Kat - Day 30!

I did MUCH better today.

I started out with running right when I got up…I’m a virgin runner, so I only made it 0.3 miles before having to take it down to a brisk walk with a few sprints here and there, LOL. 100 squats, 5 min of jump rope….and then I got in some decent pilates/mat work too. I focused on my core/abs with 2 blogilatesTV videos (the corset one and the waist cincher one) and also this abs video that I came across! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jr0Ydf6bP50 ) 

So far I drank 2 liters of water (going to get in another liter before bed!) and I ate really well, no sugar, flour or cheese! 

We are having a family Christmas party tomorrow, so wish us luck in not going TOO crazy with dinner ;)

I've been crazy BUSY!

I haven’t worked out consistently in almost 3 weeks. My home business has been taking off like crazy and I’ve been really focused on it. So, I’m back to making time in my day to work out. Today: starting with some Blogilates videos, working in Jillian Michaels Killer Buns & Thighs (level 3) while my youngest takes her nap…then before bed I’ll get some pole fitness in.
