Tododeku relationship evolution

Please can we talk about how Todoroki and Midoriya’s relationship evolved during all these chapters? They become so close and have such amazing bond, but do you remember how all this started and how was changing? 

Please be careful it will have many spoilers from manga. And also will be suuuuuper long. >/////////< (tho there will be many pics ;)) so sorry in advance. :D

- The first important event between them was when Todoroki said he sees Midoriya as his rival and want to beat him, even if he thought he is stronger than him… 

- Midoriya was aware of this that Todoroki is stronger than him but recognized all his motifs and respected him as his rival and promised to not disappoint him as rival and go with all his might. 

- What interesting Todoroki even stayed  that he is not here to make friends and all… 

but look how far from there they come, like even on the same day that he said this to Midoriya, he confessed him very deep and hard secrets about his family life…

About his problems with father, his tragic past, truth about mother and all reasons why he is not using his fire powers… And it was really deep scars of Todoroki yet he decide to say this to Midoriya, who for now was just his classmate, someone he still didn’t know too much, yet he trusted him to say all this… Like he felt he is someone who he can trust.

- Midoriya was listening this carefully and really felt much for Todoroki, that much he even opposed Todorki’s father. And it is even more meaningful taking the fact Midoriya was  a little scared of Endeavor. He can be intimidating  but even this didn’t stop Midoriya to try to protect Todoroki. 

- And then we have Todoroki and Midoriya’s battle on school festival which is like turinng point for Todoroki’s life and in their relationship. 

-Midoriya noticed immediately something is off and no matter how big cost it had for him… he wanted to help Todoroki. In a way losing or winning wasn’t that important… What was important: making Todoroki free from demons of his past.

Midoriya really was doing all his best and was so so so so determined and also super observant for Todoroki’s behavior and feelings. 

- What’s the most important he said words that changed for good Todoroki’s thinking and give him new path and also break from past demons….

It was such simple words… Yet such important ones. Todoroki was waiting for them all his life… Words that show him he can be himself. Words that gave him new strength and freedom… “They are your powers…”

It was Midoriya who gave Todoroki power to be finally able to move forward…

- Todoroki was finally able to accept himself and his own powers… and Midoriya was fascinated by this too. 

- In the end it was Todoroki who won and Midoriya who lost this battle but it wasn’t the most important and Todoroki knew this, he was grateful to Midoriya and even said this… 

HE was aware of how important to his evolution was Midoriya and felt that something very important is happening. 

- There was still kind of long road before Todoroki to deal with but it was Midoriya who helped him to start this and become crucial factor for his change. 

- Thanks to Midoriya, Todoroki was brave enough to meet his mother after all these years and after all this pain that was between them.. 

In a way, thanks to Midoriya he really was able to start his life anew… 

- Midoriya wanted to help him no matter what… even if the cost was big…

He wanted to use this festival after all as occasion to become known in world… but as he was painfully aware of this he didn’t do this…

He gave his all to help Todoroki instead, even All Might noticed this..

Midoriya knew how much Todoroki’s suffering so he really did all what he could to free him, from his demons… 

Midoriya has after this crucial battle scars on his hands… which seems so symbolic, shows how much he did to save his friend. He really was in such bad shape after all this fight….

- Midoriya is really a hero

- Even look how this sunshine cutie was supporting Todoroki, just after his own defeat. 

- After this fight these two really fast became very close, which is not that surprising seeing how intense and emotional, life-changing moment it was for both of them…

And remember how Todoroki said not long ago he didn’t come here to make friends… see, he changed his opinion very fast hahaha. ;)

He called Midoriya his friend, and knowing how reserved Todorki can be it really means a lot… Especially in what situation he did this. It was not long ago after events of school festival when Midoriya was in danger… And of course Todoroki rushed to his rescue. :D 

It also very significant how he knew Midoriya’s in danger. Thanks to phone message. And haha it gives such cute information they shared their phone numbers and maybe even send each other from time to time some cute messages. ;) . But what is more important it is that Midoriya’s send this message to all his contacts, but it was Todoroki who came to his rescue first, and also it was him who understand what such empty message means. He knows him so much he was able to say he is in pinch and rushed as fats as he could to help him. :D such protective boyfriend. Awww. :D 

- What also prove their great bond is how great partners  and powerful duo they can be. They really understand each other a lot. Being on the same time so different. 

They trust each other so much and also support themselves.

- from funny note Midoriya also became some kind of calming waifu for Todoroki. ;) Look how he tries to calm him down when he gets annoyed by others. ;)  

- They are really such cute friends, Midoriya even always remember to invite Todoroki when he and his other friends go to some funny places. 

- Todoroki became also very observant towards Midoriya…

being able to notice his worries and trying to help him. 

When Midoriya was worried about Kouta, Todorki calmly and with patience listened him and gave long and the best advice he could. He didn’t brush him over, it was important for Midoriya so for him too. 

They talked so long that in a way they really werelike in their own world, that much they forgot to world matters and forgot they should prepare the meal. ;) 

It is very meaningful how patient and caring Todoroki became towards Midoriya. He really has such soft side towards him (which is not surprising after all Midoriya is such cutie pie :D). And it is kind of interesting how clam and soft he became towards him when not long ago he had kind of harsher way of speaking him like he was calling him “brat” and was saying he is “Spouting garbage”.:D Hahaha Todoroki you became such softie. :D awww. :D 

- Like really he has such soft spot towards Midoriya now,… like he worries so much about him

and checking if he is o.k :D 

- The same for Midoriya, he is very attentive for Todoroki and his feelings and very caring. 

Like he always notice if Todoroki suffer when someone will bring up his past demons and will try to calm this. 

- Midoriya with time became also the voice of reason for Todoroki, and always brings him back to his senses. :D He has such amazing healing power towards him, isn’t he? :D 

- As we know Todoroki is super strong and all, and few time he saved Midoriya, but also Midoriya was saving him from others too. :D 

Todoroki knows this perfectly and is very aware of how big impact for his life has always this little sunshine hero boy. :D 

-When Todoroki failed the exam Midoriya was much more concerned about him that about himself, he was sooo worried. 

- And when he heard Todoroki will be able to make this exam again he finally smiled and felt very relived. :D Such carrying sweet boyfriend aw. ;)

  1. RULES, RULES, RULES. This is important. You need to set rules for yourself, and if you are truly ana, you will have no problem sticking to them because you are STRONG! Rules are everything. Examples: Don’t eat anything white. Do not, under any circumstances, eat after 6:00. Don’t eat before 3:00. Cut each bite into x amount of pieces, chew x amount of times. Do not eat anything that has over 3 grams of fat. Make your own and keep adding to them.
  2. Ana must be the center of your life.
  3. Drink a full glass of water before you eat and then sip a full glass between bites, you’ll get full much faster. Remember it takes 20 minutes for the brain to realize the stomach is full.
  4. Eat denser food because it feels like more. Light and fluffy foods compact in your digestive tract and you will feel hungry soon after.
  5. Take out only the amount of food you plan to eat and don’t allow seconds.
  6. Think before you eat. Don’t eat while distracted (TV, etc). Stop and consider if you really want to eat that then consciously give yourself permission.
  7. 4 100-calorie meals is better than one 400-calorie meal.
  8. Never eat anything bigger than about a cup, your stomach will expand and you’ll get hungry more. If you need to, eat more frequently, not bigger amounts.
  9. Slim-Fast and other “healthy” bars and shakes have more carbs and calories than in the meal they’re intended to replace. Stay away.
  10. Drink at least a glass of water every hour. You were not comfortable. 
It was extremely hot yesterday. Like hot-hot. So, naturally, everyone had worn as few pieces of clothing as possible. Except you. You couldn’t bring yourself to get out of your dorm. How could you wear a mini skirt or shorts? You couldn’t.
It wasn’t that you were that chubby. Just slightly bigger than the other girls.  A little more bum, a bit bigger sternum, no abs, no thigh gap. You had a little more going on than you wanted to but even when you tried-and you had tried many times-those pounds wouldn’t go away.  
So, you played sick. You were sick. With this. All of it. There are things you couldn’t tell anyone. You couldn’t tell you how many times you looked in the mirror in the hope that the body looking back at you would be somehow different from the reality. You couldn’t tell anyone how many times you pinched the fat on your thighs and thought “shit”.  You couldn’t tell anyone how many times you thought about your weight, or your waist measurement, or just about your body generally, which seemed to have become a battleground. Too many things you couldn’t tell. You have been told hundreds of times that you should be ashamed of your body, that you should conceal it, cover it, that you should do whatever it fucking takes to make it smaller regardless of the impact on your happiness. And it hurt. It hurt so much, that there were days that it was way too much. Too overwhelming. And the worst part is that you have been told all those things by your own self. Yesterday was one of those bad days. Today was worse.
It was back to being breezy and a bit cold and therefore you could wear clothes that made you feel comfortable and actually go outside. It didn’t really help that you were that shy, either. Or that you had a crush on the school heartbreaker. Yeah, like he would look at you. It just hurt, knowing that no boy could ever look at you like they were looking at the other girls.
You were roaming the shelves of the library looking for the book Professor McGonagall had told you that it could help you with your essay. You were so lost in your own thoughts you accidently bumped someone.
Of course, it would be him. Why the universe would go easy on you?
“Sorry” you hummed as you continued to walk down the aisle looking at the books, not glancing up to look at him.
“No worries.” Sirius said. He took one look at you and that was all it took. You were already nowhere to be seen. He was puzzled. You, on the other hand… you were on the verge to cry. Why couldn’t your stupid body help you for once? You knew all too well the kind of girls he is into. You closed your eyes momentarily to hold back the tears. When you opened them, you were face to face with him. You had to force yourself to be still. His eyes were roaming your body and all you wanted was to crawl into a cave and die. What you did not expect though was the faint blush creeping its way to his cheeks when he looked at your slightly open shirt, just a button or two, really.
“S-sorry. Um… do you know where I can find ‘Circa Transmutatio processus’” he asked you, his voice low and his breath hot. You tried to remain calm.
“I think it’s in the Restricted Section” you said, secretly proud that you didn’t shatter. You couldn’t possibly know this but your voice was the sweetest, most melodic thing he had ever heard. He was amazed by you. His eyes drifting more often than he would like to your lips and your other curves.
“Oh, I see. I’m Sirius, by the way. Sirius Black” he introduced himself with a smirk. Oh my Merlin, that was the infamous smirk. You smiled softly and kindly.
“Y/N, Y/L/N” you answered figuring that it would be rude to leave him hanging.
“You’re beautiful” he breathed out and you froze. His eyes widened.
“I mean your name. Your name is beautiful. You have a beautiful name. Okay. Gotta run. See you around” he rambled while his voice was strangely pitchy. You were blushing uncontrollably and for a second you thought that maybe it was okay to- well, that second was history and your mind was destroying you once again.
You made your way to your room, forgetting about the essay. It’s rather ironic that you liked someone that his last name was actually one of your house colors. The moment you closed the door behind you, all those emotions and all those tears became too much. You collapsed onto your mattress.

The next days were fine. But then, that particular Friday was hot. Again. However today, you couldn’t pretend to be sick. You had to hand in two papers and brew a potion. You simply couldn’t deal with it. So, suck it up and get it done, you commanded yourself. You had mastered to wear a pair of jeans and a see through black loose shirt. It was more than daring but it was hot and you didn’t want to die.
You had managed to blend in until the Potions Class. You walked in late, so naturally, every single person was looking at you.
He was looking at you.
He was here. Damn you double potions. And damn you potions again. The only seat left was next to him. You gathered all the strength you had and made it into the desk.
You sat down quietly and waited patiently for the class to end.  At least that was what you hoped. You were brewing a difficult potion that was toxic if it touched your skin, therefore you were extra careful. Well, that made one of you. Because Sirius was way too caught up drooling over you to actually follow the instructions. And that was when you heard the explosion. Your head snapped towards him. The potion was everywhere. Even on him. Slughorn was fuming and prompting everyone to leave the class. When he turned to you he was outraged.  
“You two clean up the mess you made. Oh, and Y/L/N, help him with the wounds” he spat at both of you, leaving you speechless while he ran off to call Madam Pomfrey. 
“Are you alright? What happened?” you asked him. You were roaming the class to find something to clean up his cuts. So, that was why the potion was toxic.
You found a rag, dampened it with a little water from the sink that was near Slughorn’s desk and made your way back at him. It was awkward. You gently started to clean up his arm which had suffered the worst. You continued to clean each scar carefully. The whole time Sirius was looking at you. You were aware of that. But you didn’t know that he found you breathtaking, mesmerizing, and ravishing. 
“It may hurt a bit” you said as you were about to clean up the nastiest of his wounds. He hissed as the rag was pressed against his scars, but the pain quickly faded away.
You whispered a soft sorry before you got up and dump the rag in the sink. Slughorn could handle it from there. 
“Why did you help me?” he asked softly. If you didn’t know any better your mind would be wondering if he li-no. 
“You didn’t want me to?” you returned the question slightly embarrassed. Maybe he didn’t even like you as a friend. Silly girl, you thought.  You lowered your eyes. This was tough for you. You were taken aback when a pair of lips softly pecked yours. Your eyes became wider than the sun. What just happened? 
“I’m sorry. I’m so sorry. I shouldn’t -”.  You cut him off.
“Why did you kiss me?” you mumbled. Why was he toying with you?
“I like you. A lot” he breathed out. This can’t happen. This can’t happen.  Suddenly all you wanted was to be brutally honest. 
“I am not like them. The girls you go for. And I am not the one for a one night stand. I am not perfect or hot or sexy or skinny with long legs and abs. I don’t have silky hair and I am not…” you trailed off because this was too much. Your vision was blurring. You held back a sob. You were breaking your heart just so he wouldn’t. 
You expected him to say something. He didn’t. He grabbed your wrist, slammed you to his body, cupped your face and kissed you with so much passion that you were sure you’d have fallen if it wasn’t for his arm wrapped around your waist.  After a while, he took a step back and looked right into your eyes.
“Girls want to be called hot. Women like you are beautiful” he said causing butterflies-no. Not butterflies. He caused the whole damn zoo.

You sighed, looking into the mirror in front of you. You hated looking into the mirror before taking a shower. You could just see all the imperfections of your body. The slight pinches of fat on your belly and arms, the stretch marks from when you were younger that seemed to never go away, and of course the size of your breasts. Why were they like that? Why couldn’t they have been the way you wanted them to be? Why weren’t any of your imperfections the why you wanted them to be? Why couldn’t you be perfect like those women you see on TV or in magazines? You felt like crying while all of those insecurities, reminders, and questions flooded your mind. 

Once you quickly entered the shower and turned it on, you immediately sat down on the cold surface of it and curled into a ball. Those thoughts kept crowding your mind. It was like your own brain was mocking you and bullying you, like your mind was not even apart of you anymore. You’d never say such things to someone else, so why would you do it to yourself? After that last thought, you instantly went into a river of tears. You started to cry into your arms, trying to hide yourself even though it was just you, alone, with no one beside you.

To such irony, a voice and knock was heard from behind the door. “Y/N? Are you okay?”

You could hear Tae sigh. “I’m coming in, okay?”

You wanted to stop him, because you knew how unappealing you must of looked while crying. But you just couldn’t bring yourself to do it. You needed him to comfort you.

You heard the door open and you tried to silence your cries. The shower curtains opened and you looked up to see a very visibly concerned Taehyung. He muttered your name quietly and that’s when you didn’t fight anymore. You tried avoiding eye contact with him as much as possible and continued to cry.

Taehyung grabbed a towel from the bathroom counter and gestured towards it. “Come here…”

You exited the shower and walked towards Taehyung, still sniffling. He wrapped your body in the towel and kissed your cheek lightly. “Come on…” He whispered deeply into your ear. 

He took your hand and led you to the bed. After you both sat down, Taehyung took you in his arms. His embrace was so warm and strong it felt safe, like you didn’t feel any danger or insecurity anymore.

Ana Tips - Meals Together

Here are just some tips for anyone who has people breathing down their necks or people watching them eat.

Ask a lot of questions. If you are trying to move the attention away from the food, getting them to answer questions is a great way. Ask them open ended questions so that they have a while to talk and a while to think about what they are going to say. That way, they won’t be looking at your food but they will be focusing on answering the questions. Talk a lot. This one is simple. When you are talking, you aren’t eating. Hold the food up to your mouth and then say something as if you just remembered what you were going to say. That way, it looks like you were about to eat.Spit into napkins. Take a large mouthful of food, making sure that they see, and chew it up so that it is smaller. Then, wipe your mouth on the napkin, spitting the food into your napkin. Don’t use this as a go-to technique. This is just when you have a lot of food on your plate and need it to look like some of it is gone.Make your food look smaller. Either spread all of your food out so that it is thin, or bunch it all up in one place. That way, you plate looks less full. Your parents/whomever you are trying to hide anafrom will be happy to see that you “ate” at least some of your food, so they won’t get upset that there is still some food on your plate.Offer them some of your food. I know that this may seem a little suspicious, but when you are out to eat and you have something else than them, you can ask “Do you want some of this? It’s so good, you have to try it.” Insist. Be confident.

I guess you all know water is your bestie. Drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water, or a glass per hour.
-Cold water speeds up your metabolism.
-Hot water makes you full faster.
Have a sip of water between each bite, It will help you to fill up faster and won’t make you overeat.
If you are about to binge, count 1 to 100, this will distract your mind and turn it to a different direction so when you finish counting you will be able to tell if you really want to eat or not.
You can also drink a glass of water fast, you’ll be all disgusted and the impulse of eating will go away.
You can also brush your teeth, chew a non-calorie gum or a pepermint. Do you really want to mess up your perfect mouth? And if you still feel like it, give it a bite. Good? I don’t think so, your mouth will be all minty and food will actually taste bad.
If you are REALLY willing to eat something, go to the kitchen, prepare it and chew it. BUT you have to split it out. And you should know that once food it’s in your mouth, you gain the 15% of the calories in it.
Don’t eat before going to sleep because you burn 100 calories while sleeping and if you have some snacks before that you will have to burn it, and other stuff you didn’t burned earlier on the day so you’ll actually areputting weigh for the next morning.
ALWAYS get 7-8 hours of sleep because like I said before- You burn 100 calories while sleeping AND if you don’t sleep your appetite will increase by 15% the next morning.
If you have insomnia, can’t help it. But don’t cry, there’s nobody awake! Do some workout while nobody is watching!
Every time you say ‘no thanks’ to food, you are saying ‘yes please’ to skinny.
When you are alone, WORKOUT! There’s nobody to bother you!
-Go to the kitchen and throw away all the stuff you’ll be snacking on the next day.
-Dance, sing loud, scream, laugh. You burn more calories.
-Go to the kitchen and LAUGH of food. I haven’t lost my mind, I’m serious. Tell it how bad it is. Tell it how it dosen’t control you. Tell it you will NEVER eat it.
NEVER EVER eat alone. It’s no use. It’s stupid. Eat when they’re watching you so they can’t say you starve yourself.
If you really don’t want to eat but they’re making you do so, get a colored cup and split all out in there, like pretend you eat it and that you’ll drink water, they’ll never know.
Do yoga.
Always take the stairs and when you do it, skip a stair so you’ll loose more thigh fat.
Suck in your stomach always, you can burn up to 10 calories an hour.
Tip toe stand when you’re washing your teeth, combing your hair, washing your hands, etc. This helps you burn about 15% more calories a day.
Wiggle your legs while stitting, this speeds up your metabolism and makes you loose about 10 calories per hour.
Don’t stay in one place, move around. Every calorie counts.
Make a list of stuff you are NEVER aloud to eat.
Say you are happy with your body.
Don’t get nervous when people talk about anorexia, say things such as ‘i can’t believe people actually starve themselves!’ Don’t be stupid.
If you have hunger pains, squeeze your body into a ball.
If you don’t have anything to exercise with, walik up and down your stairs for all the time you want and make your thighs smaller.
Eat while watching yourself in the mirror naked. How much are you able to eat now?
Think higher of yourself. YOU are too GOOD to put THAT in your body.
Always remember what ANA WANTS.
Eat al least 7 things a day, we don’t want a skinny corpse, we want a skinny girl.
Stay inspired. Why do you want to loose weigh?
Buy your own scale.
-Weigh yourself in the morning and at night.

-Put a rubber band in your wrist and slap it when you do so.
-Don’t use a blanket in cold nights.
-Make up your own.
Take a shower with cold water. This helps you burn more calories.

You must burn more calories than you eat if you want to lose body fat. Period.

The basic rule of weight management is that you must burn more calories than you consume each day; each week; and each month if you want to lose weight. It doesn’t matter if all the food you eat is healthy, wholesome, or “clean” food.

so..here are some basic tips…

1. Don’t’ drink calories! Drinking only water (8 cups or 64 Oz a day baby!) or tea.

2. Eat under 1500 calories.

3. Breakfast should be your largest meal of the day. Just think about it, if you are waking up in the morning after an eight hour fast and want to be productive eat like a king! What’s the point of eating a large dinner if you are just going to be sleeping?

4. Healthy food choices all day (lean meat, fruit, veggies,). You are a cave girl! Eat like one!

5. Anything made from wheat or rice is a no.

6. Eat often! You won’t get as hungry if you are eating small portions throughout the day.

7. Pick a day to binge. You will go fucking crazy if you don’t allow yourself to binge. Pick one day out of the week to eat whatever, like Sunday.

8. Stay active for an hour each day. Choose to walk instead of drive. Stand instead of sit.

9. Pick a time to stop eating. I stop eating at six.

Fasting Tips!


1.       On a day you plan to fast, make a to-do list for yourself. This will keep your mind off of eating. Here are some examples:


a.       Do laundry


b.      Do the dishes


c.       Clean the kitchen


d.      Vacuum, dust


e.      Take out the trash/recycling


f.        Run to the bank


g.       Go shopping at the mall without the intent to buy anything (Double Whammy – avoid the Food Court area and try on clothes you love but know will be too small; try on clothes a size or two smaller)


2.       BEFORE you plan to fast, make sure you have all of your supplies!


a.       Caffeine pills


b.      Diet soda (I drink Coke Zero – 0cal, 0 carb)


c.       Energy drinks (Monster Energy – Absolutely Zero is the best! 0 cal, 0carb)


d.      Bouillon Cubes (5 cal/cube, fat free)


e.      Water, Juice, Drink mixes, etc.


3.       Things you can do when you start getting hungry and are afraid you might binge:


a.       Smoke a cigarette. (If you are not already a smoker,please do not start because of this suggestion!) I am not a habitual smoker but I will sometimes have one before bed when I feel like I’m about to binge.


b.      Drink a glass of water quickly (will make you gag a little). Makes you slightly nauseous and decrease your desire for solid food.


c.       Drink a diet soda instead; tell yourself it’s a meal.


d.      Take your clothes off and look at your body in the mirror. Pinch bits of fat and think about what you ate that did that: here is the bowl of pasta, there’s that slice of pizza, the bag of chips, those peanut butter cookies, etc. Ask yourself if it was really worth it.


e.      If you’re wearing jeans, put on shorts and sit with your thighs pushed down against the surface of a chair/bed/etc. Think about how disgusting they are; like flat fat fucking pancakes oozing with fatty syrup and whipped cream.


f.        Tell yourself that your body is confused. It isn’t hungry, it’s tired. Take a nap.


g.       Clean something.


h.      Brush your teeth. If you have a retainer, put that in.


i.         Paint your nails


j.        Put on lipstick or gloss


k.       Turn on your computer/open a magazine and look at thinspo.


l.         If you have Netflix, watch Heavy or the Intervention episodes with eating disordered people (Intervention obviously will not be triggering for everyone, but it is for me).


m.    Watch America’s Next Top Model or The Biggest Loser


n.      Watch a gory movie. i.e Hostel or any of the Saw films.


o.      Put on your little sister’s t-shirt (or an old one of your own thatused to fit).


p.      Look at the clock. Tell yourself that you have 25 minutes. After 25 minutes drink a big glass of water. Weigh yourself. Look in the mirror. Look at your thighs. Still hungry?


q.      If you are craving a specific food, Google “Fat person eating _____.” If you don’t find a good enough image try, “Most disgusting ______.” The goal being to lessen the craving by either drawing a parallel from the food to rapid fat gain, or just by making it look as unappealing as possible.


4.       Always have a diet soda, bottled water, tea, chewing gum (5 cal/piece), or coffee with you when you are away from the house in case you get hungry or feel faint due to low blood sugar.

He always wants me to wear the tight black dress and heels, but it was hard sometimes. Looking at myself in the mirror everyday was a pain. I pinched at the fat around my tummy and poked at the rolls on my back. You figure that after all the time i spent in the midst of the apocalypse i would have lost some weight but I didn’t. Going from stable shelter to the next had its impact, especially with everyone cooking in the communities and sharing food creations. Not to mention being a wife to negan meant not doing much, I just lounged around all day with the other girls and was there for Negan after a rough day. He considered me a favorite of his, which had its benefits, like my own room which i am currently standing in, looking at myself in my mirror.

I hadn’t noticed the man leaning against the doorway as I stood in my lacy mismatched underwear and bra prodding and staring at the parts of myself that I liked the least. I was holding both my boobs, inspecting them and noticing that they are very differently sized, when I heard Negan clear his throat. I jumped and looked up into the mirror quickly to make eye contact with him, but his eyes are elsewhere. “ what are you up to, sweet pea?” he asked, his voice is so nice and heavy. With a choked sob, your  face twists into a pained expression as you turn to get dressed. You had been climbing out of the shower when the mirror made it’s move.

I’m too upset to sleep. With a pained sigh, your face relaxes. You pull a towel across your shoulders in case your hair drips too heavily (sorry if you're bald or somethin’) after pulling on your clothes- loose pajama bottoms and a sweater you had stolen from Thor some time back. You think about snagging your phone from on the nightstand near your bed, but with another sigh you decide against it, padding out of your room and down the dark hallway. Soft snoring comes from some of the rooms you pass, and you’re glad they’re sleeping.

When you make it to the kitchen, cutting across the living area, you steal one of Tony’s Capri Sun’s out of the fridge before going back into the living room to sit down near one of the expansive windows to watch late-night New York.

Thunder crashes suddenly, the sharp crack sending your head momentarily reeling as it sounds like a car crash. You jump up a little, tense, before tossing away the empty plastic container, deciding you’ll clean it up when you go back to your room before turning to watch outside. After a minute of counting mississippi’s, lightning flashes dangerously through the area. You press yourself against the cold window as rain pelts the world outside.

The next crash of thunder drowns out the shattering of glass coming from down the hall, and you watch the storm with an intent kind of haziness. There’s movement to the side, coming from the residence hallway, and you turn your head to see Bucky. He sees you, and with his heart in his heaving chest sputtering painfully against his ribs, he starts to take several steps backwards.

“Bucky? What’s wrong?” Your voice is hesitant as you stand, walking closer to study the shaking super soldier. He doesn’t answer before there’s a crash of thunder again, sounding like a giant is stomping overhead, and Bucky nearly trips onto his face as he flings himself at you, too frazzled to care about the panic and fear he’s letting you see. He clutches your upper arm, fingers digging in as his lip trembles and his eyes, wide and unsure, show you his fear and confusion. He’s practically hyperventilating.

Recognizing the signs of a panic attack from the times you had helped talk Tony down, you pull the man into a hug, which in turn leads to him nearly crushing your bones as thunder shakes the air again.

“Shh, c’mere,” you murmur as you shuffle backwards. Barnes clings further, letting out a strangled sound, and you shush him again. You wind up on the large couch, his head resting on one of your thighs as he clutches it like a lifeline. You find yourself rubbing his back and making soft noises, like you would to a scared pet as he tucks into himself, pulling your foot between his knees while he shakes.You’re half sitting, half laying on the couch, one leg stretched out to the side as the former assassin clings to it like a koala.

“Is it the thunder?” You ask quietly. His breathing is still ragged and quick, so you quiet down and make sure to make your breathing loud and slow, trying to set an example. The thunder, as if it heard you, rolls heavily overhead. More movement out of the corner of your eye, and you turn to see Steve in the same place Bucky had been- standing in the doorway to the room, panicked and scared.

When he sees you, he sees Bucky, and when he registers what’s going on, he doesn’t come comfort Bucky like you expected him to. Instead, he takes it as a sort of invitation. Suddenly, you have one super soldier clutching your leg and another lifting your arm from where it had rested beside you while he shakes and wraps thick arms around your middle, pressing his face into your other thigh.

You let out a discreet sigh, feeling the two super soldiers’ put the weight of their limbs on you. It’s heavy- heavier than you expected. You keep up the loud, slow breathing as the storm continues and the two males continue to tremble hard with each roll of thunder and crack of lightning until the storm slowly peeters away. You continue breathing in the silence as the storm calms down outside, and you can tell the exact moment they start to copy your breathing, because their trembling almost stops completely.

It isn’t long before they get even heavier, and you can tell they’ve gone asleep. With a light tug on one of your limbs, Bucky lets out a high pitched whimper in his sleep, clutching around you tighter, and you realize you’re not going anywhere.

They looked like the three stooges, or the three musketeers if you want, from where you were standing. Mitch was playing with something on his phone, occasionally showing his screen to Auston and William and then they would laugh like the boys that they were. William was talking animatedly, his hair falling on his face from time to time and then there was Auston.

Your heart still leaps every time you see Auston Matthews and you stifled a chuckle, you really should be used to it by now but it’s still such a foreign concept… just like the aircast he had on his foot. Who would have thought? Auston Matthews is injured.

Pro Ana Tips
  1. RULES, RULES, RULES. This is important. You need to set rules for yourself, and if you are truly ana, you will have no problem sticking to them because you are STRONG! Rules are everything. Examples: Don’t eat anything white. Do not, under any circumstances, eat after 6:00. Don’t eat before 3:00. Cut each bite into x amount of pieces, chew x amount of times. Do not eat anything that has over 3 grams of fat. Make your own and keep adding to them.
  2. Ana must be the center of your life.
  3. Drink a full glass of water before you eat and then sip a full glass between bites, you’ll get full much faster. Remember it takes 20 minutes for the brain to realize the stomach is full.
  4. Eat denser food because it feels like more. Light and fluffy foods compact in your digestive tract and you will feel hungry soon after.
  5. Take out only the amount of food you plan to eat and don’t allow seconds.
  6. Think before you eat. Don’t eat while distracted (TV, etc). Stop and consider if you really want to eat that then consciously give yourself permission.
  7. 4 100-calorie meals is better than one 400-calorie meal.
  8. Never eat anything bigger than about a cup, your stomach will expand and you’ll get hungry more. If you need to, eat more frequently, not bigger amounts.
  9. Slim-Fast and other “healthy” bars and shakes have more carbs and calories than in the meal they’re intended to replace. Stay away.
  10. Drink at least a glass of water every hour. It’s better for weight loss to sip throughout the day than to chug a full glass (except before eating, in which case it can make you eat less, or make you slightly nauseous so you don’t want to eat at all). Try keeping a water bottle somewhere you’ll see it a lot, like every 10-20 minutes, and take a drink from it every time you see it/notice it.
  11. Drink up to a shot of apple cider vinegar before eating, it’s supposed to minimize fat absorption. Also speeds metabolism and can help curb cravings. Drinking more than a shot causes a vague nausea which helps suppress appetite.
  12. Ice or gum are good food substitutes. Celery works too if you’re really hungry.
  13. Use small, dark colored plates. Dark blue or black makes you eat less, and smaller plates and utensils cause you to take smaller portions from the start.
  14. Make a list of “bad” foods. Periodically, cross one of the list and pledge to never, ever eat it again. Eventually there will be none left.
  15. Eat in front of a mirror, naked or in underwear if possible. If you can’t, carry a picture of yourself in a revealing outfit and look at it when you want to eat. When you have cravings pinch your fat and look at your problem areas, don’t add to them!
  16. Eat a lot of fiber for digestive health and low calories.
  17. Create a methodical routine for eating. Cut food into tiny pieces, count your bites and the number of times you chew, set your utensils down between bites, and sip water between bites. Add other rules or rituals of your own.
  18. Eat higher-calorie items earlier in the day so you have more time to burn them off; if you eat late eat light or it will be more likely to be stored as fat due to inactivity. Try not to eat too late, sleep burns calories and is a good opportunity to burn fat with little effort. The body must burn through all digesting food before taking energy from stored food (fat).
  19. When you go out, take very little money or only enough to buy whatever non-food item you plan on buying. This will make it harder to buy food on impulse.
  20. Don’t take bites, either from others’ food or while cooking, as the calories add up surprisingly fast and you may not realize how much extra you’re taking in.
  21. Write down everything you eat and its calories. This will make you think before eating and also make you more aware of how much food and calories you are actually consuming. You can also write down other things such as how you’re feeling, who you’re with, place, time, and why you chose to eat it, this will help you track patterns in your eating behavior.
  22. Wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it when you want to eat. Food = pain.
  23. Set a time you cannot eat past. 6:00 or 7:00pm are good choices. This is especially helpful if you are prone to night binging. Then make a rule that you cannot eat before 6:00 or 7:00AM, this is like having a 12-hr fast every day.
  24. You shouldn’t eat for at least 3 hours before going to bed. The extra hours will help burn off the calories. If you eat soon before sleeping, you absorb more calories due to inactivity and you put on weight.
  25. Have a peppermint or peppermint tea. Peppermint decreases hunger.
  26. Brush your teeth when you want to eat. The clean feeling and mint aftertaste will put you off food.
  27. Press on your stomach when it grumbles. TUMS also stop stomach growling and have calcium.(5 calories a piece so be careful!)
  28. Carry a list of all the reasons you want to be thin and avoid food. Look at it when you want to eat to remind yourself why you won’t. Or, write a new list every time you want to eat. It’ll distract you, postpone eating, and thinking of the reasons will inspire you.
  29. Cut a ribbon the size you want your waist to be. wrap and tie it around your wrist like a bracelet. Every time you look at it you’ll be reminded of your goals. When you’re tempted, take it off and wrap it around your waist. See how close you are, or how far you have to go, and resist the temptation.
  30. Always leave at least one bite of food on your plate. This will help you to be able to stop eating and prevent binges. It will also stop you from compulsively finishing portions even when you have eaten enough.
  31. Save $1 for every meal you don’t eat, then use the money to buy yourself a non-food present.
  32. Friends will only get in the way. Avoid them until you reach your goals.
  33. Never eat in secret. This is a terrible habit that leads to compulsive binging. If you wouldn’t eat it in front of all your friends you shouldn’t be eating it at all! Also if you only eat around other people they will know that you do eat and assume you eat alone as well, thus lessening suspicion that you have an ED.
  34. Never eat out of a box or jar. Always eat from a plate or bowl. This will help you in several ways: You will see how much you are really eating; you can determine in advance how much you will eat and not go back for seconds; using a small plate or bowl will make you eat even less; you can count/measure out an exact serving and know the accurate amount of calories you are consuming.
  35. Give clothes to Goodwill as they get too big for you. Don’t keep them around “just in case.”
  36. If you live alone, put thinspo and/or reverse thinspo pictures on the pantry and refrigerator. A mirror works well too.
  37. When you have hunger pangs, picture your stomach eating away your fat, and that what you feel is the feeling of thinness and your fat burning away.
  38. Coffee is an appetite suppressant. Drink it black or with Splenda or other no-calorie sweetener.
  39. Count your bites, and the number of times you chew them. Plan in advance how many bites you can have. Then make them smaller or use smaller utensils.
  40. Paint your nails so you can’t eat until the polish dries. Teeth whitening strips are good too.
  41. Drink water before eating. If you’re still hungry, drink green tea or broth. If you still need to eat, you’ll eat less than you would have.
  42. Eat low-calorie foods with strong flavors. Sometimes you’re craving taste, not food. For bouillon, use less water than is recommended. Peppermints, pickles, peppers, and mustard are good choices.
  43. Do not eat anything unless you know the exact amount of calories in it.
  44. Chew gum while cooking. That way you can’t take bites while it is cooking, and you won’t want to eat it once it’s done.
  45. Keep food out of sight, not sitting out, and stay away from food and the kitchen to keep your mind off it.
  46. Keep a pocket thinspo in your wallet with your cash so you won’t spend money on food.
  47. For sweet cravings, lick a chopstick and dip it into a diet Swiss Miss pack.
  48. Write your current weight on one hand, and your goal weight on the other. When you go to eat, you’ll be reminded how fat you are, and how skinny you could be.
  49. The Four D’s:
        Distance yourself from food.
        Distract yourself.
        Delay eating
        Decide what your goals really are.
  50. Green tea raises metabolism and is very good for the skin and overall health. Drink it in the morning to increase metabolism for the day. Add lemon to make it more effective and to add a detoxifying aspect.
  51. Hot water with lemon is another good morning drink.
  52. Spicy foods raise metabolism, if you don’t like them you can take cayenne pepper capsules available in supplement section of drugstores or health food stores.
  53. Drinking apple cider vinegar is said to raise metabolism, have a few tablespoons, can also be mixed in water (with lemon would be best) or used as salad dressing.
  54. Start the morning with stretching to wake up your muscles, the morning is also the best time to exercise because your body will use stored food (fat) as fuel instead of food you ate. It also processes food better throughout the day and gives you more energy if you exercise in the morning.
  55. Get at least 6 hours of sleep each night, less than this can decrease metabolism by 10% and increase appetite by 15%. You look better and feel better when you have more sleep also if you’re sleeping then you’re not eating!
  56. Keep good posture, it burns 10% more calories throughout the day. You also look better.
  57. Vitamin B6 and B12 raise metabolism and give you energy.
  58. Eating protein increases your metabolic rate by 14%.
