people who don’t know who Monty Oum is, thank you for being respectful and understanding towards the Rooster Teeth fandom in their time of mourning. I remember being in a very similar boat back when Cory Monteith passed.

I encourage all of you to check out one of Monty Oum’s many amazing creations, RWBY. RWBY is an animated series that has an abundance of female leads who kick ass unapologetically, but are also so three-dimensional and more than just badasses with cool, transforming weapons. Also, if you like allusions to fairy tales, it’s a very fascinating take on that (Also, one team of four characters are all modeled after figures in history who were known for masquerading as the other gender). The show currently has two volumes/seasons out, the first one being about 2 hours long in all episodes total (so movie length). The second volume is significantly longer (all the episodes around 10 minutes, but range from 8-14 usually) and also took a sharp jump in quality due to the success of the first season. And it has incredible soundtracks, which you can get on iTunes and I can promise you won’t be disappointed.

Also, you can watch it all super easy right here on youtube.

Monty would want to know that the fanbase for his creation just keeps expanding and expanding, even after his passing. He was the most amazing man, and RWBY is an amazing show that has next to no flaws, and has the kind of content that is hard to find in media.
