American track and field sprinter Allyson Felix has won four Olympic gold medals and two Olympic silver medals. Her three gold medals at the 2012 Summer Olympics were the most a female track athlete has won since 1988. In addition to her Olympic medals, Felix has won eight gold medals at World Championships. Her specialties include the 200m, the 4x100m relay, and the 4x400m relay. If that wasn’t impressive enough, the 5'6" Felix can leg press an unbelievable 700 lbs.
