Aqua Force’s pattern of “no. of battles” which means rear-guards mean nothing to its already overpoweringness.

And those 13k bases… At most my Palomedes and Toypugal(high beast of holy farts) attacks with 22k power, and what do they throw down? 3 10ks a turn, maybe 1 more for the vanguard, which i never get anything during drive check… Hand size after 3 turns? Opponent: Peacock feathers. Me: 1 Gordon in hand, worth 5k.

Its too much… I’m crying at night thanks to 0 wins against these builds. At least I stood a chance at winning against blond Ezel and Maelstrom… I love Vanguard but I’m just hopeless against them. I dunno what strategies, what card to destroy, do i need more of certain triggers in my deck or what… Adding critical triggers to my deck just makes things worse. Anyone any ideas?
