Title: like broken glass Summary: UA where the final battle between Sasuke and Naruto ends
with the latter dead, Sasuke wrestling with the knowledge of his victory, and
Sakura’s hope finally crumbling at last. Disclaimer: I don’t own Naruto. Rating: M (for semi-graphic violence) A/N: I had the idea, but I wasn’t sure I wanted to write it because
it’s so intensely, intensely angsty. And tragic. LIKE INTENSELY TRAGIC (as in multiple character death). And it’s just not the type of thing that I
typically have any desire to write anymore. Anyway, this was intended for
ssmonth but I never did get the motivation or desire to really write it out
until now. Enjoy?
She felt like she couldn’t breathe when she finally reached
the Valley of the End’s shattered grounds. They’d made such a mess of things,
having long destroyed the two statues of their ancestors and the great rock
walls—but it was the sheer quietness of the scene that unsettled her the most.
There had been hope in her heart when the sounds had
subsided on her way to find them, faith that Naruto had finally won Sasuke over
to the light again. But when she stood there at the edge of their battle site,
feeling cold dread twisting in her stomach, Sakura couldn’t help herself from
Something was wrong.
Her wide, green eyes scanned the ruined field, searching for
any sign of life. Uneasiness settled in more firmly when she found nothing.
Hands clenching, she willed herself to keep calm as she resorted to sensing
A faint pulse ahead had her heart skipping a beat. Sakura
didn’t waste a moment before sprinting off, the heavy weight of anxiety lifting
from her shoulders as she leapt from piece to piece of statue wreckage. It
wasn’t until Sasuke appeared in her line of vision that her stomach dropped
once more, suddenly realizing that she couldn’t feel the source of another

Two weeks from his coronation and three
from his wedding to Princess Isabelle of Idris, the Prince of New York found
himself on a park bench in Brooklyn. His face buried in the palms of his hand
as his phone continued to ring.
Deep breaths. Deep breathes. Deep- the phone is laying in pieces on the
concrete walkway in shattered fragments.
“You’re a little far from the palace” A
slightly accented voice said, from out of the corner of his eyes Simon saw
“Oh I’m sorry your highness, I apologize
for not bowing” The boy snorted.
“Please, just leave me alone” Simon
Simon is always looking for excuses to be near
Raphael. When he finally finds a suitable excuse, he walks in on Raphael doing
something that Simon would have never thought Raphael would do. He was cooking.
Corazón—His heart. He loves Simon so much it hurts.
His beauty, his optimism, it’s a sea of good and Raphael does nothing but dive
right in. And he is not ashamed, because Simon is a gift. God’s gift, and
sometimes Raphael can’t believe what they have together is real, but when Simon
leans down and kisses him, hands running through each other’s hair skimming
down backs, and gripping hips, Raphael lives in every sense and knows that this
Raphael sighs, shaking his head more to himself than
anything else as he reaches down for Simon and pulls the other boy up again.
“That will be all for today” he pulls the bottom of his tank top up, using the
material to wipe away sweat, unaware of Simon’s gaze tracking over his abdomen.
“You did good but not good enough, even if you pinning me down was kind of hot”

Me: Be honest. If you had to pick between Chloe and Arcadia Bay, who you pick?
Cousin: Like, to save?
Me: Correct.
Cousin: I'd have to say Chloe.
Me: Why is that?
Cousin: 'Cause, Arcadia Bay is just a place. You can move away easily. But Chloe is a person. And you can only ever meet one person like Chloe in your lifetime.
Me: Yeah. Arcadia Bay was a really bad town anyway.
Cousin: True. And it's not like anyone in that town cares about you unless you use your powers other than Kate, Joyce and Warren. I won't give up someone I truly love for a town of people who for the most part don't know me or hate me.

Every time he breaks he accidentally breaks his glasses because he lost his contacts Jean has to take him to the store and loses him all the time because Jeremy keeps walking off with anyone who’s taller than him
Walks around the house blind every morning because he just doesn’t care and when he bumps into Jean he has to feel for his face so he can make sure he’s there and Jean just kind of sighs and lets Jeremy press his thumbs into his cheekbones
Eventually Jeremy doesn’t actually have to do it anymore because he knows by instinct but he pretends he still has to just so he can touch his boyfriend’s face.
Jean: [takes jeremy’s reading glasses off to kiss him] Jeremy: [takes his face in his hands] Jeremy: [leans in] Jeremy: [squints] Jeremy: You look like a smudge. Jean: [shoves him off the couch]
Cons of Jeremy Knox having shit eyesight:

headcanon prompt request! team 7 playing twister which ends up with sasuke and sakura getting all the positions that invade each other's personal space.
this had been in my inbox for nearly a year (i’d always kept it to write something about it someday) and a few months ago I finally picked it up to start writing a drabble. Idk what happened, either I got busy or didn’t know how to follow that, but I drafted it and forgot about it until yesterday, when I went through my drafts and found it again. I sent the little thing I’d written to a friend, who got overtly excited about it–thus inspiring me to just finish it LOL. Enjoy!!
“Nope.” Naruto’s grin grew wider, and he snickered. “Left
hand on yellow, that’s what the spinny thing says, bastard.”
Sasuke’s eyes narrowed suspiciously. He tilted his chin up,
huffing with an air of challenge. “I don’t believe you–show
Naruto snorted and reached to grab the board, waving it proudly in
his face. “See, I’m not lying!” he said smugly.
“Spin it again,” Sasuke demanded.
“What!? That’s not how it works, bastard!”
Gritting his teeth, he spat out, “Spin it again, idiot! Clearly
you’ve been cheating–”
“I am not a cheater!” Naruto
growled. “Don’t blame me for all the awkward positions it’s
giving you–I got nothing to do with it!”
“Like hell you didn’t–”
“Just stop it!” Sakura finally cut in, sounding completely
exasperated. “You guys are acting like complete children! It’s
just a stupid game.” Craning her neck to look at Sasuke, she
frowned. “Look, Sasuke-kun… I understand that it might be
getting on your nerves because of your problems with personal space
but… you know, this is kind of what the game is about.”
“I know that,” he replied swiftly, scowling. “I don’t care
about the awkward positions—the idiot is clearly trying to—”
“You say I cheated one more time, bastard, I dare
you!” Naruto snarled, pointing threateningly at him. “I’ll knock
you on your ass!”
