However, my non paleo friends ate a few so they couldn’t have been to horrible! Was a LARGE recipe, made a Tupperware of cookies. I will post but I’m not giving guarantee of tastiness- play around with it!
2 bananas, 1 egg, 2 cups almond flour, 3 tablespoons tapioca starch, 1 tablespoon honey, ½ cup almond butter, ½ cup coconut milk, 1 ½ cup non diary, or soy chocolate chips. Bake 350 for 20ish. They do not spread so do not make them in huge piles 😊

Three days worth of lunch, snack, and dinner! A little low on the calorie range, but just made the carb restriction of 50 g by a hair.
