This weekend was horrible because I was home, and there was NO food in my house. That means I was left with spaghetti and sauce and easy mac… Saturday morning was ok because I had two eggs and yogurt for breakfast, but then there were no more eggs, so I had nothing else healthy to eat :’(
So I just ran for ten minutes, and I’m pretty sweaty (ew, I know), but I feel really good. I loathe running, but I know that it’s important. If it gets me to my fitness goal, I’ll do it. I know that ten minutes isn’t very much, and I shouldn’t be sweaty after that, but that just shows that I need this. And I’m finally willing to do it.
