The Curated // Patrick Warner
I came across this guys photography by chance and was instantly captured by it. Found myself staring at these images for far longer than I expected. From what seems like very simple stills of Montana backdrops and deserted lots, I found so much story in each shot. There is something so true and ernest about Patrick’s captures of place. It is almost as if each of these shots was a particular set, built for a movie about Montana. And the thing that I think may be the most interesting about them all is that I have no idea whether the scene I am now in is one of horror or one of simple dialogue between good friends. It’s that juxtaposition of tension and peace that I think makes these worth of a good look.
