consider this: the wano group gets split up. usopp tells zoro that he needs to continue south in order to meet up with everyone else. zoro “takes a wrong turn” on wano and ends up at the reverie. he barges through the doors and into the middle of the discussion and just stares at every royal face sitting in front of him. once he sees vivi and the other familiar faces, he gives them all a short nod.
“what’re you guys doing in wano?”
when his question is returned with blank stares, his face completely darkens with realization.
he backs out of the room with stelly yelling threats after him.
bonus: he ends up punching stelly for no reason other than because he “looks like an irritating bastard”. then he leaves for real
Last night there was a candlelight vigil held at the Magic Kingdom at park close to honor the victims of the Pulse massacre. It was unofficial and not sponsored by Disney in any way. And yet, Disney showed their solidarity and respects in a uniquely Disney way.
After the nightly “Kiss Goodnight,” the atmosphere music was shut off and all of Main Street was cloaked in dead silence as hundreds of people held candles, phones, and glow sticks into the air. And then, in an unexpected show of support, the colors of the castle changed from red to yellow, then green and blue and finally purple.
Disney also allowed working cast members to attend in costume and even shut down a few of the Main Street shops. Emporium cast members, who lost one of their own in the shooting, stood directly in front of the castle with a heart made of glow sticks. Inside the heart, among the candles, were trinkets and small things that cast and guests left to show their respects such as stickers, celebration buttons, maps, even Photopass cards and Mickey ears.
As guests exited the park, they were handed rainbow Mickey pins or Mickey love pins by working cast members. And cast members who left through the tunnels were handed rainbow Mickey antenna toppers.
I cannot put into words how comforting and important it is to see Disney showing their support for the LGBT+ community. They didn’t have to acknowledge the vigil at all but they did and they made it more magical than anyone expected.
“I seriously think that Himaruya should write a sketch with Liechtenstein, Taiwan, and Seychelles hanging together. Seriously, they’d like, be so much fun to write with their personalities clashing.
Like Liechtenstein being the mature level headed mom friend that usually keeps the calm. She’s definitely the logical one of the group, like a total skeptic to paranormal stuff.
Taiwan is the girliest and fashionable one in the group. She’d be like, the leader. Her friends would hold her back if she lost her temper and is very vivid and vocal about her opinions.
Seychelles is the sporty girl that can be lazy when not motivated and can eat anything. She’d also be a hopeless romantic that would fall in easily.
There are so many fun shenanigans that you can put them in and have fun misadventures. I’m sad that no one cares about them unless if there are ships involved. I mean a platonic friendship isn’t good enough either?”
A/N: OKIE IM SUPER PROUD OF THIS PART JUST FYI SO PLS LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK THAT WOULD BE GREAT. Also, this was way too fluffy for me, so prepare for the angst in the future parts muwahah.
The next day, you woke up in a daze. You were kind of surprised when you woke up in a different room, but remembered exactly what happened and calmed down a little. You saw Jimin sleeping in a somewhat awkward position on the sofa. The blanket was slowly falling off of him, so you got up and placed the blanket higher up his body. He always seemed peaceful when he was asleep, you thought.
You realized it was pretty early in the morning, so you decided to make a nice breakfast. You showered real quick, silently admiring the size of the bathroom. You reached for your shampoo, which was placed neatly next to Jimin’s. It was weird seeing all your things next to his. But you were happy still to see this part of his life, no matter how small it might have been. Subconsciously you started to hum to a song, forgetting that your husband was still outside.
Jimin awoke the second you had fixed the blanket on him. You didn’t have to do it, but you still did, making him smile as you turned away. He was always a light sleeper and the couch didn’t exactly provide the best sleeping conditions either. Oh, how he missed his bed. Once he heard the shower turn on, he looked at the time and realized it was still quiet early in the morning. He didn’t know what to do. So, he chose to scroll through his phone. Then, he heard it.
He thought he was mistaken at first. He could hear a faint hum coming from the bathroom, and it was…heavenly. Usually, Jimin woke up in silence, got ready in silence, ate in silence, and left in silence. But his morning routine was now already filled with sweet sounds.
You quickly finished your shower, hoping that Jimin didn’t wake up anytime soon. You carelessly picked out a simple outfit to change into so that you could make breakfast and then get ready into your work clothes later. For such a smart woman, you were pretty dumb sometimes. Because today, you threw on whatever came to your hands first. You wore a black bra with a thin white shirt and some leggings. The shirt hung loose on your shoulders and the wetness from your hair didn’t help your situation either. Without even taking second glance at the mirror, you exited the bathroom, only to find Jimin staring right in your direction.
As soon as you exited, Jimin turned to face you, only to turn wide-eyed. You rarely ever wore comfortable clothing around him. Hell, the only comfortable clothing he ever saw you in was that small purple night dress you wore. But this, this was new. And he had to had force himself to look away, but the image was practically burned into his head. The leggings showcased your legs perfectly and the way the shirt hung on your shoulders didn’t leave much to the imagination. And the way you looked with messy wet hair, oh my. You jumped black slightly when you saw that Jimin was awake.
“Uh, I’ll go make some breakfast..” you said, awkwardly.
“Uhm.. ok. But uh..your shirt is kinda…kinda…” Jimin started as he pointed to your shirt.
You looked down and to your horror, you could see your bra almost perfectly through the shirt. “Oh my god!” you exclaimed as you hugged yourself. How embarrassing, you thought.
You ran back inside the room to change into something far thicker. Jimin just sat and laughed at your cute antics.
You came back out with a black shirt and tried to quickly leave the room before you died of embarrassment. Jimin took this has his chance to get ready. However to your surprise, you found Jimin’s parents awake and sitting in the living room, enjoying their morning cup of coffee.
Two summers ago we went to Hawaii, and these “before” pictures are old remnants of that vacation. I don’t even keep them saved to my phone because I was so humiliated by myself; my mom had to send them to me for this.
I wore that sweater in sweltering heat because I was ashamed of my upper arms. I remember walking back to our resort one afternoon and my inner thighs were sweating and chafing so badly that they bled, which caused me to waddle-walk in a ridiculous way. My family kept asking me what in the world I was doing, but I couldn’t stop because it hurt so badly otherwise – I was embarrassed and in pain.
I was categorically obese, and the years I spent like that were some of the most unhappy and unhealthy years of my life. I was anxious and depressed, I had abysmal self-esteem, and I had no idea what to do.
This past year, I changed my entire life. I overhauled my eating habits and I got active. I honed in on personal growth and made big, huge adjustments to my lifestyle and my social circle. I have achieved more than I thought would ever be possible.
Today I am a significantly happier, healthier, more confident woman. I feel proud of my achievements and I feel more capable as an individual. I have fought hard to get to where I am; this is a battle that never stops, but I am happy to continue.
If you are wondering if it’s possible: it is. If you are tired of being stuck: make the change. If you’re in a bad place and you want out: take the reins.
So I was thinking about this whole aliens thing, and i remembered a post about aliens not being able to throw, and are very surprised at how a human could throw a wad paper into the trash can. I’m sorry its not linked, I couldn’t find it.
Anyways. I was thinking, maybe aliens cant aim? Just like, everything they do is in close contact, fighting, playing sports, exercising, whatever aliens do. Whenever they fight, the aliens with canons that actually hit their opponents are thought to be some amazing super race.
And then, humans come in. These bags of flesh who dont seem to be able to survive the conditions of their homeland. And then one casually throws a wad of paper into a bin a good 30 feet away. Of course, the aliens thought it was luck, that the humans hand just spasmed, and everyone was fine with that explanation.
Until humans joined into some war. Suddenly, no one was safe. Humans can be immense distances from their target and still hit. Ships with canons aren’t viewed as a bounty that no one else has, rather, a ship without one is useless; a resort ship.
Humans bring sports that involve aim, like basketball, football, soccer, badminton, tennis, practically everything! Archery and shooting ranges are fun spots to test your accuracy, available to the country! Even the games their children play, throwing water ballons, frisbees, the carnival games for gods sake!
And this is what causes the fear for aliens when they are in an area humans may are, or have, been. Humans can kill them out of their eyesight, untraceable.
Aim, such a small thing, aim, caused aliens to want humans when fighiting, would do anything for them, the humans becoming tyrants, the universe their tyranny, without even knowing, as humans are completely oblivious to everything.
