Notes: Text Messages
Wally was currently in his last class of the day, secretly messaging you from under his desk. The teacher kept rambling on and on as the clock slowly inched towards 3 o’clock.
Wally:My parents are going to be away this weekend.
Wally: Yeah, do you want to stay over?
(Y/N): Hmm…let me think about it.
The teacher began to hand out homework. Wally had to quickly slip his phone back into his pocket as the teacher passed him. Pausing a minute to wait for the teacher to return to the front of the class, Wally took his phone back out.
Wally: Seriously, Babe. You’re killing me here.
(Y/N): Aren’t you still in class?
Wally: Yes or No?
(Y/N): Someone is impatient.
“Mr. West, pay attention please,” the teacher scolds. Wally jumped in his seat, almost dropping his phone.
“Yes, sir,” Wally mutters while the rest of the class chuckled around him. He sat up straight, pretending to pay attention. When the teacher turned back to the board, Wally went back to his phone to find a new message from you.
(Y/N): I guess I could fit it in my schedule.
Just as Wally finished reading your message, the bell rang ending the day. A grin broke out on his face when he sped to gather his stuff and run out of the building. Once he was away from the prison people called a school, he let out a cheer before using his speed to run home to get it ready for your special weekend.
Three hours later, you were knocking on Wally’s door with your backpack over your shoulder. Your body was a bundle of nerves as you felt this weekend was going to be an important one for your relationship.
“Hey Babe,” Wally flirts, opening the door to lean seductively against the door frame. “I’ve been expecting you.”
“Oh, have you now,” you tease, wiggling your eyebrows at him. He smiles cheekily before pulling you into his arms for a kiss. A fluttering began in your stomach as your kiss deepened. Wally spun you into the house, bumping the door closed with his hip. You giggled into his lips when you felt him gently slip your backpack off your shoulders to set it on the floor.
“I’m so glad you came,” he whispers in your ear as he moved to kiss your neck. You laugh when his lips reached a ticklish spot. Pushing him away, you gather yourself.
“Can I have a minute to freshen up,” you ask, picking up your backpack. Wally nodded, looking a little nervous now that you stopped kissing.
“Sure, the bathroom is over there,” he says, gesturing over to an opened door down a hallway. “I’ll be waiting in the living room.” He walked calmly into the next room.
You studied yourself in the mirror. Having washed your face and changed into something much more revealing, you had to admit you looked good. After making sure everything was perfect, you left the bathroom to head towards the living room, dropping your backpack in the hallway as you went.
Walking into the room, you gasp at what you saw. The room was lit by candles surrounding a beautiful made bed of blankets on the floor. Wally was gently tossing rose petals on the bed until he spun around when he heard your gasp.
“Oh, Wally,” you sigh, loving him even more. His mouth dropped open once he took in what you weren’t wearing. “I can’t believe you did this.”
He opened and closed his mouth several times, trying to speak. “Any….Anything for you, babe,” he stammers, tossing the rest of the petals haphazardly onto the makeshift bed. “I wanted to make our first time perfect.”
“Well, it is perfect,” you comment, walking to wrap your arms around him. You smile happily at him, touching the tip of your nose to his. “How do I look?”
Wally comes out of his shock to place a gentle kiss on your lips. “Good enough to eat,” he whispers in your ear before locking you into another passionate kiss. Things began to heat up when Wally picks you up to gently lay you down on the floor bed.
“Are you sure you want to do this,” Wally asks, pausing the kiss to gaze into your eyes.
You laugh, placing your hand on the back of his head to pull him back to you, “I’m sure.” He grinned before your lips crashed together for the first of many times that night.
While your plan had been to stay over for the entire weekend, Wally ended up being called to the cave late Saturday afternoon. You were both disappointed, but you were glad of the time you had.
Wally had arrived at the cave through the zeta tube several minutes late to the mission briefing since he couldn’t pull himself away from you. He hadn’t changed into his costume yet when he slipped into the room to stand next to Robin. Batman glared at him, pausing in his talk before continuing like nothing happened.
“You’re late,” Robin whispers, elbowing Wally in the process.
Wally elbowed him back. “Well, I was busy,” he protests quietly as he half- listened to Batman.
“You were with (Y/N), weren’t you,” Robin asks. Batman had finished the briefing, sending the team on their way while giving Wally a look that warned a discussion later. Wally swung around to Robin, wide-eyed.
“How did you know that,” Wally answers, startled by the fact Robin knew. He had kept your relationship a secret from the rest of the team.
Robin gave his signature chuckle before giving Wally a knowing look. “Next time if you don’t want anyone to notice, you might want to cover up the hickey,” Robin chides bemusedly, heading towards the hanger bay.
Wally blushed embarrassingly, clapping a hand over the hickey. He ran off to get dressed, mumbling to himself. “Good thing my costume covers my neck, or all the bad guys would know too.”
