over 60 pounds lost

While my 2016 was like most people’s, I do have to say I’ve done at least one thing I am very proud of. Over the course of this year I lost 60+ pounds just by doing a better job being active and monitoring what I put inside my body. Not only do I feel healthier, I feel more confident. I always promised and told myself I would lose weight and 2016 was the year I decided to take that step.
