Proper Cardiovascular Workout:


You can have the greatest, most muscular set of abs in the world, but if they are blanketed by a layer of body fat, who cares. In order to rid yourself of the extra body fat around your midsection, you need to incorporate effective cardio sessions into your fitness plan. You cannot spot-reduce the midsection by doing extra ab exercises like crunches or sit-ups. You first must burn off the body fat through proper cardio to properly define the area.

Abdominal training by itself will not do much. Cardio needs to be intense enough to do the trick. Three to four sessions a week of intense jogging, running, the Stairmaster, the elliptical, jumping rope, or biking should be enough to get the process in gear. Swimming, hiking, and taking aerobics classes are beneficial as well. Nothing beats jogging or running. It is the most intense, efficient, and effective method of burning calories. If running outside hurts your joints, try running inside on a treadmill or outside on a dirt path. It definitely is easier on the body.

Again, you NEED three to four intense cardio sessions a week to help create a calorie deficit and help rid the body of the fat that covers your abs.

Choosing the right supplements. When shopping for workout supplements or daily supplements you have to have a goal or some type of mental plan of what you are looking to accomplish. You want to always have the essential daily supplements Multi vitamin , omega fish oil & you might want to take a vitamin d. I’ve found that taking vitamin D daily my mood is always very positive. I wake up feeling energetic and with absolutely no trouble. Now for your body building supplements you want to always have a protein shake. Protein shake is very necessary when training to feed the muscle and provide muscle growth & energy. When picking a protein I always recommend a low calorie, low carb ,low fat & no sugar shake. The reason for that is cause when gaining muscle you don’t want to gain fat or pack on unnecessary weight. But if you’re looking to gain weight there are high caloric protein shakes but keep in mind you don’t want too much saturated fat. The way you make your shakes and the ingredients you use also have a impact in your gains. So try to keep it low fat low sugar & low calories. I use water. Now there’s these other supplements you can take to maximize or accelerate your gains like a pre & post workout drink or supplements like No2(nitric oxide) or a creatine & there’s amino acid (which is what I take). I find that the broken down amino acid helps repair & rebuild allowing you to continue with feeling really sore. That is my tutorial on supplements. Dating and who pays???

In the game of dating there are tons of tricky situations that people find themselves asking for help or some sort of advice. But I think one of the biggest situations is who’s paying for the date?
The reason why this is one of the trickiest situation is because not only do you want to leave a lasting impression but you want to send the correct signals and you want your standards or your beliefs to be met.
There’s alot of women in the world that feel like when going on a date they shouldn’t have to pay anything at all ever. Just like the same for guys there’s guys in the world that feel that they can live off a female just because they’re reciprocating the favor in whatever other way. And they’re both ok if the can swing that. But in my opinion people like that aren’t ever going to find a serious partner that is going to love them for the “Real” them. I personally think that who ever initiates or extends the invite should pay for the specific part of the date. If in any case they’ve met their part of the date & it’s going to continue on to another segment of the date where it’s going to cost money I think the invitee should now present the offer to pay for that segment of the date as common courtesy . As a favor for a favor type of deal. Like they say “ one hand washes the other and both hands together wash the face. Unless the date was clearly laid out where there was a mutual agreement like going Dutch (where both people go half & half on the entire date).
If in any case you happen to be the invitee more then once & you’ve been paid for as a sign of courtesy & respect for yourself & your date you should offer to pay.
My advice: is don’t let ppl sucker you & don’t participate in anything where the outcome doesn’t make you happy.
