∞ PART ONE ∞

Finn looked over at you, seeing how your eyes glistened. As the wedding planner escorted herself away from the doorframe, Finn couldn’t help but stare. Every crashing thought, every memory, it was all piling up on his shoulders, creating this new weight. That weight would only be lifted if he got everything off his chest and allowed you to make your final decision.

This would go one or two ways. Either you would see and understand that you were in love with your best friend, but hardly noticed it…

Or Finn would end up making himself seem like a fool and the day would result in total heartbreak while he drank his memories away. “Are you ready?” Your sweet voice rang through his ears like a melody. Clenching his fists out of sight, he seemingly nodded, composing himself.

“Ready when you are, love.” He whispered the last part. Your heart would race anytime he could call you that, but you found no truth behind it. You had no clue Finn was into you as much as he was. Hiding his feelings had been hard for the last few years, always confining them inside his heart.

My brother is starring in an independent film made by one of his closest friends, Tim Means. Tim is a 21 year old father and a husband trying to fulfill his dream of becoming a film director. To help achieve their goal, they’ve started a kickstarter with a relatively low goal of 32 hundred US dollars.
The story they’re hoping to bring to the screen is one written by Tim called
Three Sheets Don’t Make a Bed
“The story of one lonely and hopeless man as he visits the family he abandoned years ago on the day he decides to end his life.”
Every writer and film maker starts off somewhere and it would be great if you guys could show your support by reblogging this post and visiting the kickstarter page. All donations are welcome and every dollar is a step closer to the dream coming true. If you have any questions or would like to leave Tim and my brother positive feedback, you can contact them via the kickstarter page or through email - Triohousestudio@gmail.com

In Which I Explain Things

As you guys have probaby noticed, for the past month and a half I’ve been promoting my Redbubble store a lot. Annoyingly so, probably. But there’s a reason behind it and since I’ve been spamming everyone’s feeds with my posts I figured I should explain why.

When I was 16 I went on a foreign exchange program. For a year I lived in Minnesota. That experience changed my life forever. The family I stayed with became a second family to me, and even though it’s been 9 years, they’re still a gigantic part of my life. They’re a second family to me.

I made many friends there, it was a truly wonderful experience, but above everything I gained the sister I’ve always wanted to have. The family I stayed with, the Mullers, has four kids. Johnny, Luke, Dorothy and Miranda. Miranda and I are the same age, I’m only a month and 3 days older. We lived in the same house, shared a room, classes, rides… which meant we drove each other NUTS! I mean, what could you expect? But we also formed the sort of bond one is lucky to have.

Miranda became and still is my best friend in the entire world. Being so far away from each other is difficult, but technology is great at bringing people close. Because of flight prices I’ve only been able to visit my family and friends in Minnesota once and that was three years ago. My best friend, my sister, is getting married in september. I don’t have any money and was heartbroken when I realized I wouldn’t be able to be there. We’ve always dreamed to be each other’s maid of honor, to be there for each other every step of the way when we got married, so it was really hard on us both when we realized that wouldn’t be possible.

But then about a month and a half ago my wonderful, amazing friend @buttermybooks gave me the idea to use Redbubble money to pay for my flight to Minnesota. I changed my payment method to Miranda’s PayPal account and I’ve been reblogging my stuff as much as humanly possible, because with each new purchase from you guys I’m one step closer from being there for my best friend and making our dream come true. I’m currently about $200 away from this dream, which is why I ask you guys to bear with me for a little longer. I really don’t mean to annoy anyone, this is just a means to archieving a dream.

Thanks for your understanding and thank you so much if you’ve ever purchased anything from me, especially in this past month. You’re making this possible for me and I can’t tell you how much this means to me.
