Hello everybody ,I am really excited to share my experience about the dish which I never tried before but now I wish to eat it any day and anytime.Being a chef it is very necessary to explore different cuisine and dishes and that’s what i did being a chef !! I tried the signature Korean dish called “Bibmbap”

After the dish arrived to the table i could smell different flavors like sesame oil,mushrooms,freshness of various vegetables,the dish looked so vibrant as it has so many components and all of them vary in colors.In addition, the dish was served warm and the teriyaki chicken underneath the egg was piping hot.The dish had components like sauteed zucchini,bean sprout,pickled cabbage,shiitake mushrooms,wilted spinach,seasoned carrot Julianne,sunny side up and Nori sheet for garnish.

Every component in this dish was so flavorful that everything tasted in its own way,there were no dominant flavors and was completely balanced dish.The selling point or the uniqueness about this dish is that it was so healthy and light dish for dinner.It is also served with side portion of black rice which is good source of iron,antioxidant and has high nutritional value.The other vegetables on the side were also high in nutrition.Carrots are good source of carotene.

I Think after tasting this type of  dish I feel that i can recognize different flavors as I keep on tasting different food.I Felt that i have strong palate as I could identify the sweetness of teriyaki chicken,sharpness in the pickled cabbage, smokey flavor in the sauteed vegetables and sesame oil in the mushroom as it has very dominant flavor of its own.

The dish looked appealing, it tasted delicious and i had an exceptional experience while eating the dish which was made from authentic Asian ingredients.I would highly recommend this dish for those food lovers who like to taste different flavor and explore the cuisine and would myself also eat it again,may be with different protein because I love beef and in my opinion it will be great dish.

If I talk about experiencing vibrant flavor there were few like sesame oil which only compliments certain vegetables.The sweetness in the spinach was completely balanced too.

The whole experience of tasting this dish has helped me to discover different flavor which indeed will help me to combine various flavors with different vegetables,herbs and spices.As going ahead in recent culinary trends “Combination of flavors hold crucial role for judging any dish.

Pan Fried Potatoes With Green Peas & Bacon

We offer you the recipe of delicious fried potatoes, which are tender inside and well browned on the outside.
Your family members or guests will not resist the temptation of flavorful fries with crispy onion. This dish is very simple, commonly used and nourishing, that’s why it has so many followers. It can be served with sour cabbage, pickled cucumbers or hot tomato sauce.
Ingredients:


1 carrot
½ tsp salt
1 bulb onion
200 g (7 oz) ham
1 glass green peas
455 g (1 lb) potato
½ spring onion bunch
4 tbsp refined sunflower oil

Cooking
Wash potatoes, pour with water and boil the potatoes in their skins. Cook them until soft, but not mushy.
Peel a carrot and cut it into circles. Preheat 1 tbsp sunflower oil in a frying pan and brown the carrot for 5 minutes. Then add green peas and pour 3-4 spoons of water. Pickled cabbage and beetroot salad

Traditionally pickled cabbage is cooked with carrot and has a light spicy taste and a milky tint. However there are many recipes of marinated cabbage. One of them contains sour cabbage and beetroot. Such a combination gives the crunchy salad an unusual taste and a bright burgundy color.
Ingredients:

3 kg (6,61 lb) cabbage
1 l (liter) of water
7 black peppercorns
1 glass of table vinegar
3 bay leaves
1 kg (2,2 lb) beetroot
2 tbsp of salt
½ tsp allspice
1 glass of sugar
vegetable oil (for serving)

Cooking
Wash the cabbage heads and cut them in chunks. Wash beetroots, peel and shred them. Toss the ingredients in a big glass jar.
Pour water in a pan. Bring it to boil. Add black peppercorns, allspice, salt, sugar and bay leaves. Cook the mixture over low heat for 10 minutes. Next add table vinegar and boil 1 minute more. Pour the prepared marinade above the cabbage and beetroot. Keep the jar with marinated salad at room temperature for 3 days.

Beetroot salad

Ingredients:


4 potatoes
1 beetroot
1 carrot
2 pickled cucumbers
100 g of pickled cabbage
1 soaked apple
50 g of bulb onion
3 tbsp of sunflower oil
50 g of vinegar
1 tsp of mustard
salt – to taste
sugar – to taste

Cooking
Boil potatoes, beetroot and carrot. Cool, peel and dice vegetables. Cube an apple. Peel and chop a bulb onion. Cut cucumbers and chop pickled cabbage. Mix all the ingredients together.
Combine sugar and sunflower oil. Add mustard, sugar, and vinegar. Stir everything properly. Dress the salad with the prepared seasoning.
