one of the best couples ever

Jake and his s/o moving in together after college and/or him as a father

jakey d my dude yes good

getting a small apartment with jake was probably the best choice the two of you ever made. being that stereotypical high school sweethearts couple that no one expected to last past the first year of college, it was surprising to everyone from your high school class to see the pictures of yall still on their feeds. needless to say, jake’s drunk confession about wanting kids never left your mind, and jake vowed to be a better father than the one he had. and when you two had your first child–a baby boy–jake has never been happier. your heart melts when you find him asleep on the couch in front of the tv with your little boy on his chest (yes just like that picture of lin and seb because omg so heckin cute). and when you feel the cool of the empty bed and find a tired jake with messy hair and darkened circles under his eyes watching the sun rise while swaying with the nugget, you knew that there was no one in the world you wanted to be with more than him.

A small blurb for how a prank war with Micheal would go? (Sorry if its dumb ^^;;; )

the two of you are roommates, best friends, and the cutest couple anyone had ever seen. the ongoing battle between you and michael never really had a significant start, it just came to be one day with little jokes and pranks to get back at one another. it quickly escalated, and now michael or you snapchats it all–and it had become a quite popular war online. your pranks are akin to those of filling your bedroom with cups on water while you sleep, adding hair dye to michael’s shampoo, and things like that. everyone loves you. the cutest content ever.

Get to know me meme: 5/10 pairings » Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark
You’re a painter. You’re a baker. You like to sleep with the windows open. You never take sugar in your tea. And you always double-knot your shoelaces. What I need to survive is not Gale’s fire, kindled with rage and hatred. I have plenty of fire myself. What I need is the dandelion in the spring. The bright yellow that means rebirth instead of destruction. The promise that life can go on, no matter how bad our losses. That it can be good again. And only Peeta can give me that. So after, when he whispers, “You love me. Real or not real?”
I tell him, “Real.”

You know the thing about Cassandra Clare books...

You know the thing about @cassandraclare books that makes them so incredible is not the story, which is undoubtedly great, but it’s the fact that virtually everyone can see them self represented in them.

It’s not just that it has one of the best, less fetishized and widest LGBTQ+ representations that I’ve ever read, including married LGBTQ couples, LGBTQ adoption, a transsexual character who’s transition is barely touched upon and is completely accepted as the gender she identifies by the man who is in love with her, even after she revealed the truth about herself, and gender non conforming character and so on.

But it also shows one of the widest representations in general:
There are gorgeous girls who can kick your ass in 12in heels, guys who are completely in touch and comfortable with their emotions as well as those who struggle to hide them away. character who are questioning them self and the beliefs they grew up with, petite girls who struggle to be taken seriously, a plus size girl that no matter how much she diets or exercise can’t seem to loose weight, a non fetishized boy-girl friendship, a guy who loves reading classic romantic stories, minority characters who are smart, strong, talented and proud of their heritage, an autistic character, a character who lost everything and struggles to trust everyone ever again, and so much more.

@cassandraclare books are incredible because no matter who you are, you can find a character that represents you, or who you aspire to be.

Lup and Barry have definitely gotten married before, at least several times, but that was with old bodies in old dimensions. It doesn’t count, probably legally speaking. And if Abeir-Toril is going to be their last world they’re going to make their marriage here count. They have lots of experience in getting married, they’re practically experts, they can totally throw the best wedding ever.

They plan for several years, scientifically analyze their past weddings to identify the best parts of each, invite half the continent, make denim themed invitations. They absolutely over-think things and it’s one part extravaganza one part absolute disaster.

  • Carey and Killian and Hurley and Sloane have been pen pals for a while and are delighted to finally get to see each other at Lup and Barry’s Matrimonial Party Weekend. The only problem is that it’s cherry blossom season and it turns out Carey is horribly allergic. She sneezes fire onto several drapes, and then both couples spend half an hour staring wistfully at each other until Carey’s allergy meds kick in.
  • Magnus brings all his dogs. Which, to be fair, he got permission to do, but it’s still a lot of dogs.
  • Angus brings a date and the entire Bureau of Balance spends the whole time trying and failing at being intimidating, except Magnus who tries to convince them to adopt a dog.
  • Despite being excessively coached beforehand, Merle still slips up and invokes the power of Pan at the beginning of the vows. Lup and Barry have to go sit in a side room until the holy aura wears off.
  • Lup drops her bouquet in the rush to get away from the religion. Unfortunately she heavily enchanted it so that when she threw it at the end of the party it would go and bat Kravitz around the head until he grabbed it (Taako wasn’t about to propose and they needed a push, plus it seemed like a good drama note to end the reception on.) It interprets being dropped as being thrown.
  • Their boss comes. Enough said.
  • Avi builds a high speed catapult for throwing rice and nearly blinds someone with projectile grains.
  • They’ve incorporated wedding traditions from seventeen of their favorite planes of reality, which is very cool but also means that everyone who wasn’t on the Starblaster has no idea what’s going on most of the time.
  • Multiple people need healing by the end of it, it’s incredibly gushy and lovey, and finally Lup and Barry decide to abandon their own party on a Phantom Steed and go get a room at a seedy inn. They take the (five tier, highly decorated) cake with them.
  • The reception still lasts until 6am without them.
Take It Like A Puppy (M)

Summary: You and Hoseok have been best friends since you were young. Your friendship with him, was struck as odd since you were a cat hybrid, while he was a dog hybrid. But that didn’t matter, that is until you both start attending university. What happens when one of you unexpectedly goes into heat?

Pairing: Jhope x Reader

Genre: Smut (M), hybrid!au, Cat hybrid reader, Dog hybrid Jhope

Word Count : 5.5k

A/N: This story contains graphic descriptions of sex, cum play, bondage, oral, etc. Heavy dom/sub undertones. Lmao this is just a sinful read. I’m a sucker for hybrid aus, so i had to make one ;) Anywho, this is a mature read! You have been warned!

You’ve known Hoseok since you were nine years old. At the time, you were just a quiet little kitten, who didn’t have many friends. Hoseok, was an annoying hyperactive puppy, who everybody adored in your class. He didn’t really bother you that much, until you became desk partners. That’s when he thought it was okay to pop your ‘personal space bubble’ and sniff you, every second he got.

“Why do you keep trying to smell me!” the nine-year-old you shouted. This was the third time you caught him in the act, ever since you became seat mates a week ago.

“I’m part canine! That’s what we always do!” Hoseok explained, with a smile on his face. He didn’t really know you that much, only that you were always super quiet. But he wanted to change that, he wanted a feline as a friend for once.

“Well can you stop? Its kinda weird,” you replied uncomfortably.

Including you, there were only two other cat hybrids in your class, the rest were a split between bunny, dog, and fox hybrids. Thus, you were extremely uncomfortable with this puppy trying to get up all in your space. Besides, you were quite afraid of dog hybrids since they could become aggressive easily.

“No, you’re weird,” the puppy joked.

You finally turn to glare at him, then let a hiss seethe through your teeth.

Where Every Brown Sugar Baby Should Look for Her Next Sugar Daddy and Why

The more the game changes, the more it stays the same.

Best friend, my first disappointment with sugaring came when I realized that sugaring sites were not for me. When I joined Tumblr, I was surrounded by stories of women who signed up for Seeking Arrangement and within an hour found their inbox full of messages from men willing to hand them the world or at least a pair of So Kate’s on the first date. When I joined Tumblr, I thought that I was going to command large allowances just because I existed, not because I did any work. I learned otherwise.

My successes with sugaring came when I got very clear about what exactly it was that I was sugaring for. I realized that I couldn’t make myself care about designer goods. They’re pretty, and I loved looking at them on Instagram but dating a man so he could buy me luxury goods just did not seem like a lot of fun. But art supplies? Everything I needed to write a novel and maintain my blog? That sounded much more feasible. As soon as I committed to it, it happened. As soon as I got off the sugaring sites, it happened.

As an introvert, I did get off the sugaring sites, but it took me quite a while to get off the internet. I used Tinder to find the three gift daddies that I had. Last month, I went free styling for the first time.

There is a general horror around free styling that, trust me, I understand. If I didn’t have to leave my house, I wouldn’t. But I realized a few things. The sugar sites are not set up for you to succeed. We, as sugar babies, are the draw that is used to attract men with money and unrealistic dreams.

Do you want to have the perfect relationship? A young, beautiful, smart woman who will hang off your every word and, unlike escorts, will be with you and you alone for a fraction of the price that escorts are demanding? Sign up for a membership with our site at the low price of $39.99/month and become a sugar daddy tonight!

While this might not be the exact language the sites are using, I guarantee if you go on any of the sugar sites you will see something similar being touted to men.  I also promise that the men that have the real potential to be amazing sugar daddies and give you things you didn’t believe that you could get aren’t on these sites.

And, honey, maybe you haven’t noticed but online dating-sugar or vanilla- is not set up for black women to succeed. I’ll say it once more. You’re far more likely to find the man you’re looking for when you let go of the sugar sites.
So what happens next? Next, you change your mindset. There is one thing that needs adjustment, your attitude, in two different areas. The first is what a sugar daddy looks like. Maybe you don’t have this problem. But I do. I tend to find myself thinking that sugar daddies look a certain way. They’re white and in their 40’s-50’s. Most of them are married. But this isn’t what sugar daddies look like. They can be any age. They can be any race. They can be anywhere. When it’s time to free style, don’t think that if a Black man, an Asian man, a Martian, whatever, approaches you that because they don’t fit in with the idea of what you think an SD looks like you can’t pay any attention to them.

There will be three types of men that you’ll meet when you go out: cheap men that would like your time and attention for free, men that will simply ask how much you want or make it known that they have no problem paying you, and men that are willing to spend money on you but need some type of connection with you first. Ugh, connection. Don’t you hate that word? Men should just hand us money because we asked for it right? We’re young, we’re beautiful, we’re smart. Just fork over the coins.

But consider this. How often do you give money to complete strangers because they asked for it? How often have you walked up to an attractive or interesting looking person with $5 that you know you don’t need and said: “here this is for you just because you look cool or like you needed a little help”? Never right? If we were a society where that was the norm homelessness would not be an issue. No, we give our money to people we like, to people that have bettered our lives in some way, to people we trust. But, still. That word-connection. Months and months of dates. Maybe even putting out. That must be what I mean, right? Nope. Not what I mean at all. A connection can be made in 15 minutes or 15 months. It really just depends on how well your personality meshes with his.

How do you tell these men apart? Let’s build a scenario, shall we? Let’s say you meet a man at a bar. You each talk a bit about who you are and what you do for a living. His job sounds promising. You don’t know exactly how much he makes but when you google it in the bathroom after touching up your lipstick you see that it’s an acceptable amount. He buys you a drink to continue the conversation you’ve already started, but when the night ends, he doesn’t pick up the tab you had started before he sat down. Splenda! Salt! That’s what Tumblr will tell you. I say wait. You spend some time texting. He says he wants to take you out. This is when we find out what kind of man he is by analyzing a few things:

  • Where does he want to meet? TGIFridays or one of the best restaurants/bars in the city. Look at where he wants to take you and why. If he asks you where you want to eat and then shoots it down because it’s overpriced or “just not his scene” you have two options: dig your heels in or run. My first meeting with Bentley took some time to plan because he shot down the restaurants that I chose as not being good enough for a first date. It was a good first sign.
  • How and what do they order? We know what a man who doesn’t want to spend a lot of money looks like when he orders at a restaurant or bar. He asks if there are any discounts or deals. Asks what’s the best and cheapest drink or food item on the menu. Makes “jokes” about how expensive everything is.
  • How do they look when you order? A man that asks if you want anything else after you’ve decided what you want is a keeper. A man that asks what you want scans the menu and then asks if you’re sure you want those things or if you’d be happy with something cheaper presents you with two options: to dig your heels in or run.
  • What are they talking to you about? A man that talks about sex as soon as he meets you only wants you for one thing and it ain’t playing cards. Now, if he’s willing to compensate you for that time in a way that you find acceptable, fine. Get your money girl. If you want a man that cares about you as an individual but he can’t stop talking about how well he’s doing on Viagra, you have two options. Dig in or run. I suggest you run, but this is your life, not mine
  • Do they listen when you speak? Do they remember what you said? I got my first laptop from a man who listened when I talked about wanting to write. I got my second laptop and art supplies from a man who listened to my business plan. If they can’t hear you, they can’t help you.

When the date is over, look at this man’s behavior. You’ll know if he’s the type of man that you can keep in your life. If he isn’t, let him go. LET HIM GO! Don’t, please friend, don’t hang on to a man because you don’t think that you’ll be able to get another. This game isn’t for the desperate that need quick cash because their life is falling apart. This is going to take time. You’ll find yourself getting dressed up and going out quite a few times before you find a man that you’re willing to stick with. If you understand this from the beginning, that reaching any goal is going to take time, you’ll be far less likely to fail.

I’d like to give one piece of controversial advice. Do not ask for a gift or token or whatever you want to call it on the first date. Remember what we talked about earlier? About how we don’t give away our hard earned money to strangers or the undeserving? This applies here. And I know, I know. The posts of girls that say they asked for a gift and got one is so much more fun to read than what I’m saying, but here we are best friend, here we are.

You do have one thing on your side. Men know that it is their responsibility to take care of the women in their lives. Vanilla men know this. They know. I’m going to say it one more time, best friend so it really sinks in. All men know that it is their responsibility to take care of the women in their lives. What’s more, they know that the younger and better looking a woman is, the more they will have to spend. Your job is not to convince a man to spend money on you. He already knows he should. Your job is to separate the men willing to spend from the men not willing to spend by opening up your mouth and talking about what you want. Talk about college and the class that you’re going to be taking, but god isn’t it crazy how expensive books are? Talk about how much you love to write, but your laptop broke. Talk about how you want to get into digital photography but don’t know what camera to get or if you can afford to buy one. Give it a couple weeks. The right man will show up with a laptop, or an iPad, or a book, or a camera or whatever it is you say you need. The wrong man won’t have made it past the first date.

Happy hunting, best friend.

Best friend, be honest, what did you think? Do you think you could ever get off the sugar sites? Go free styling? Do you think my approach makes any sense or is something that could work for you? Leave me a comment and let me know so we can talk about it.

Falling Stars ~ Finn Wolfhard x Reader

If you asked me a couple of years ago where I thought I’d be at the age of fourteen, I wouldn’t have had an answer to give. And even if I did, it would have been so far from reality that I may as well not have even bothered to give it. I had filmed two seasons of an award-winning TV show, shot a movie adaptation of one of the best books ever written, been noticed in the acting, singing and dancing world alike, and of course, met the most special people in my life.

It was a Friday in mid-October, and I was currently in front of the cameras and under the lights with Millie Bobby Brown. The entire cast of Stranger Things had been called to New York City for the week. Friday to Friday. Since season two was just around the corner, we were everywhere. But in a good way. Currently, Millie and I were doing a photo shoot and an interview for Buzzfeed.

We had been informed that while we were in the city, the cast of IT was flying out for a Stranger Things x IT shoot. It was for an article about young actors and how it’s been a great couple of years for our careers. Finn and I are in Stranger Things and IT, so it was going to be great spending time with everyone. It was also the night of the Emmy’s tomorrow.

“Okay!” One of the many photographers shouted, “You girls are doing great! While we get a few shots of just the boys, you can go take a quick break before the main pictures!”

Millie and I headed towards our shared dressing room and sat down on the plush sofa in the corner. The coffee table was covered in snacks and drinks.

“So,” Millie said while taking a sip of water, “You’re spending a week with Finn.”
I opened a packet of Sour Patch Kids. “Correction, WE are spending a week with Finn. And everyone else.”
“True, but still. It’s the perfect opportunity to tell him.”
“Millie, how many times-”
“I know, I know,” She rolled her eyes, “You don’t think he feels the same way. You’re wrong, you know.”
“I really don’t think I am.”
“We’ll see. Especially after the performance tomorrow night.” Millie smirked

My stomach lurched at the mention of tomorrow night. Since the world found out that I could sing a few months ago, I had been invited to a million different places to perform. Tomorrow I was going to be on the stage at the Emmy’s. And I was flipping my shit on the inside. Millie could tell.

“Y/N, it’s going to be great! Jack, Jaeden, Wyatt, Sophia, Jeremy, and Chosen,” Millie listed our friends from IT on her fingers, “Are all flying out here tomorrow. We get to spend the afternoon with them all and then we’ve got the awards. You’ll perform, be brilliant like always, and then we’ll come back to the hotel for our movie night.”
“You really think it will work out?”
“Of course I do! And you never know, things might happen with Finn.”
“Hopefully.”

Our makeup artists came in armed with brushes and highlight to give our faces touchups. We gladly took our seats in front of the mirrors.

“Right then girls, it’s time to head back in for group shots.”

When the shoot was over we got into the cars that had been sent for us and headed back to the hotel. The Hilton was putting us up for the week, and when the others arrived tomorrow, they would be joining us in the room opposite. I could hardly contain my excitement.

I was between Millie and Gaten in the back of one of the Jeeps. We were just talking about how well the shoot went and how we got to stay in such an expensive hotel. Before long, we arrived.

The driver came an opened the doors and we jumped out onto the pavement. Somebody was already getting our luggage so I only had to carry my backpack. Finn was waiting for me. I couldn’t get over how much he’d grown up. He was taller, more defined, and his voice was another story completely.

“Hey, Y/N.” His smile gave me butterflies. “You looked great today.”
“Thanks, Finn. You didn’t look too bad yourself.”
He flushed. “So, we’re staying at the Hilton Hotel for a week. Crazy.”
“I know right. Just because it’s the Hilton, doesn’t mean I’m not stealing the little soaps.”
Finn laughed as we made our way through the front doors behind everyone else. “How did I guess that you were going to say that?”
“Because you know me too well.”
~
Millie and I were sharing one of the rooms, Finn and Noah next door, and Gaten and Caleb in the room after that. The suites were huge. The equivalent of a twin bedroom was actually to Queen sized beds, a bathroom, an en-suite, a kitchen and living space, and a huge balcony. It was the most beautiful hotel room I had ever seen. I was expecting gorgeous, but this was over the top.

I picked the bed by the window and started looking through my stuff. Millie was hanging things up in the walk-in wardrobe. We had a walk-in wardrobe in our hotel room?!

“Hey, Millie?” I said
“Yeah?”
“When are our gowns being dropped off?”
“Tomorrow morning. Why?”
“I just really want to see it. Having it fitted was so fun.”
“I bet you can’t wait for Finn to see it either.”
“I know girls aren’t supposed to dress for boys, but I can’t help it.”
“I know, I know. Not to mention the fact that the whole world will see us too.”
“I still can’t get my head around that.” I took my clothes into the huge closet and started to hang them along with Millie.
“Me either. It still seems so surreal.”

Our conversation was interrupted by knocking at our door. I put the pile of pyjamas I was holding down and ran to answer it. It was Finn and Noah.

“We’ve ordered a crapload of food and the TV’s have Netflix. The others will be over in five.”

Noah and Finn let themselves into your hotel room and made themselves comfortable on one of the sofas. They were both in comfier clothes.

“Oh hi, Noah. Hi Finn. I know, these rooms are so big! And we’re great, thanks for asking. Why don’t you come in and make yourselves at home?” This was, of course, sarcasm since the boys didn’t even give me so much as a hello. The just laughed as I went into the bedroom to put your pyjamas on.

I went with black cotton shorts, fluffy socks and Wyatt’s Canada hoodie. I still had it from a couple of months when I stole it at the beach house. He was like a brother to me, so I knew he wouldn’t mind. Millie put a onzie on and grabbed some blankets. When we went out to the others, Gaten and Caleb had arrived. Finn looked up and saw me in Wyatt’s sweater.

“Does Wyatt know you’ve got that?”
“Yeah,” You sat next to him and Noah on the sofa, putting a blanket over the three of you, “I facetimed him a week after the beach house and I was wearing it. He said he’ll bring me my own.”

Finn looked at me and then back to the TV. He was scrolling through the new releases. I quickly looked at Millie who was already looking at me. She noticed it too. Finn was jealous. Of Wyatt.

“Okay, I think we should watch something funny and save the horror for when everyone else gets here tomorrow,” Gaten said, earning murmurs of agreement from everyone else.
“Yeah,” Finn muttered, “Y/N likes watching scary films with Wyatt anyway.”

I actually found it quite cute that Finn was jealous, but it was a little bit annoying. Caleb told Finn to put some comedy on. Room service soon arrived and Gaten went to get it. After a long day, we gratefully began eating. While it was nice to relax with everyone, I couldn’t stop thinking about Finn.

By three in the afternoon, everyone had arrived. Sophia was sharing with Millie and me, and I honestly couldn’t wait. Our gowns had also been sent up this morning and were currently in dress bags hanging in the closet. I wanted to put it on immediately but we had to have our hair and makeup done first.

Since they had to make us up properly for the Emmy’s, we had to have a very early dinner so they could get started. There were makeup and hair artists everywhere. Our hotel room was full. I was currently sat having my hair curled and braided. Events like these never failed to get my heart going. I was also thinking about my performance. My heart was in my mouth.

About two hours later, my hair and makeup were done and it was time to get in my dress. Finally. I was last to get into mine. Millie and Sophia were having last minute touchups done.

(Your dress)

I slipped into my little blue heels that matched my dress and smiled. Nothing made me happier than this dress. Sophia, Millie and I took a quick photo and uploaded them to our social media. Comments and likes started rolling in, including from Finn.

finnwolfhardofficial: Dashing, as always @yourusername

I tried not to scream as I pinned his comment and put your phone in my clutch bag. It was time to leave.
~
The red carpet was alive with the sounds of cheers, paparazzi and interviews. Me and the cast of IT were currently having pictures taken in front of the Emmy’s backdrop. I was in between Finn and Jeremy with my hand on my hip, smiling my red lipstick stained smile. Finn had noticed me, that was for sure. We also had pictures taken with the Stranger Things cast since Finn and I crossed over into both. I had a separate one taken with the girls as well as one with Jack, and another with Finn and Wyatt.

Gaten and I were asked to get a quick shot with Ryan Gosling, you know, as you do. Millie and I also got photos with Jennifer Lawrence. It was completely mental.

“So,” An interviewer from Cosmo said to Jaeden and I, “You’ve been nominated for best horror movie of 2017 and best book to movie adaptation. As young actors just starting out, how does this make you feel?”
“Well,” I said, “It makes me feel proud. Not just of myself but of everyone who I’ve worked with over the past couple of years. Working on IT and Stranger Things has been such a privilege and if it wasn’t for the producers and directors, none of this would have been possible.”
Jaeden smiled. “Yeah, Y/N’s right. We don’t take these opportunities lightly, they mean a lot to all of us. It’s not just the filming and awards, it’s the friendships we’ve formed that will last forever.”
“Thank you, Y/N Y/L/N and Jaeden Lieberher. Good luck tonight, and keep shining like the stars you are.”

Since we were on the red carpet, we couldn’t have super long interviews, so we kept walking. I got given a sharpie and had to go along signing fan’s posters and taking selfies, which was one of the best parts. It was so strange being told how much someone loves me and my acting. One girl who had a photo from Stranger Things for me to sign said to me how much she loved my dress. I took a photo with her on my phone as well. I was doing the same as Gaten; taking pictures with my fans as well as them taking ones with me.

Before I knew what was happening, we were all being ushered inside for the awards ceremony. The IT cast and Stranger Things cast took up three whole rows since the producers and directors and production teams were there too. We were really close to the front.
~
It was time for my performance. I can’t explain how scared I actually was. As I stood up to head backstage, Finn squeezed my hand and smiled. I couldn’t smile back. I couldn’t do anything. Not only were hundreds of actors and actresses alike going to see me sing, I was on international television.

I was singing ‘Too Good at Goodbyes’ by Sam Smith. Gaten helped me prepare and choose my song. I went out onto the stage and looked out at the massive audience that was cheering for me. For me? It seemed too good to be true. The white lights were all on me, and the music began.

You must think that I’m stupid
You must think that I’m a fool
You must think that I’m new to this
But I have seen this all before
I’m never gonna let you close to me
Even though you mean the most to me
‘Cause every time I open up, it hurts
So I’m never gonna get too close to you
Even when I mean the most to you
In case you go and leave me in the dirt
But every time you hurt me, the less that I cry
And every time you leave me, the quicker these tears dry
And every time you walk out, the less I love you
Baby, we don’t stand a chance, it’s sad but it’s true
I’m way too good at goodbyes

The applause when I finished was deafening. Everyone was on their feet screaming, cheering and clapping. I could see cameras flashing. My insides were more twisted than they were before I started. I couldn’t believe the reaction I was getting. And the people I was getting it from. I curtsied and walked off the stage smiling. The cheers didn’t stop until the host came back out onto the stage and started talking about my performance. I sat down and everyone hugged me and said well done. Finn grabbed my hand and didn’t let go.

I came out of their with two awards in my hands. IT got the award for best horror movie of 2017, and Stranger Things got the award for most gripping TV series of 2016 & 2017. I felt elated. After my performance, I had photos taken with so many people. Including Sam Smith who said that hearing me sing his song was magical. Finn still hadn’t let go of my hand.
~
Much to my disappointment, I had to take my dress off. All the mess was gone from the hotel room. We just had a couple of people with us to help us get out of our dresses. I put some pyjamas on and went out into the kitchen and living room. Sophia and Millie were talking about the night. I was just about to join the conversation when my phone buzzed.

Come to my hotel room. The others are across the hall and I want to talk to you.
You
Coming

I said goodbye to the girls who shared knowing looks. When I arrived at Finn’s room the door was already slightly open. I went inside and saw him standing on the balcony looking out over the big apple.

“Finn?”
He looked at me and smiled.
“You’re amazing, do you know that?”
“Woah. What?”
“When you were singing up there in that stunning dress, I couldn’t stop smiling. I still can’t. I guess tonight was the push I need to tell you that I’m fucking crazy about you, and I have been since we met. Every time I see you I fall for you a little bit more. As gooey as that sounds. And if you don’t-”

I kissed him and it felt like the stars were falling all around us. If they were, I wouldn’t have even noticed. I was too wrapped up in Finn Wolfhard.

@trash-baby-edge-lord You said anything with Finn, so here you go! Hope you like it.

10 reasons to ship bughead:))

1. The way they stand next to each other 😫💦wow
2. The nonexistent chemistry. #goals
3. A lesbian and an aroace male? Perfect together😫
4. The way jug looks at Betty in his nightmare, like he’d much rather be anywhere else <3
5. How forced their feelings are!! Just so adorable :’)
6. It’s just such a new concept. A white, straight couple? Groundbreaking.
7. How Betty just, suddenly, out of nowhere, after being friends with him for years, falls for Jughead and is suddenly over Archie, whom she’s been supposedly in love with for her whole life??? How sweet and ~not~ forced at all.
8. The aroace erasure of jughead😍😍 cause it’s not like that’s one of the biggest aspects of his personality or anything
9. How Betty completely disregards the kiss and goes back to the murder case, barely acknowledging it❤
10. How they were the best platonic pairing ever, being sleuths and shit, until CW ~forced~ them together romantically😫😍 true love

You guys may not like Esme, but she’s high-key one of the best mental health stories Degrassi has ever told. I am continuously impressed with her arc. So far it is more accurate than any of the mental illnesses shown during TNG (Craig, Eli, etc.) and more consistent than any of the other mental illness stories during NC (Miles, Maya, Hunter). Most of those characters were written to be more like-able but they also got help/treatment much sooner (most of them within only a couple of episodes after they started showing symptoms).

Degrassi has a long history of inaccurate or inconsistent mental health story lines - whether it’s the eating disorders that magically go away within 2 episodes, or the symptoms of bipolar disorder and depression that only appeared when the entire episode was going to revolve around those illnesses. But in almost every single scene Esme has been in since she came onto the show, she has shown consistent symptoms of a personality disorder. Hyper-sexuality, mania, rage issues, suicidal tendencies, fear of abandonment, etc. are all symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder and she displays them in every single episode. Hell, in her first scene she displayed impulsive behavior (cutting off her hair) and then Miles immediately became her FP (favorite person, a term used in the borderline community).

You don’t have to like her on a personal level (although I really don’t think you should hate her either) but you should at least be able to appreciate her character from both a creative and psychological point of view. Creatively, because of how well she is written and acted. Psychologically, because of how accurately she portrays the symptoms of untreated mental illness. As long as the writers pull through with eventually giving her a proper diagnosis (hopefully a personality disorder) and treatment, she will be their best example of a mental illness story yet. (Not to say Craig, Eli, Miles, Maya, etc. weren’t great too - they were, and they were much more loveable characters, but the accuracy of Esme is next level)

A/N: I have been having so much fun writing this series, hope you guys enjoy this part!

“(Y/N)” was the only word that came out of Veronica’s mouth as she sat down at the lunch table. Jughead, Betty, and Kevin’s heads all snapped up.

“How do you know about (Y/N)?” Kevin questioned.  Veronica shrugged.

“Archie was kind of having a meltdown at Jughead’s party,” she answered.  Betty and Jughead shared a concerned look.

“God, what happened?” Betty asked.

“He was screaming her name when I came up,” Veronica explained.  "He babbled on about how much he loved her and that he should’ve told her and that he kissed her.“

“Wait, he kissed her?” Kevin interrupted, his eyes doubling in size.  He glanced over at Jughead and Betty who appeared to be just as shocked as he was.

“You didn’t know?” Veronica’s eyes widened.

“No,” Jughead muttered, shaking his head.  "He never told us.“

“We always knew they had a thing for each other,” Kevin elaborated.  "But we never knew that something actually happened between them.“

"When did she move?”

“Two years ago,” Jughead answered.  "The summer before eighth grade.“

"There was this dance,” Betty reminisced, “in the fall of our eighth grade year.”

“Archie was gonna ask (Y/N),” Jughead frowned.  "He was preparing himself ever since he first heard about the dance.“

"And he never got the chance,” Kevin sighed.

“Do you know why she moved?” Veronica inquired.  The rest of her table shrugged.

“Probably her dad,” Betty replied.  "He was a really intense lawyer, and he got relocated to some big city firm.“

”(Y/N) was gonna try and stay with the Andrews,“ said Jughead.  "They were more than willing to take her in, too. But-”

“But, of course, her parents wanted her to go with them,” Veronica finished.  Jughead grimly nodded.  "So two whole years, and Archie still isn’t over this girl?“

"Well the thing is,” Betty grimaced, “he never coped well with her leaving.  After (Y/N) left he was… strange.  He practically denied her existence.”

“Seriously?”

"Yeah,” Kevin chimed in.  "He never talked about her or anything.  It was pretty frightening, actually.  It seemed like he had completely forgotten about her.“

"And if you’re wondering why Archie can’t get over her,” Jughead answered Veronica’s unasked question, “it’s because he was always in love with her.”

“Yeah, he told me that,” she mumbled.

“I don’t think you understand though,” he said.  "They were both so in love.  They were always there for each other, caring for each other.  When Archie’s parents were fighting, (Y/N) was there; whenever (Y/N)’s dog died, Archie was there.  You couldn’t find one without the other.  Betty and I were also good friends with them, but those two?  They were inseparable.“

Maybe it was Veronica’s fascination with dramatic love stories; maybe it was her desire for an explanation as to why Archie didn’t return her feelings for him.  Either way, she found herself searching for more information about (Y/N).  That was how she ended up at the Andrews household.  Archie wasn’t home.

”(Y/N)?“ Fred Andrews repeated, holding a beer as he sat across from Veronica.  "I haven’t heard that name in a while.”

“I, on the contrary, have been hearing her name quite a lot lately,” Veronica shrugged, sipping on a glass of water.  "So what happened between her and Archie?“

"Oh, I don’t think it’s my place to say,” Mr. Andrews sighed.  "It’s Archie’s tale to tell.“

"He already told me about her,” Veronica quickly explained.  "But only the happy parts.  Only the parts he wants to remember.“  Mr. Andrews exhaled and took another swig of beer.  He stared at Veronica for a moment in silence.

"Why do you want to know?” he finally asked.

“I like hearing stories,” she shrugged. “This sounds like a good book.”  Fred Andrews laughed.

“If this was a book,” he responded, “my son would’ve had a happy ending with that girl.”

“Maybe he will,” Veronica offered.  "I don’t think the story’s over yet.“  Fred’s laughter shrunk into a smile.  He cleared his throat.

"If there’s one thing you should know about (Y/N),” he started, “it’s that she is the purest soul you will ever meet.  She was kind and gentle, and she was exactly what Archie needed.”  Veronica quietly nodded, intrigued.  "I knew both her father and mother quite well.  So, of course, when our children were born around the same time, we knew we wanted them to be best friends.  A couple years later, we realized we wanted them to get married.“  Fred Andrews and Veronica both laughed.  "Sometimes in the movies you see the boy and girl resisting each other because when you’re little, it’s gross to talk to someone who’s the opposite gender.  That was never the case with Archie and (Y/N).  They were both sweet on each other.”

“That’s so cute,” Veronica cooed.

“It was,” Mr. Andrews sighed.  "I remember this one day; I think Archie was eleven at the time.  He and (Y/N) were at the park all day, as they usually were.  That night, he came running home and swung the door open.  His mouth was going at a mile per minute.  When I finally got him to slow down, he told me that he was in love with (Y/N).  He had the biggest grin on his face.“

"The day he kissed her?” Veronica clarified.  Mr. Andrews chuckled.

“Yeah.  God, it made me so happy.  I knew that he sometimes overheard his mom and I fighting, and I was worried that it would somehow affect his relationships.  That kind of stuff damages a kid, you know?  But he had stars in his eyes as he talked about (Y/N), and I don’t think I’ve seen him that happy since then.”

“I heard you offered to take her in,” Veronica changed the subject, “when she was going to move.”  Fred Andrews stiffly nodded.

“Archie’s mom and I fought a lot.  But (Y/N)’s parents?  That poor kid.  She slept over here so many times because the screaming was keeping her awake.  And the saddest part was she never cried or appeared to be sad.  She would just come in here, clutching Archie’s hand, looking up at me with big sad eyes and politely asked me to stay.  Of course, I never refused.”  Veronica frowned.  "When I heard she was moving, I was concerned about how crushed Archie was, sure, but I couldn’t bear to let (Y/N) go off on her own with her parents.  At least when she was in Riverdale, I knew she had a safe place here.  Now, I don’t know if she has one.“  He took a long swig of beer before continuing. ”(Y/N) was like a daughter to me.  Archie isn’t the only one who loved her.“

"Sounds like a special girl,” Veronica commented.  Fred nodded.

“She was.”

“Have you ever considered writing a book about this?”  Veronica sat across from Jughead in Pop’s.  He lightly glared at her, lowering his laptop lid.

“Write about what?” he snapped.  She had interrupted his writing when he was in the zone.

“(Y/N),” she answered.  Jughead shot a glance at Betty.

“You know before Jason Blossom was shot, (Y/N) and Archie were the most interesting things in Riverdale.”

“Wasn’t there a two-year gap between (Y/N) leaving and Jason getting shot?” Veronica inquired.

“Isn’t it interesting that someone so in love could just pretend that the person they loved never existed?” Betty countered on Jughead’s behalf.

“Touché,” Veronica muttered.

“Anyways, to answer your question, of course I’ve considered it,” Jughead said.  "In fact, I already wrote a whole novel.“

"Seriously?” Betty and Veronica exclaimed simultaneously.  Jughead nodded nonchalantly.

“Of course.  But I do think something is missing,” he responded.  Veronica furrowed her eyebrows.

“What do you mean?”

“Well I kept it non-fiction,” he elaborated.  "I didn’t add anything that didn’t happen.  Although, I guess now I’ll have to put in the kiss.  Anyways, I don’t have a plot twist.“

”(Y/N) moving isn’t plot twist enough for you?“ Betty asked a question this time.

"That’s the climax,” he explained.  "Everything that happened after that was the falling action.  I have no plot twist and no resolution.“  All three sitting at the table furrowed their eyebrows.  A faint jingle alerted the diner that there was a new customer.  Betty casually glanced up and then did a double take at what she saw.  She gripped Jughead’s arm.

"Is that plot twist enough for you?” she whispered, gesturing towards the entrance.  Jughead and Veronica’s gaze both snapped towards the front, their focus attaching to the figure who just walked in.

“No way,” Jughead breathed.

“Is that…” Veronica trailed off, unable to form a sentence.  Jughead and Betty both nodded, confirming her suspicions.

“(Y/N).”

To Jungkook you’re just a girlfriend. - pt.3 End

[pt.1] [p.2] [pt.3 End]

It’s taking me a long time to get over him two months and three days to be exact, and right now I’m still hung up over the fact that our relationship ended so badly. After we had argued that night, I actually wanted to apologise for being so jealous when we were both in the right states of minds and when we were both calm from the fire I’d started. But when Taehyung came over and told me all the things he’d witnessed, I felt so stupid. Stupid for trusting him, for wanting to apologise for not accepting a mere friendship of his with another girl. Stupid because I still love him, I know he didn’t kiss her and that to some degree isn’t ‘cheating’ per se, but if I hadn’t sent him that message, if I hadn’t been the one to distract him, would he have stopped by himself? The more I thought about it, the more I was convinced that the answer was always going to be a no. Jungkook was never the type to check his phone straight away when it buzzed, so he must’ve glanced and saw my name and when he saw my name he remembered that he does still have a girlfriend, one he was about to cheat on. He wanted to kiss her and he wasn’t going to stop, and he must have wanted to; so to me that is still cheating. So I don’t get why I still love him. I honestly couldn’t thank Tae enough for telling me the truth, he’s a good friend to both Jungkook and I. Even if it seems as though he betrayed him, it’s what a good friend should do and will do.

my first DnD character was a shardmind barbarian named Digby (short for Sir Digby Chicken Caeser).

for those who don’t know what shardminds are, they’re basically the crystal monster from Ben 10 mixed with really ugly bionicles.

he had a charisma of 5, and im just going to assume you all know where this post is going, because it’s the only logical conclusion for this post after mentioning he had 5 charisma. and let me say right now, your assumption is 100% correct.

he hit on every single NPC he came into contact with. men, women, genderless liches, ghosts, halflings, enemies mid-combat, everyone. his quest was to bone down with one being, and he was relentless.

the closest he ever got was when he approached a couple that was already going at it in the privacy of their tent in the back corner of a bandit encampment. he approached them and, as digby had done a hundred times before, asked if he could bone down with them.

again, you can probably guess what happened next. he crit.

now, our DM was a good DM. he was fair, and he did his best to make the game fun and challenging within our skill level. and, as all good DMs do, he kept us within the bounds of the believable reality that he had put us in. a crit is powerful, but not powerful enough to make a completely unrealistic event take place just because the dice landed on a certain number.

and so, the crit was resolved by the couple inviting Digby into their tent and having him lie down on the ground. they climbed on top of him and used his massive crystalline body as a living bed while he was allowed to watch.

Digby’s first, and ONLY sexual experience was being cucked by strangers.

One of my favorite memories of human kindness was when I was at an all-day concert with my dad that was leading up to Linkin Park at the very end of the night. we had shitty seats, the ones that aren’t even really seats, but more like you just sit on a lawn behind where the seats are. I was about 12 or 13 at the time.

just as Linkin Park was going on, an older couple that was leaving early asked us if we were staying to see them and gave us their tickets, which were like 4th row, way up close to the stage. I was so fucking enthralled and they were just about to play Faint. They were so good live. It was and is, still to this day, the best concert experience I’ve ever had.

Chester was my fuckin dude and I’m really gonna miss him.
