olive oil and black pepper popcorn

My dinner last night was:

  • 1 cup of sweet potato noodles cooked in a tbsp of olive oil with red pepper flakes and black pepper in a honey/soy sauce
  • ½ a pint of mint halo top
  • a handful of cheese flavored popcorn (I needed the calories)

I still had about 1,100 calories left over

My workout yesterday was:

  • walked a mile
  • free weights at 12.5 lbs
  • arm machine (don’t remember the name) at 25 lbs
  • hip abduction at 110 lbs
  • elliptical for 30 minutes

I really wish my buddy was there yesterday so I could do more arm work like lifting :/ and one of the machines I wanted was constantly in use and the two others I wanted were out of order.
