paper tattoos

I want to start doing stick n pokes but idk where to start lol!??!!?!?! :(

ahhh i love stick n pokes its so much fun  yea well i recommend buying some tattoo needles on amazon  (i started with sewing needles but tattoo needles are SO much better and not that expensive) they come in big packs and are individually packed to be sterile and disposable. I usually shave the area where i wanna poke, rub alcohol on skin to sterilize. u wanna pour some ink into a small sterile plastic container so that you can dip the needle in it. You can buy tattoo ink on amazon too, I use india ink which also works p well (you don’t want to use any other type of ink besides tattoo ink or india ink!!). you can either draw on a design with a pen (different color ink) or get tattoo transfer paper to trace and transfer a design or use the method where u put clear deodorant on skin then press a pen drawing on paper onto the skin to transfer the design. then u dip the needle into the ink and poke into the skin where you want to design to be. It takes some getting used to cause you want the ink to go under the skin but not too deep and you’ll have to go back over the same area several times, wiping the excess ink away as you go. at the end either put a bandaid or something to cover it for at least a few hours and dont touch it to make sure it doesnt get infected. thats pretty much it!!! oh also you should probably pick a really simple and small design for your first one and then later you can get more ambitious once you’ve gotten used to it. i have 4 stick n poke tats and i have some experience doing them on myself and others lemme know if u have anymore questions!

Monday 8:27am
I woke up with you on my mind.
You called me babe last night —
my heart is still pounding.

Tuesday 10:53pm
Today I realized we won’t work.
What we are is hurting her.
And I think she matters more to me than you do.

Wednesday 11:52pm
I broke things off with you today.
She barely said a word.
I’ve never regretted anything more than this.

Thursday 4:03pm
I shouldn’t have sent that message.
You shouldn’t have been so okay with receiving it.

Friday 9:57pm
I almost messaged you today.
I didn’t.

Saturday 8:49pm
I’m walking around town in search of alcohol.
They say that liquor numbs the pain of having a broken heart.
I want to put that to the test.

Sunday 2:32am
I heard you texted a girl you’ve never spoken to before.
I wonder if it’s because you’re trying to replace me.
I can’t help but wish you weren’t.
I thought I was irreplaceable.

Move on, leave, run away, escape this place… but don’t forget about me, about us, about this town. Always remember where you come from so you can appreciate how far you’ve come.
