Choosing the right supplements. When shopping for workout supplements or daily supplements you have to have a goal or some type of mental plan of what you are looking to accomplish. You want to always have the essential daily supplements Multi vitamin , omega fish oil & you might want to take a vitamin d. I’ve found that taking vitamin D daily my mood is always very positive. I wake up feeling energetic and with absolutely no trouble. Now for your body building supplements you want to always have a protein shake. Protein shake is very necessary when training to feed the muscle and provide muscle growth & energy. When picking a protein I always recommend a low calorie, low carb ,low fat & no sugar shake. The reason for that is cause when gaining muscle you don’t want to gain fat or pack on unnecessary weight. But if you’re looking to gain weight there are high caloric protein shakes but keep in mind you don’t want too much saturated fat. The way you make your shakes and the ingredients you use also have a impact in your gains. So try to keep it low fat low sugar & low calories. I use water. Now there’s these other supplements you can take to maximize or accelerate your gains like a pre & post workout drink or supplements like No2(nitric oxide) or a creatine & there’s amino acid (which is what I take). I find that the broken down amino acid helps repair & rebuild allowing you to continue with feeling really sore. That is my tutorial on supplements.
