The best way to work with crystals magickally, is to simply carry them in your pocket or touch them. You can also wear them as jewelry as a single crystal or combined with other complimentary crystals on places such as: over your heart or at your wrists, etc, to disburse the energies throughout the body.
Many people often handle the crystals before they are bought by you, so aligning and cleansing them is recommended for purest energy.
Crystal Alignment Meditation
Stand before your crystals and close your eyes and focus on the moment
Take three slow breaths: inhale to the count of four, hold for count of four, and exhale for count of four, and then hold for another four counts
State firmly in your mind “My spirit vibrates in harmony with (insert crystal type here)” (Robbins & Bedell, 2017).
Continue to mentally recite the chant until you feel an energetic shift in yourself
Open your eyes and start to feel the crystals before you
Hold them, touch them
The crystal that is right for you will feel like its humming in your hand–the sensation of your energy and the crystal energy aligning
Boosting Crystal Power with a Simple Cleansing Ritual
Bowl of soapy water
Sea salt (in small bowl)
Bowl of cold water
Take all the crystals and put them in the bowl of soapy water. Use your hands to rub them clean
Chant as you wash clean: “Water, cleanse and clean. Remove the negative unseen” (Robbins & Bedell, 2017).
When the crystals feel lighter, individually place them in the bowl of salt. The salt will ground them in your energy and their energy, and remove any remaining energy
Next, dip them in the bowl of cold water to rinse off the salt, but keep the energetic process. As you remove them from the cold water, say “By the water, no more negativity. By the water, blessed be” (Robbins & Bedell, 2017)
Your crystals are now blessed and cleansed and ready for use

Simple methods in order to help you opening your third eye
The third eye also referred to as the brow chakra, or ajna is a very important energy center that is used to perceive the spiritual world around you, but in order to use it it must first be opened. To do this you can use many different types of methods, techniques, and exercises in order to strengthen your ability to use your third eye.You can experience, and perceive many different things when your third eye is opened wider than it usually is. You can see such things as spiritual entities, auras, energies, and even see into different planes, and dimensions. The third eye is greatly connected to your 6th sense, and is the main way that you perceive the other spiritual realms. When you have your third eye open you have more of a tendency to be drawn to mindfulness, focus, critical thinking, and intuition. All these skills, and benefits can help you in your life in order to progress growth, and experience along your path. Once you open your third eye you can always close it again by just imagining it closing, or allowing it to close on its own. It will never close completely, but it will be less widened in order for you not to continue to perceive the sixth sense fully. It is never good to keep any of your chakras completely open all the time, especially your third eye this is due to the fact that you will be letting in certain influences that you are not expecting, and may even become overwhelming if left unchecked. It is always important to remember to keep your body in balance even in your energy centers, but with proper control in understanding everything will go smoothly, and you will gain the benefits that you desire.
Here are some simple methods in order to help you opening your third eye:
Method 1 for opening your third eye is to get into a meditative state, and to focus upon the spot in between your eyebrows, this is where the third eye energy center is located. You will want to focus on that spot, and push energy to it in order to open your third eye. while you are doing this you also want to envision your third eye opening. This should charge, and empower your third eye allowing it to open.
Method 2 for opening your third eye is to take your pointer, and index finger while they are the only fingers extended on your hand, and trace a circle around on your forehead, while focusing on that spot. This will help to activate the energy center, and sort of awaken your third eye. For this one too you might want to also imagine an eye opening on your forehead.
Method 3 for opening your third eye is to meditate, and use your visualization skills, so that the third eye sort of opens by itself. It doesn’t matter which way that you meditate, or what type of meditate you do my friends, The point of this method is to allow you to awaken your third eye by charging it with the energy that you get from meditating through visualization of different things, or even just sitting quietly. It is a way of provoking your third eye to open, because in this state you allow yourself to be more open.
There are a lot of other methods that you can you open your third eye, but these are a couple that are simple, and help get you started.
But like, i can’t really be the only one that considers “The Fortuneteller“ the second (or third)* most anti-kataang episode of the show?
(*Number one is without a doubt “The Ember Island Players“, number two or three, depending on my mood is “The Southern Raiders”)
Like, it’s an episode that dedicates 22 minutes and 43 seconds of it’s 22 minute and 59 second run-time to showing the audience how Aang’s crush is jut that: a crush.
It isn’t even subtle about it:
Her name is Meng, which is phonetically nearly identical to Aang, AS THE SHOW ACTUALLY TAKES TIME TO POINT OUT TO YOU (“That rhymes with Meng!“) and she’s two years younger then the object of her affection.
THIS IS NOT A SUBTLE PARALLEL PEOPLE
Like, it all but rubs in our faces how it’s superficial:
(It even plays the same music.)
Then it has them using the same technique in an attempt to flirt:
Meng: “Hey, Aang. Don’t you think that cloud looks like a flower?”
Aang: “Hey, Katara, don’t you think that cloud look like a flower?”
And getting dismissed.
Then the object of their affections shows complete and utter disinterest:
(Because, they aren’t actually interested at all.)
And so on.
And then this happens:
Meng: “You don’t like me, do you?”
“Of course I like you.“
Meng: “But not the way I like you.”
“Oh, I guess not.”
“It’s okay. It’s just really hard when you like someone, but they don’t think of you that way.”
Aang: “I know what you mean.” Meng: “She’s beautiful, by the way.”
Meng: “That Water Tribe girl. I can see why you like her so much. She’s sweet, she’s a bender and her hair seems so manageable.”
“Don’t worry. You’re going to meet a great guy who’s going to completely fall for you. I know it.”
And it’s just… such a GOOD and PURE scene? and such a good message to send to children?
“You don’t like me the way i like you and, while it’s hard for me, that’s okay.“ What a wonderful thing to put in a children’s cartoon! Especially considering that we live in a world where “first-love-is-forever” is the norm.
I thought that those 16 seconds where Katara actually seems to consider him in a romantic light were there just so that they could milk the will-they-won’t-they for all it’s worth. I thought that there was just no way anyone could spend all that time telling one story, sending one message only to completely disregard it in the end. (aaand looooooool @mini-me what a fool i was, chakra opening rock anyone?)
Like, honestly, the first time i watched this episode I was completely convinced that this scene was foreshadowing the ultimate resolution of Aang’s crush on Katara: Aang realising that it’s one-sided and displaying emotional maturity and self-awareness.And giving his blessing for Katara to pursue other people.
Instead, the poor boy regresses completely, forces a kiss on her and is then rewarded for it by the narrative.

Cleansed and charged healing stones and gems are most effective when
they’re in close proximity to the affected chakra. Commonly, they are
worn as jewelry or placed directly over the chakra in need of healing.
There are numerous ways to incorporate healing stones into your
lifestyle and environment. For instance, you may place them around your
home and office space, carry them on your person, or even wear them as
Whenever there is a blockage in the chakra system, physical and
non-physical signs manifest. However, since the root chakra is where
energy is initially raised, any disruption in energy flow through the
chakra makes it impossible to achieve balance in the remaining six
chakras. Signs of a blocked root chakra can include:
low blood pressure
digestive and bowel problems
Traditional recommendations for root chakra healing include dietary
changes and regular exercise. But when these steps aren’t enough, you
may want to consider using the healing properties of crystals and
gemstones to restore balance. As with any approach to energy healing,
remember, it can take a while for symptoms to completely subside.
Feed the Root Chakra with:
Root vegetables like carrots, potatoes, parsnips, radishes, beets,
onions, garlic, and protein rich food like eggs, meats, beans, tofu, soy
products, peanut butter. The spices that suit it are chives, paprika
Tips To help open your Root Chakra:
When you’re feeling less than grounded stand with your feet
shoulder-width apart and relax your upper body. Let your arms rest
comfortably at your sides and allow your hips to rest slightly forward.
Breathe deeply and with each exhale feel your connection to the earth
Simply taking a shower can help cleanse and balance the root chakra.
Be aware of your physical body as you bathe, Mindful awareness is a
tremendous tool for healing the first chakra.
Everyday physical movement, from running to
completing chores around the house, is a great way to heal your root
chakra. The key is to be aware of your body and feel the sensation of
movement. Awareness is crucial to healing.
Whether you are walking out in nature or down a crowded city street,
be aware of every step you take. Concentrate on your breath and every
footfall. With every step take note of the sensation you feel each time
your foot touches the ground. Mindfulness of something as mundane as
walking can activate the root chakra and ground you to the earth.
Wearing the color red or incorporating it into the decor of your home
environment or workspace is a gentle reminder to be aware of the
primal, core energy of your root chakra. You can even take this one step
further by visualizing, or meditating on, the color red. For instance,
take a few seconds or even a few minutes to visualize a radiant, red
ball of energy at the base of your spine. See it brighten and radiate
downward as it illuminates your lower extremities and grounds you.
Dancing is a great way to open up your root
chakra. Whether you dance in public or behind closed doors, the key is
to let the rhythm guide you. Allowing the body to be free to move
uninhibited will dispel negativity, open and balance the first chakra.
Stretch and Breathing Exercises
Adopting a regular yoga routine is another great tool to open up,
heal, and balance the root chakra. Introducing simple forward bends and
standing positions can help stretch your legs, back and spine giving you
a strong foundation. To ground yourself and activate your root chakra,
try these poses to foster balance and focus:
Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
Wide-Legged Forward Bend (Prasarita Padottanasana)
After some time spent infusing my water, I have noticed the many benefits it has to offer for the mind and body! This infusion contains a couple slices of Lemon and a Rose Quartz. The benefits are endless, it’s literally a magickal potion in a bottle!
Properties and Benefits:
The traditional drink of lemon and honey can be spiced up with ginger and garlic to make a potent brew for colds, coughs, and digestive disorders. Overall, this fruit improves resistance to infection due to it’s antioxidant, antiseptic, detoxifying, and nutritive properties. This specific lemon infused water is perfect for those seeking to cleanse and detoxify the mind and body. Lemon is rich in vitamin C which stimulates liver metabolism and can assist in strengthening the immune system.
This stone is well known to lower stress and tension in the heart which leads to assisting in steering clear of anger, jealousy, and resentment towards others. It aids in healing heart issues and disease associated with holding on to negative emotions. Rose Quartz, the “Love Stone” can be used to attract Love and strengthen self-love within oneself.
When I drink this infused water, I like to think of it as a little ritual for myself based on the properties it contains. Every sip is drank with intentions of detoxifying my mind and body of unwanted elements such as toxins and negativity. I visualize my heart Chakra opening up and a green light glowing and growing larger with each sip. Do this and you will see change in your mindset and how much more refreshed and positive you will feel!
To begin with, let me say this isn’t literally shutting down your chakras. Shutting them down would mean dying.
However, each of our chakras run on a kind of affirmation or feeling. For example, people with type A personalities in high-powered jobs tend to have an overactive solar plexus chakra. They are full of energy and purpose but they derive it all from the job. That energy and purpose is dependent on job performance. This is why when people lose their jobs or experience unexpected career shifts, they find themselves in this terrible powerless place.
Their chakras were running on these shallow affirmations and aspirations. Because of that, their flow of energy was subject to the whim of samsara.
Booting down the chakras, therefore, means dropping your samsaric affirmations. After that, you boot up using dharmic affirmations. The difference between a samsaric affirmation and a dharmic affirmation is that a samsaric affirmation is subject to impermanence whereas a dharmic affirmation is not.
An example would be love. Some people depend on having a boyfriend or girlfriend in order to feel loving and loved. This means your heart chakra opens with this person and closes with their absence. This is why breakups can be so hard; love suddenly just vanishes. That is a samsaric affirmation of the heart.
A dharmic affirmation of the heart is to Love. The truth is that it doesn’t matter whether or not someone loves you. Because you don’t feel the love. If you are full of confusion, ignorance, and hate, no matter how much love is poured your way, it cannot touch you.
But if you are loving, if you love just to love, and open your heart to the present moment despite whatever it may contain, then that love depends on nothing. It fluctuates on nothing. Endless and powerful and rooted, this love will endure lifetimes.

Each number corresponds to a chakra. You start at the highest chakra, the crown, and work your way down. Then you start at the bottom and work your way up. Do this while sitting with back straight or lying down. Combine it with visuals of each chakra.
When done right, this is a solid wake up call to remember that we draw the energy of our existence from the cosmos itself and nowhere else.
1. Crown - Intuition. The crown chakra is located at the top of the head and it represents our connection to the universe. When we focus on our crown chakra during meditations we are strengthening intuition and mental clarity. Signs of the crown chakra opening could be intense bursts of pain in the top of the head.
2. Third eye - Sight. Our third eye chakra sits in the pineal gland in the very centre of our forehead and it allows us to see, rather than just look which is what our two physical eyes are for. When the third eye is opening we may be able to see colours during meditations.
3. Throat - Speech. The throat chakra is for clairvoyance which is the ability to speak clearly and it sits directly in the middle of the throat. During our awakening process we may find it easier to speak our truth and this is a sign that the throat chakra has been activated.
4. Heart - Love. Our ability to love ourselves and others is dependant on how open our heart chakra is. It can become closed off through various traumas and toxins we introduce to the body, but we can open it by creating a relationship with ourselves and eating green foods.
5. Solar plexus - Power. When we recognise our power we are able to create the reality we desire, this power comes from the solar plexus chakra. We can facilitate the opening of this chakra by eating yellow foods such as pineapples and practicing manifestation techniques.
6. Sacral - Creativity. The sacral chakra is located in the lower abdomen a few inches below the navel and it is our connection to creativity as well as pleasure and sexuality. To experience fulfilling sexual experiences with others as well as enhanced creativity we can concentrate our sexual energies into our creative outlets.
7. Root - Grounding. The base of the spine or tailbone area houses our root chakra which represents our survival instincts, which can often be linked to money & food. Kundalini yoga is particularly effective for activating the root chakra which can help us to ground ourselves.
Our bodies are the most sophisticated technology on the planet.
Kyanite is an example of a very high vibration crystal! It has an extremely high energy level, and is one of my all time favorite crystals for chakra work. It has the unique ability of aligning the chakras instantly, and without intention, bringing a calming and centered feeling to the wearer.
Kyanite is an awesome stone to work with for meditation. It is one of the few crystals (like Citrine), that never needs to be cleansed because it doesn’t retain or absorb negative vibrations or negative energy.
It’s an amazing communication stone, probably because it’s so good for the Throat Chakra! It boosts self-expression and psychic abilities. It also helps shine a light through the fog of fears and blockages which allow the wearer to speak their truth. It’s a great stone for public speakers!
In the psychic realm, this crystal is said to be one of the best for connecting with your spirit guides. It’s also a great stone for protection during Astral Projection. I recently started sleeping with a Kyanite crystal on my bedside table and was amazed at the vivid dreams I started having!
For healers, this is a great crystal to wear while you are working because it places a shield around you. It also is a conductor of healing energy (why it’s so great at aligning and opening the chakras), and it also can act like a kind of grounding antenna for spiritual energy.
Such an amazing crystal! A must have for people that like to meditate and/or do chakra work!
