This stunning view of a plantsman’s paradise can be found at Grey’s Court, a Tudor country house in Oxfordshire, England, which houses the magical gardens of wonder within its confines.
These gardens, which reportedly abound with roses and wisteria and ornamental vegetables, contain an ancient ice house as well as a medieval fortified tower from 1347 and wait there’s more! a Tudor wheelhouse where a donkey operates a treadmill to haul water from a well. I would like to see the donkey. This is a National Trust Property, and open to the public.
