Vegan diet so far.. 🌱🍏🍐
Yesterday I had the most delicious salad; avocado, mushrooms, ginger, pickled carrot and red cabbage. Nomnomnom!!!
Today I’ve eaten a single piece of gluten free, wheat free whole grain toast, with soy butter (I think it’s soy, it’s vegan butter) and some raspberry jam for breakfast followed by a soy latte 👍🏻
So I’ve been doing really well. Being vegan again is great and I’m super happy, so YAY!!! 🍠🍉🍏🌽🍆🍎🍑
