Well Water

Well Water is always ignored in posts about water magic, so here goes.

Well water is fucking powerful. It has the qualities of both water and earth, since it’s come from deep. It’s a perfect water to use for spells concerning memories, ancestors, remembrance, wisdom and anything “deep”. It has this guttural, it’s deep, it’s dark, it’s heavy and filled with powers. Get in touch with your roots, past life, lost memories, lost connections and inner self.

Well water is also good for healing magic, since it has a deep and soothing feeling. It’s typically best for anxiety, stress, restlessness, and any illnesses to do with an excess in air, such as join pain, things that target your nerves or your mental. Best not ingested unless it’s pure.

Also great for wishes, since you throw a penny in the well to make your wish come true.

And of course, amazing for curses! Especially murkier wells.

Please don’t forget well water, folks. It’s an important connection to the past, to our roots.

Darling, I have one wish left. I want to see you again. When we meet again, I wanna talk about the past and make up for all the lost time together. One wish.

I let a a guy who is not so great for me back into my life several weeks ago, and the same signs started showing all over again. He could barely communicate with me through simple things like snapchat and text. He was hard to tie down outside of a weekend bar close. I’d already been through this with him. I knew what I was getting into when I let him back into my life. I let it be, because I have a weakness for him, while my friend constantly told me to leave him in the dust. Two weeks ago, I listened to her. I listened to myself too. I was already tired of holding out for him and not getting anything in return. I knew he didn’t have time for a real relationship, but I still needed more commitment than this. So I decided, if he didn’t text first, I wasn’t going to text him. If he didn’t send me a snapchat, I wasn’t going to send him one. He couldn’t respond to the simplest parts of my life, so I wasn’t going to include him in it in any way. Doesn’t mean I don’t still care, because I do. What can I say, I’m super fucking flawed. Now, this week. I quit my job and I’ve had way too much downtime and I’ve been reading my horoscope via cosmo’s snapchat articles. While I don’t fully submit to astrology, I find it super fun to read and see what does and doesn’t apply. The text posts and memes that float around? They’re hilarious. Keep them coming. So this week, Virgo’s horoscope said something about my love life and this weekend. I honestly don’t remember the specifics, but something was going to happen. In the littlest part of my brain I decided I’d wait and see. Maybe this meant the shitty guy I had a major crush on was going to reach out to me. But, realistically, I knew he wasn’t going to. He wasn’t good at communicating his feelings, or really, anything at all. UNTIL JUST NOW. HE TEXTED ME. I couldn’t help but laugh out loud because technically, my horoscope said this was gonna happen. Thanks moon or sun or love life or whatever. You actually panned out. And while he didn’t confess his undying love, he got like 30% of his shit together to send me a sorry-i-suck text. What a time to be alive

Here’s to a colorful 2016 with EXO 🍻

Thoughts on Aang seeing Toph in the swamp and what that could've meant for them as a possible Book 4 couple (beyond her living in the swamp in Korra, which is so disappointing to me)

Well, I definitely think that the writers had something more planned for Aang and Toph’s relationship. This was also hinted at in The Avatar and the Firelord. I think the scene at the end indicated that Toph knew Aang in a past life. I wish we could have learned what exactly was planned for them. It may not have been romantic necessarily, but I do think it was important.

That is why he saw a vision of her in the swamp. He was on the timeline where he was going to meet her, and his Higher Self had a connection to her, probably from a past life. The Swamp is an interesting episode, because it was basically a metaphor for the Tree of Life.

The Tree of Life is basically the universal matrix of All Creation which exists outside of the time/space construct of 3rd-dimensional reality. So, Aang was still connected to Toph spiritually, even though he had not met her yet.

That is why Huu talked about the Oneness of all life, while they were all sitting at the great tree. The tree was a symbol for this concept.

The chakra system of the human body follows the same structure as the Tree of Life. So a person who has mastered their chakras is capable of extraordinary feats like clairvoyance and telepathy, because they are accessing that universal matrix through these energetic vortices.

That is why Guru Pathik was able to see into the future, just like Aang saw a vision of the future in the swamp before he met Toph. And it is why Aang had a vision of Katara in danger while he was opening up his higher chakras.

The Tree of Life is also the spread that the tarot deck uses. You wouldn’t think that Avatar would have anything to do with the tarot, but since all of this stuff is interconnected, it actually does. The tarot deck actually tells a story called the Fool’s Journey, and it is very common for epic stories to take inspiration from that template. Avatar’s follows that structure very well, and I am going to do a meta on that.

What if what we are now is what we wanted in our past life? Like what if I went to the Philippines one time in my past life and I wished that I could be born here and enjoy the life here?
And it happened.
