my fave is "problematic"

I’m usually not one to rant about other people’s opinion but I’ve seen tons of “your fave is problematic” posts and it’s PISSING ME OFF!!!!

like I said I don’t want to disrespect other opinions but the next time you want to judge an actor/singer/… on her/his actions or statements please consider these:

  • they are just human beings
  • humans make mistakes
  • everyone is entitled to her/his own opinion
  • their opinion might change over time (a change of opinion doesn’t mean they want to “cover up their shit” or “improve their reputation”)
  • still supporting an actor/singer/… after they fucked something up doesn’t mean their fans are ignorant
  • THEY ARE JUST HUMAN BEINGS

(I just needed to get this out)

Fake movie: It's the apocalypse, sweetheart (aka THG Zombie AU)
by ellanainthetardis

The Zombie Apocalypse isn’t settling so well with former CIA agent Haymitch Abernathy (Woody Harrelson), not only does it present the unfortunate problem of hoards of flesh-hungry zombies determined to eat you, it also makes it quite difficult to access decent booze. However, this becomes the least of his problems when he almost runs over a small thing of a woman walking in the middle of the road clad in a sparkling fabric that could barely be called a dress.

Effie Trinket (Elizabeth Banks), former runner-up for Miss America and famous model, barely escapes alive from a zombie attack during a photoshoot. Of course, it would just be her sort of luck to survive a pack of disgusting monsters to be run over by a boorish man whose truck reeks of liquor. Needs must, though, and after she invites herself in his car she starts to learn that there is more than meets the eye in Haymitch Abernathy.

As the unlikely pair flees from zombies and shadows from their past alike, they meet two sisters (Willow Shields and Jennifer Lawrence) who leads them to a group of survivors trying to get their way North to a mysterious safe haven called Thirteen. With tension rising in the group and zombies knocking on the back door, Effie is dead set on proving one can face a zombie apocalypse with style while Haymitch’s more pragmatic approach consists on stocking every bottle of alcohol he can find. Sparks fly between the two and maybe they get more than they bargained for but is it really sensible to grow attached to one another when they could die any minute?

The idea is totally Ellana’s (I was just so extremely excited about it I started manipping =P) so go tell her how much you loved it! =) and maybe one day she’ll write it
