Breakfast

Oats with one teaspoon of honey and soy milk

White tea with one teaspoon of honey

Post-Workout Snack

Crisp bread and one teaspoon of peanut butter

Lunch

Wholemeal bread roll with avocado, beetroot, turkey, carrot, onion, tomato and one teaspoon of Dijon mustard

Snack

Granola bar

Dinner

Small pork chop, pumpkin, carrot, peas, corn and apple.

Dessert

One tablespoon of greek yoghurt and one teaspoon of honey

Two white tea with honey

Exercise

30 minutes of Sweat and Shape on the Nike Training Club iPhone app

20 minutes of yoga

1 hour of walking

I think the scariest thing in life is that most of the pain we go through is usually just constructed by thoughts in our minds - every scenario, every “what if”. Nothing may be physically happening to cause that pain but yet here we are creating it to make ourselves suffer. And that just really freaks me out.

If it makes you happy, DO IT! Don’t miss out on great things in life and don’t stop doing the things you love just because someone doesn’t agree about how awesome they are. Whether it’s dressing how you want or kissing boys or kissing girls or kissing both. If it’s what you wanna do then go for it :) it’s your life stop living for someone else.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE “STUCK IN A CAREER” THAT YOU CHOSE WHEN YOU LEFT HIGHSCHOOL ALL YOUR LIFE. QUIT YOUR JOB. GO BACK TO COLLEGE. BECOME WHATEVER YOU WANT. BE HAPPY.

I loathe those “how do they expect us to choose a career when we still have to ask to go to the bathroom” posts. If you’re not happy with your career, quit. Go back to college/uni gain your qualification and start again. You’re never stuck being unhappy, change your life. Change as many times as you want! Do what you have to do tom reach bliss. I wish more schools told their students that you can change and you’re not “stuck”. Fkn grinds my gears.
