organic zucchini

Zucchini pasta w farmers market heirloom tomatoes & basil + kalamata olives. I only cooked the zucchini (sautéed w garlic in a wee bit of olive oil) and added the rest in their raw state. For a cooler dish you can leave the zucchini uncooked. It’s low fat, gluten-free, mostly raw, vegan and paleo. Perfect for all!
