You walked past Michael who was currently plopped down on the sofa with his laptop placed on the table. However, there was something that caught your eye that caused you to completely halt. It was a sight that was all too familiar and all too embarrassing.
“Michael?” You called out warily, checking what was on the screen twice, hoping that you were just hallucinating. But after you blinked harshly three times, you knew it was nothing but real.
Michael turned his head towards your direction, a smirk playing on his lips. “Yeah?”
“What are you doing there?” You prodded your finger towards the screen, feeling your heart race.
“Well if you really want to know,” Michael let out a loud laugh, a devious smile to go with it. “I’ve gotten a lot of tweets and your tumblr happened to popped up and..” He trailed off, letting you dwell in horror whilst you figured out the rest.
“It’s interesting babe, really.” He chuckled, scrolling down. You turned away from the horrid sight, trying to avoid a cringe attack.
“And the fan fiction just really tops the cake, you know?” He continued to tease you and you began to feel the blood rush up your cheeks. You stood in front of Michael, pulling down the lid of the laptop.
“I think that’s enough internet for today, Michael.” You scolded jokingly, folding your arms over your chest.
“I think it was kind of cute. I never knew you thought I was that adorable.” He grinned widely, pulling you down to the couch with him which led to another cuddling session.
“Oh, oh and look at this one.”
“Holy shit! Is that smut?!”
“Click on it!”
“What the hell? No!”
The voices of Calum and Luke were beginning to catch your attention and you couldn’t stop yourself from walking towards them to see what they were going on about. Though you began to regret your decision once you caught a glimpse of their expressions once you stepped into the room.
“This is sensational, Y/N.” Luke let out a loud laugh, motioning towards the monitor. You were too afraid to even look at what they were fussing over. From what you were hearing, it was almost too obvious what they were viewing.
“This is so…” Calum looked like he was struggling to find the right words and at the same time he was trying to hold back a laugh, a task that wasn’t so easy to do.
“Dirty?” Luke continued for Calum, still in fits of laughter.
“Exactly.” Calum grinned, staring down at the monitor once more. “But I kind of like it.”
“You two found my old tumblr, didn’t you?” You cocked an eyebrow, placing your hand on your hip.
“Don’t worry babe, it’s all good. Like I said, I like it.” Calum sent you a devious smile, wiggling his eyebrows.
“Yeah but I don’t like the thought of you liking that,” You pointed towards the screen filled with text. “It’s embarrassing.”
"No need to be embarrassed.“ He murmured quietly, proceeding to scroll down the page. You pulled his hand away from the mouse, taking the chance to finally close the window.
"And don’t even think about opening that up again.” You warned jokingly, sending Luke and Calum glares.
“Well I’m bored. I’ll be down, making myself food.” Luke announced, walking out of the room, leaving you and Calum to finally let loose and laugh about what just happened.
“Y/N!” Ashton bellowed out from the bedroom. You shuffled your way towards him, taking up the empty space next to him.
“What’s up?” You asked, raising both of your eyebrows.
“Well, I was on twitter and everyone kept sending me a link of this page. So I opened it up and I just wanted to ask you if this seemed familiar.” The devilish tone to Ashton’s voice added even more intensity to the situation. You could already tell what it would be about.
“I like this one post where you said that if you ever met me you would take whatever I was wearing and run away with it.” He chuckled teasingly, nudging you in the side.
You felt your cheeks heat up. You couldn’t even look Ashton in the eye. You were more than embarrassed but you knew it would be a bad lie if you said that you didn’t find it funny as well. You didn’t think for once two years ago that you would end up in this situation, feeling so ashamed that he uncovered what you thought would never resurface ever again.
“Oh my god, I forgot about that. That was from two years ago.” You muttered, shoving your face into your palms.
“This must be my favorite thing in the world. I’m so glad I found this.” Ashton continued to tease you, laughing in between his words.
“I can’t wait to read that story you wrote. I might pair it with a cup of tea."
You sent Ashton a fake glare, even letting out a deep breath.
"Come on! It’s something you wrote, about me! How can I not read that?” Ashton yelled out, raising his hands up in the air exasperatedly.
“It’s humiliating and a blow to my pride, exactly the reason why you can’t read that."
"I won’t laugh!"
"I highly doubt that.”
Ashton rolled his eyes playfully, letting out a huff. “Fine.” He mumbled in defeat.
"Yeah not really,” He snorted, beginning to wrap his arms around your shoulder. “Still going to read it though.” He whispered in your ear.
“Not a chance, Ash.” You shook your head, proceeding to rest your head on his chest.
“Luke, look at what I found.” Michael smiled gleefully, walking towards Luke with his laptop in his hands.
You watched Luke’s eyes immediately widen, along with his grin that gradually got bigger and bigger.
“No fucking way.” He murmured under his breath, still looking dazed.
“What’s that?” You asked, knitting your eyebrows together. You walked towards them, curious of what they were acting so surprised over.
“We might want to ask you that, babe.” A smirk began to play on Luke’s lips, along with Michael who was holding back a laugh.
“What do you me-” You stopped mid-sentence in shock of what you saw. Pictures of Luke, Michael, Calum and Ashton were everywhere along with captions that were humiliating you even more which turned out to be hilarious for Michael and Luke.
“How did you even find this?!” You yelled out, widening your eyes as Luke previously did about two minutes ago.
“Twitter.” Michael shrugged, proceeding to scroll down your infinite set of posts. Each picture, gif and text post felt like a pin that was piercing through your dignity.
“This is gold. This is nothing but gold.” Luke continued to laugh out loud, carefully examining each post.
“Ha-ha.” You laughed mockingly, shaking your head. “Very funny, Lucas. Now cut it out before I leak a picture of you that I think you wouldn’t appreciate circulating around twitter later.” You smirked, folding your arms over your chest.
“I don’t care what picture that is, I just want it sent to my phone in two minutes.” Michael grinned excitedly, making you laugh.
“Fine, I’ll cut it out. No more blackmailing! You two suck.” Luke mumbled in defeat, jutting out his bottom lip.
“Aw Luke.” You chuckled softly, placing your head on his shoulder.
“I’m sick to my stomach.” Michael faked a gag, standing up.
“I’ll still be waiting for that picture though, Y/N.” Michael smiled, exiting out of the room.
