A/N: I wrote this at the pool with my parents. Appreciate this lol.
Zach was over at your’s to study for the communications exam. Your parents were on a business trip, so you had the house to yourself.
You and Zach, rather than study, took the empty opportunity to make out on your bed.
His body laid atop yours, his thigh between your legs. You had your fingers entwined in his hair, keeping his lips close to yours. Your throat let out a moan when he pushed knee up to gain leverage, hitting the one spot you needed him most.
He held your elbow and started to pull away. You pouted when your once warm lips met the cold air. He panted and pecked your nose.
“Come back here,” you begged, cupping your hand to the nape of his neck. He shook his head.
“I gotta go, (y/n). I’m babysitting my sister tonight.” He sat up on the bed, swinging his left to the edge. “Maybe tomorrow?”
You groaned. Tonight was the only night your parents wouldn’t be home. You really wanted to take advantage of it.
“But Zach,” you mumbled. You cuddled up to his back, your legs wrapping around his waist. “I want you to stay,” you whispered lowly into his ear.
You kissed the area beneath his ear, his weakness. Your hands roamed his torso while you kissed down his neck. Zach let out a deep growl. His gripped your thighs, giving into you entirely.
You unlatched yourself from him. He stood up to face you and you kneeled on the bed to gain some height. He cupped your chin, forcefully, but passionately kissing you. Your hands found their way up his t-shirt, your fingertips grazing over his muscles.
He led you down on the bed, leaving a trail of kisses down your neck before his stood again. He took off his top, revealing his perfectly sculpted body. You bit the corner of your lip at the sight of him.
He leaned toward you, connecting your lips once more. This time, his hand reached under your shirt. He grasped your bra, pulling the cup down. His course hands against your sensitive bud sent shivers down your spine. You moaned in his mouth, biting his lip. He helped you pull of your shirt.
His mouth quickly attached to your chest, kissing the round tops of your breasts. You arched your back in pleasure, which gave Zach the access to unclasp your bra. You shimmied the straps down your arms and Zach threw the piece to the side.
He attacked your neck forcing your chin up. His hands palmed your breasts, his knee pressed against your heat. Your hand covered your mouth- a frequent reflex- to muffle your moans.
“Y/n, don’t try to be quiet,” Zach begged. “I need to hear you.”
You bit your lip, embarrassed. He tugged the top of your jeans, unbuttoning them to slip off. He stood to take off your pants. You gladly helped him by pulling your legs out. You sat up, toying with the straps on his pants.
You cupped his bulge causing his eyes to close. He let out groggy whispers, cursing your name. You slowly pulled his pants down, taking in your time to witness his anxious pleasure. You tugged at the waistband of his boxers, kissing his v-line.
When you pulled down his waistband, his hard on pulsed in the cold air. He shivered, begging you to do something.
You kissed his swollen tip, shallowly taking him into your mouth. He let out a throaty groan, grasping your hair in a knot.
“Deeper, babe,” he groaned. “Deeper.”
You did as he asked. His tip reached the back of your throat, which caused him to twitch. You found a steady, yet fast pace. His eyes were screwed shut, his mouth gaped open. The moans echoed off the walls.
“Fuck!” He growled. You knew he was getting close. “Stop, babe. Not here.” You saw the pain in his eyes when he pushed you away.
You pulled away, slightly confused.
“Lay back,” he ordered. He was trying to prevent his high.
He propped your legs up, spreading them to get access to you. He kissed your center, already feeling your dampness. You exhaled sharply when he licked up the middle.
“Zach,” you whispered. “Please.”
He slipped your undies down your legs leaving you bare. He spread your legs again, kissing down your thighs. He took his time to build up anticipation. He kissed your lips, allowing his tongue to slip between your folds. You gripped his hair, cursing his name.
His hands wrapped around your thighs, keeping your body from squirming around. Your head dug into the bed as you let your moans echo.
Zach slipped a finger within you, causing your back to arch. You begged him for more, feeling your toes curl.
He left you thighs, letting his swollen lips meet your hungry once. He put his finger in your mouth, which you gladly sucked on.
He positioned himself between your legs. He teased your slit with his tip. You wiggled around, causing him to giggle.
“Sit still, babe,” Zach panted.
He thrusted into you slowly, but still causing you to gasp. He was only half in before he pulled back out. He dove in once more, letting his entire length into you. You groaned into your arm.
He pumped himself a few times before leaning over you. He propped himself up on his forearms, right beside your face. He kissed you, letting your tongue into his mouth. He huffed as he thrusted.
“Zach,” you moaned. Your nails dug into his shoulder.
He buried his face in your neck. His grunts and groans were loud in your ear. His pace was slow, but hard and deep. Your throat only allowed you breath heavily.
Zach pulled himself up, leaning on his hands to get a higher angle. You gripped his forearms, leaning your head back. He found a steady pace that hit your g-spot perfectly.
He used his thumb to massage your clit, sending vibrations up your back. Your nails scratched his biceps, embracing every sensation you felt.
You called his name, making him ware that you were about to come. He continued his thrusts till you arched your back, releasing your pleasures onto him. He bit his lip as you rode out your high on him.
He pulled out and you took him into your hand. You pumped his hard on over your stomach.
“Fuck, y/n,” he grunted.
He let out groans of pleasure when he came on your torso. He pulsed in your hand, letting his high down. You sat up, and pulled him down for a kiss.
He panted as you pulled away.
“You should probably go,” you said sadly.
Zach looked at you, taking in the sight of his beautiful and exhausted girlfriend. “My sister’s bed time is nine, and she’s a heavy sleeper. You want to come over?”
seeing you kiss her like that made all the music in me go silent. i’ve never had a moment like that. one that just sucked all the air out of me. once when i was little i fell out a tree and it kind of hurt the same way, but something about this pain was lasting. i went home and i couldn’t breathe. i lie there in bed and i couldn’t breathe. i spent days in this airless haze, seeing the same scene play over and over in front of my eyes, thinking: you don’t love me. you don’t love me.
EXO Reaction to You Being Affectionate While You Thought They Were Sleeping
Request: Exo reaction to their S/O thinking they’re asleep and saying “please don’t get hurt, I can’t lose you, that would kill me”… :)
A/N: hi so i’m super sorry for answering these so late :( i hope you enjoy!!
Junmyeon had actually just woken up from his nap when he heard your soft hushed voice, as you spoke as if you were afraid anyone would’ve heard you. He considered checking on you to see if you were okay, but instead, decided to go back to sleep. The next morning, he suffocated you with his “I love you’s” and had been super affectionate throughout the entire day.
You were cuddling with Chanyeol (who had his eyes closed) when his ears perked up once you started speaking, whispering into thin air about how you loved him so much and you just wanted him to be safe. His eyes shot open and he glanced up at you, immediately asking, “Are you okay jagi? I love you too..”

Some stuff foreigners might not get about the Korean K-drama experience:
Korea is a geographically small country, and a lot of kdramas take place in the same major cities. If you live in one of these major cities, chances are you a) heard about where they were filming and can actually go watch, or b) are watching the drama and going “oh hey, I was there last week.”
Timeslot wars get intense because SBS, KBS, and MBC are constantly fighting for viewership, but then TVN has been making some pretty darn good cable dramas lately
If you pick the wrong drama to watch at the beginning of the season, you’re going to miss out on basically all the references to the ‘dominant drama’ in all the variety shows and in real life until you finally make time to catch up to the undisputed winner of the season
If a drama gets super popular, there’s that sense of dread of “oh no, all the commercials are going to be by these drama characters now, I will never escape”
If a show gets popular enough, yeah, it’s not just the actors - the characters might do the commercial. The first one that comes to mind is the Olleh ‘really?!’ campaign from 2013 with I Can Hear Your Voice
This isn’t mentioning how you will never escape their face for the rest of the year. Every commercial. They’ll become the face of a pizza franchise and you will never escape them eating pizza for the next 12 months.
thanks for the prompt, anon! i’m not at home at the moment and pretty busy so this might not be that great but hey, i’m trying! 💞
Beca had seen her enter the bar, of course she had. There was no way she ever could have missed those beautiful red curls and those equally as beautiful blue eyes. Her smile, however, was what had really caused her to keep staring after that initial look they had shared. And she was unable to stop all evening.
The bar soon got crowded. It was a Saturday night, after all, and all kinds of people were soon dancing, talking and ordering drinks from both Beca and Stacie whose shift it was that particular night. Needless to say they were both pretty busy, barely able to talk and joke to each other like they usually did, not that it would’ve worked over the loud music and the even louder static noise of people talking anyways.
And yet Beca kept glancing over to the redhead. She looked upset and kept ordering drinks as she sat all alone in the last corner of the bar, Beca noted after a while. The brunette couldn’t help but wonder how the hell this woman was not there with anyone but instead sitting alone, smiling and frowning at her phone respectively.
Sometimes their eyes would meet. Beca tripped or let something drop to the floor every time it happened. It was getting to the point that even Stacie realized what was going on.
“Earth to Beca!! You’ve got costumers! Stop staring at the ginger hottie over there and get to work,” the leggy brunette smirked as she playfully nudged Beca’s shoulder. Beca, who was now blushing furiously as she tried to deny everything Stacie has said. With little to no success, of course.
And so she did as she was told and kept working properly until it finally got a little slower, most people either having gone home or moved on to other places. She liked being able to finally relax, but it also gave her more time to watch the beautiful redhead who was, surprisingly, still sitting there and drinking.
“Why don’t you just talk to her?” Stacie chuckled as she noticed Beca looking at the other woman longingly, again.
The tiny brunette had stopped trying to hide her attraction towards the redhead at this point. She was absolutely smitten and there was nothing wrong with that.
“Why would I do that?” she asked nonetheless, trying to play it somewhat cool. Though all of her coolness had dissolved into thin air once she had audibly sighed when the redhead had smiled at her.
“Because you’re obviously into her!” Stacie scoffed, not really understanding what the problem was. She, unlike Beca, always took initiative in situations like this.
“What’s her deal anyways?” Beca mumbled, more to herself than anyone else. “She’s been here all night and none of these stupid assholes have even tried talking to her.”
“She got stood up.”
Beca frowned then, wondering how Stacie could just casually drop information like this. “How would you know?”
“Because I am, unlike you, good at my job and actually talk to the people here!” Stacie was grinning from ear to ear as Beca huffed and kept cleaning the counter. The DJ couldn’t stop the jealousy rising in her chest. It was stupid, but she did not like the fact that Stacie had talked to the redhead already. Knew her better than she did.
“Why would anyone do that to her? That guy must be like crazy stupid!”
“Well, ask her,” Stacie smirked as she pointed at the redhead who was now making her way up to the bar. The bartender made sure to help some other people out at the other side of the bar so the two of them could finally talk properly. She was getting sick of seeing those longing looks both of them kept shooting at each other without actually acting on their attraction.
“Hey, can I have another drink?” The redhead’s voice was even more beautiful than Beca could have imagined and her smile even more beautiful up close.
“Sure! What do you want?” Beca asked politely, trying not to freak out, trying to keep in mind that this woman was only talking to her because she was the bartender. The brunette was horrible with people, especially beautiful ones she was attracted to, but she had also learned to put on a mask of the professional woman behind the counter.
Beca chuckled softly. “Are you sure?”
“I’m sad, so yeah. Vodka it is.” Beca knew what kind of people preferred which drinks. She also knew that people who were upset tended to get crazy drunk at her bar, it was a somewhat normal occurrence. And yet the redhead in front of her seemed like she’d enjoy something fruity and happy a lot more.
“How about I make you a cocktail that I think you’ll like better?” Beca grinned charmingly, proud of herself when she saw the other woman’s face light up. “You don’t even have to pay for it. And I’ll get you that vodka if don’t like it, which is so not gonna happen.”
“Deal,” the redhead chuckled. “But only if you tell me your name!’
A comfortable silence settled between the two of them as Beca prepared Chloe’s drink. A cocktail that they didn’t even have on the menu, but one she knew the redhead would enjoy.
She finished it up with a slice of lemon, a cute little umbrella and a yellow straw before she served it to the redhead.
“There you go!”
Beca was watching Chloe expectantly as she took the first sip, happily anticipating her reaction.
She had been right, Chloe absolutely loved it.
And so they began talking. They didn’t even stop when Stacie informed them that she was closing up the bar and leaving, making Beca promise that she’d finish cleaning up before she herself would leave. She also made them promise not to fuck on the counter but Beca preferred not to think about that, the heat already rising to her cheeks again.
Their conversation was light and comfortable. Both of them were a bit tipsy at this point, Beca having started drinking too as soon as the last customer had left. The last customer that wasn’t Chloe.
It wasn’t until the redhead’s phone rang a few times that it got somewhat tense between them, Chloe now frowning at said phone.
“What’s wrong?” Beca asked, worried even though she knew it was none of her business.
“The guy that stood me up today just apologized and asked if we could hang out tomorrow night…” she shrugged.
“He had the chance to go on a date with you and didn’t take it. He’s dumb.”
Chloe was chuckling softly now, shaking her head in amusement. Little did the brunette know that this was better than any date Chloe could have possibly had.
“Tell him you’re busy tomorrow,” Beca said then, biting her lip. She was suddenly somewhat nervous again.
“But I’m not.” Chloe raised her eyebrows. She had no intention of seeing this guy again, but she wanted to find out where Beca was going with this.
“Yeah you are. I’m taking you out on a proper date!”
Just from these last 2 episodes, we know 3 scenes were either completely deleted or otherwise chopped up.
From Genes (18x13), which was meant to air directly after Barba’s secret was almost? revealed), we lost 2 Barba scenes:
(i.e. a scene in Barba’s office, in which he is seen accepting chocolate as a present, from an unknown sender, possibly after the events of Know It All, since that episode was supposed to air first. There’s a chance someone from the squad gave him the gift, or someone new, but mentioned in Know It All. The scene was shown, but only after it was edited to remove the chocolates. We’ll never know who sent them, or why.)
(i.e. a scene between Barba and former ADA Strauss, who is now a defense attorney. There’s a chance they talked about Strauss and his change of careers, which was never mentioned in the actual episode, with Barba sassing Strauss like he used to, in previous seasons. Or, they may have even mentioned the events of Know It All, with Strauss either taunting Barba about the secret, or telling him to come over to the dark side, because that’s where the money is. We’ll never know Barba’s reaction.)
From Net Worth (18x14) we know this moment was missing:
(i.e. a scene in which Fin tells Sonny and Amanda he passed the Sergeant’s exam, and they hug him proudly, as seen in a fan-filmed video from a tumblr post I saw and forgot to reblog dammit. Because who wants to see a sweet family moment like that, between the squad?)
Who knows what’s been cut from the previous episodes? These character-based scenes, full of potential, three in total, were cut just from the last two eps. Two of them were about Barba, who has a “personal” storyline this season, for once. The repercussions of that storyline, of his secret, have been completely erased!
I can’t imagine what else is missing (but was actually filmed!) from all the 14 episodes we’ve seen so far. And we haven’t even gotten any deleted scenes, because they would technically be spoilers for episodes which have yet to air.
disclaimer: i considered going through the stills from the previous episodes on nbc.com, but i realize i wouldn’t be able to tell what aired and what didn’t, because i have forgotten pretty much everything that happened this season, and i haven’t rewatched a single ep. so yeah.
“I’m not going to put myself in a situation I know I’ll be uncomfortable and stressed in,” shouldn’t warrant being told to just “give it a chance,” after months of “"giving it a chance,”“ and shouldn’t warrant being forced to do something that will make you unhappy, and after you don’t give in it still shouldn’t warrant the silent treatment and anger.
Handling a situation with maturity and calmness should not result in hostility from the other person.
You should always have the right to refuse going into a situation.
How do Virgils parents feel about his wings? What are their wings like? Are they non-functional/monocromatic like Virgils?
Virgil’s father isn’t around. His mother hooked up with a lovely gentleman one evening not intending anything more to come out of it. They parted ways amicably.
She got pregnant.
She loves her son so much. She feels guilty that he can’t fly. She isn’t monochromatic, but she’s close–the very tips of her wings are purple. Just enough to save her–not enough to save her son.
She can fly, but only barely. Her wings are big enough for her to carry herself, but she cannot bear any additional weight. she can’t carry anyone. Once, when Virgil was tiny, just a baby, she took him up in the air and showed him the world from the sky. She could only keep him up there for a few moments, but she’s glad she did–she didn’t know then that he’d never be able to enjoy it on his own. It is the greatest sorrow of her life that her son will never know the joy of the open air.
Virgil loves his mom so much. He hates that she feels so guilty. He promises her he’s not missing anything–that he has found his own way to fly across the rooftops of the city. He assures her that he’s happy, that he loves her, that he doesn’t need to fly to live.
But there’s a terrible sadness between them, because she feels guilty, and sad, and he feels bad that she feels so sad when he’s fine and it’s not her fault anyway.
