This was my dinner for tonight. Ribs baked with the paleo bbq sauce. It was pretty dang good! The bbq sauce has more of a tomato taste than regular bbq. I enjoyed it a lot. As you can see, I didn’t really have that much veg. I didn’t even eat all of my sweet potato w/ghee and cinnamon. I’ve been getting a little vegged-out lately, but I’m still eating them. I haven’t really had any sugar cravings. What I really miss is TORTILLAS and CRACKERS. I tried making almond flour tortillas. I didn’t like those at all. Oh well. I CARRY ON! Today was day 7!
