Two more days till the last Steveston Winter Market. Let’s hope the sun will pop out for a visit like it did last market. This Sunday will be busy and we are looking forward to seeing the following vendors -
Outside you will find: Blackberry Hill, East European Dessert, Glenwood Valley Farms, Goldstrike Honey, High Crow Gluten Free, Martha’s Popcorn, Rockweld Farms, Ryder Lake/Hayen’s Beef, Sweet Thea, and the very artistic Woodman.
Inside you will find: A Bread Affair, Alma Valle, Angela’s Sweet & Sassy, Creative Leather Crafts, Dam Good Lip Lube, Donal Hebner, Field to Fork Herbs, Living Lotus, L Reid Designs, Magnetite Jewelry, Preserved/Comestibles, Riversong Agriharmonics, Salt Dispensary, Simply Delish, and Solodko Bakery.
Talented youth Alvin Agatep returns and will be sharing the stage with his sister, Cristina, from 11:30am-1pm. Cristina will debut a short set on the accordion. Doug Shearer - local resident, songwriter, guitar and vocal artist - will follow with his market debut from 1-2pm. Weather (and voices) permitting, you may even see them outside afterwards serenading visitors and vendors!
SFAM may be on winter hiatus, but it’s certainly a Market Sunday for Webber here in Hong Kong! The lil’ fella went on a field trip to a local farmers’ market today and checked out what they had to offer!
Of course, after all that exploring, the day wouldn’t be complete if Webber didn’t treat himself to a chilled bottle of hibiscus tea from one of the vendors!
