Rose clutched her arms, seeking warmth from the sharp wind. Before her stood a gigantic building reaching up to the sky. Must be the Temple. Rose thought to herself. She trekked across the mud covered grass until she reached what seemed to be the door. It was a large panel and as she approached it, a motion sensor seemed to kick in and the wall slid aside.

Cautiously she walked in, peering down the tunnels to see if anyone was there. Warm air met her and she let out a sigh in relief. Gradually she began to make her way through the “Temple”.  More like a spaceship, Rose mused.

As she made her way along, she heard voices up ahead. Immediately hope sparked in her and she picked up her pace. Turning a corner, a smile quickly spread across her face as she saw the person she desired to see most.

Blair usually loved her job as hunting monsters and ghosts had always kept her alert and on her toes but that day she was beginning to regret her choice in career and taking over her uncle’s job, sneaking through a graveyard in the dead of night was one of the scariest things in her opinion, even after taking down dark sorcerers, demons, vampires and a poltergeist or two she still couldn’t stand burial grounds of any kind. She always went to graveyards with her uncle and now that she was on her own she only had her own thoughts to keep her busy. “Stupid creepy fucking graveyard, stupid ghost.” The young witch grumbled before finding the grave she needed and comparing the sigil on it to the one she had in her Alchemy textbook.

“Great, now for the fun part… Digging up a grave, yippee.” Her sarcasm could be heard in her voice as she grabbed her shovel and began to dig. “I should have gotten a normal job like Arthur, but instead I chose ghost and monster hunting. Why did I have to be so stubborn with my life? I could have worked with Dragons or maybe as a city Alchemist but no I had to be a monster hunter!” Blair couldn’t help but shout before turning around and flashing her light on a man who was standing nearby as it looked like he had heard quite a bit of what she was saying. “I know this looks bad but I’m not a grave robber I swear I’m not.”

The Doctor, Jenny, and Mickey continued through the corridor, steadily getting closer to the Source. They walked in silence for a while before, once again, the subject of Rose and the Doctor’s relationship was brought up.

“So, you and mum travel together,” Jenny spoke up. “But yet you say, you’re not together.

“Because we’re not,” the Doctor said. “We’re friends, that’s all.”

“Right,” Mickey smirked. “You guys just can’t go out and just say you’re ‘more than friends’. Is it because you’re not the same species? Are there laws against it?”

“Mickey, I have half a mind to drop you off in a black hole once we get back to the TARDIS,” the Doctor gave him a glare. In return, Mickey put his hands up in mock surrender and smiled idiotically.

“So what’s it like, the traveling?” Jenny asked after a giggle.

“Oh, never a dull moment,” Mickey replied. “It can be terrifying, brilliant and funny, sometimes all at the same time. I’ve only been here a bit, but Rose said she’s seen some amazing things. Whole new worlds!”

“I’d love to see new worlds,” Jenny said blissfully.

“You will!” Mickey said. “Won’t she, Doctor?”

“Hm?” he turned back to look at them, his gaze flicking up from the semi-transparent map in his hands.

“Do you think Jenny will see any new worlds?”
