If you’re looking for a healthy summer treat, try this paleo popsicle lolly. It has just the right amount of sweetness and tastes like the Mini Milk popsicle, but without the extra sugar and milk. This refreshing dessert is vegan and paleo friendly.
So here’s the thing…I HAVE been cooking. But work has been so busy I haven’t had time to post anything! I’ve been dead tired every. single. day. So I wanted to make a point to share this super yummy paleo fudge recipe so that I don’t feel like I’m only living for my 9 to 5. This fudge was SO easy to make and was a real crowd pleaser that you can whip up in less than 30 minutes. Make it, freeze it and treat yourself!
1 cup of frozen organic banana (chopped into small pieces prior to freezing)
¼-½ cup vanilla almond milk (adjust amount depending on desired thickness)
2 scoops of vanilla (no sugar) whey protein or vegan or paleo protein of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 few drops of almond extract
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
1 tablespoon sprinkles (optional- but always fun)
Mix all the ingredients in a high speed blender, or food processor, adding more almond milk as neccessary.
