I just spent an hour and a half waiting on hold with the Direct Loan Servicing Department regarding my student loans. They FINALLY picked up and were verifying my information when I lost the call.

I don’t know whether to cry and scream my head off. These are the moments when I’m not sure college was a smart idea. Ironic? Extremely.
