I am an old soul who loves movies and music. I love the movies that make
you think deeper than the surface. my favorite bands/ artist are The
Front Bottoms, and Mac Demarco but my music taste is everywhere. but i
can not stand new country. I am just getting into reading Stephan King
and old classics people hate reading in high school. I also hate high
school a lot. I really just want to meet new people through snail mail
and be told stories and have discussions about the world, music,
politics, books and other interesting things. I love learning. This was
all over the place I’m sorry.
Preferences: anyone who’s 15-25 is great but im really open to anyone.
Scenario: I’m a photographer for this big fancy wedding so I’m going around and snapping pictures of everyone and oh wow you are so incredibly otherworldly in your beauty and oops turns out I end up taking more pictures of you than the happy couple Genre: Fluff Word Count: 8,592 Author’s Note: Jayesslee’s Sonia Lee & Andy Yang’s wedding video and the wedding from (500) Days of Summer both played a big inspiration for the making of this story. I just love outdoor weddings okay. In Media Res is latin for “in the middle of things”.
There’s something about a camera that has always fascinated Jungkook, as well as the mechanics that come along with owning and being able to operate one at his will. The idea that he could physically capture a moment or a memory within the confines of a tangible object, a place where he knows the information inside could not slip or fade away (unlike the thoughts and visions that more often than not slipped through his mind like grains of sand passing through his fingers) gave Jungkook a sense of reassurance.
For the longest time, Jungkook found calm and chased the peace that came with trying to capture an image. His computer and memory drive are filled with scenic shots, candid snapshots caught perfectly in time. He likes the idea of needing to be fast enough to realize when something good, something breathtaking and so completely irreplaceable was about to happen—and having to be quick enough, sharp enough, to catch that moment on camera.
So when Seokjin-hyung requests Jungkook to be the official photographer for his upcoming wedding—Jungkook is ecstatic that the older man would even consider Jungkook in the first place. Weddings are beautiful, timeless, and (most of the time) only happen once during the course of someone’s life. A wedding is filled with memories just waiting to be captured.
So Jungkook answers in the way he feels most equipped to react: “I would love to hyung.”
Below are teen wolf preferences of what the characters would do if you died. A few of them are long and a few of them are short and straight to the point. Hit me up in the inbox if you want additions. Happy Halloween and we begin regular posting sometime tomorrow. Have a Spoopy Night ;)
The engine roared as it charged past honking cars and squealing brakes. Sweat rolled down his forehead and his heart pounded against his chest. Y/N sat in the passenger seat, her eyelids becoming heavy. Stiles took a brief second to glance at her. His body trembled in fear, she looked worse than when she got pierced with a hunter’s arrow. It wasn’t just any hunter, it was Allison Argent. She was hunting Erica and Boyd because she wanted revenge for her mother’s death.
“Stiles, where are we going?”
Y/N giggled as she jumped from rock to rock. His hands held hers tightly as they crossed the racing stream. He was finally going to do it. He was going to tell his best friend that he was in love with her. Things were rocky ever since he got intertwined into Scott’s life and the supernatural. Although, after everything that he’d been through, she was the one person that could make him smile without effort.
“Stilinski, if you don’t answer me, I’ll—”
It was a clearing in the woods, the moon shone high in the sky and the air was cool. Stiles had set up a blanket and a few candles. Y/N laughed and looked over at him.
“What is all this?”
“Sit down, mi'lady”
She chuckled at the pet name and took a seat. Stiles pulled out a few snacks and drinks out of his backpack. They laughed and talk for a while until they came to a nice quiet pause. He grabbed her hand and held it in his for a bit, the heat made his hands clammy. She looked over at him and smiled. He didn’t return it because his eyes drifted to her lips. With careful thinking, Stiles leaned in to give her a kiss when she pulled back, let go of his hand, and dashed away. Stiles groaned and scrambled onto his feet to catch her.
She gave a cheesy, fake wolf howl as she ran.
He couldn’t help but laugh at how silly she was—-until she wasn’t anymore.
Y/N doubled over and fell to the ground.
Stiles thought she had tripped, so he had this giant grin on his face as he approached her.
“Get up you lazy bum—Y/N?”
His voice grew serious as he saw the blood pooling out from her side.
A rustle from behind him caught his attention.
Allison dropped her bow and covered her mouth with both hands.
There wasn’t enough time to think, to yell, to do anything. Everything had happened so fast.
And they were still happening too fast.
Stiles lurched out of the jeep and pulled her out, not even caring that she was too heavy for him. He used his fear to fuel him inside and scream for help. Nurses from different directions rushed to get her on a gurney. Her eyes flitted open a few times and she grasped Stiles’ hand before a nurse could try and drag him away.
“Sir, we need to get her to the ICU”
“You have to let go”
“I’m sorry, you can’t come with us beyond this point”
He kicked and fought to stay by her side. Security snatched him up because he became violent and attacked the staff. A fellow police officer grabbed him by the arm and dragged him away from the double doors.
It must’ve been hours before a doctor came to see him. Stiles shot out of his chair, his hands were shaking too much.
“It was hard but we managed to do the surgery. Y/N practically died because she wouldn’t let us operate on her”
“She wanted to see you”
Stiles walked into the white room to see the love of his life, connected to these tubes and wires. The sight made him want to cry. Her skin had become pale and her lips were dry, but he still thought she was beautiful, even at her absolute worse. She turned her head slightly when she saw him come in.
Stiles laughed and held her hand. He tried his best not to let the tears fall from his eyes because he knew how much she hated seeing people cry. They didn’t talk much. Until he couldn’t hold it in anymore.
“I thought I lost you”
“I guess it’s my lucky day”
“Y/N, I shouldn’t have brought you out there, I’m sor—”
“Shh, I loved my cheese and crackers”
Stiles couldn’t help but laugh out loud. She gave a light chuckle and rubbed her thumbs in a circular motion on his hand.
“Tell me a secret,” she whispered.
He stammered and gave a dry swallow.
“I’ll tell you later. Let me get you a drink”
“Please, Stiles, now”
Her breathing was a bit spacey, but he didn’t think anything of it. Stiles smiled and kissed her forehead.
“I’ll have all the time in the world to tell you. Get some rest, I’ll be right back”
Her grip was strong, and her eyes were dull.
“Y/N, I promise. I’ll tell you everything”
He gave her a long kiss on the cheek then left the room. The vending machine was just around the corner. The machine kept sending his money back. When it finally went in, he saw nurses and doctors run down the hallway. He furrowed his eyebrows then wiped his face and sighed. The drink was room temperature, but it was cold enough as it went down his throat. So why did it still feel dry?
Stiles grabbed another drink and walked back to the room. The Pepsi splashed onto the floor as the can rolled away. He saw a crowd around her body, the monotone sound of a flatline buzzed through his ears, and his heart shattered when he saw the hand that he was just holding fall lifeless to the side. Stiles looked to the side, barely blinking, his eyes burning. He saw her murderer and his other best friend turn into the hallway. They both came to a halt when they made eye-contact. Allison shook her head began to cry. Stiles looked back at what was left of Y/N. This time the tears fell, and he couldn’t stop them. He felt as though time had frozen over and he was stuck in time.
He never got to say it.
Instead of three words, he heard four: she didn’t make it.
“You don’t have to be bad, you know,” Peter mocked her. He was tired of hearing how could change. He didn’t want to change.
“No, thanks. I’ll pass”
Y/N laughed and shook her head.
“You say that now”
“No, I say that always”
She moved a box off one of the shelves and peered inside. Peter didn’t notice until he glanced over at her. He rushed over and snatched the pictures out of her hands.
“Who was that?”
“Then why did she look like me?”
Peter sighed and looked at Y/N.
“You ever heard of a doppelgänger?”
Peter told Y/N the story about his first love.
Her name was Aryn.
She was in his opinion, not the most beautiful girl in the world but she was the most glorious person he’d ever known. Her mind was brilliant, and she always had a witty comment to tackle him with. Peter said that once he had fallen in love with the way her brain worked, he began to see how enchanting she truly was. No one ever made him fall head over heels like the way she did.
“This food is horrible”
“Then why do you eat it?”
“Because I’m hungry”
“Maybe the food is fine, maybe you’re the picky one. It’s not like it asked to be eaten”
“Well aren’t you the smart-aleck”
“Thank you for realizing my intelligence”
Peter attacked her and pinned her down in the field. She laughed making him fall in love with her even more.
“So, how did she die?”
“She found out what I was”
Peter closed the box and put it back on the shelf.
“And that’s what got her killed”
He turned around and wasn’t prepared to be attacked by Y/N.
She placed her ear on his chest and hugged him tightly.
“That’s why you push me away, isn’t it?”
Peter sighed and pried her off him.
“Y/N, hate to break it to ya, but, you will never be Aryn. Never”
Y/N looked down at her fingers and chuckled.
“Yeah, no, obviously”
A part of Peter began to regret what he said when he saw tears, pooling around her eyelids.
“I’m going to go have a look outside. I’ll leave you alone”
He watched as she walked away and out of the vault.
He kicked a nearby box and cursed under his breath.
Peter bent down to pick up the stuff that fell out of it when he came across an old envelope. The seal was still on it, suggesting he never opened it. He took out the letter that was inside and began to read:
Please forgive yourself.
I felt it in the wind and I felt it in the back of my throat.
There was this unmistakable dryness that I could not quench or run from. I want you to know that whatever shall happen to me, it was not your fault.
You have given me the greatest gift that anyone has given me—-passionate, unfiltered love. I can say that I lived a longer life than Juliet. That our love was not wasted.
I know you better than yourself sometimes.
I know that you’ll go the rest of your long life blaming yourself for my death. Don’t. You can’t control the universe and how it makes its decision.
My last request is that you move forward and let your heart pump with that passion that I have come to know quite well. Find someone to love, Peter. Don’t retreat to the darkness because you think that it’s the only solution. You don’t have to be bad.
I love you and I wish you happiness.
Sincerely Yours, the first woman that you’ll love and hopefully not the last,
Peter felt the wind being knocked out of him. She had written this the day she died. She knew this would happen. He looked back at the entrance to the vault. The guilt of Aryn’s death didn’t allow him to see straight. The denial that held inside prevented him from accepting the truth. It was a different feeling but it was on that made him feel good. Whenever he was with Y/N, whether it was him scolding her for disobeying him or having a light-hearted conversation, he was happy in his own screwed up way. He was dwelling in her presence. The reason why he was pushing her away was because he was scared of falling in love again. But it was too late. He already did.
He rushed outside of the vault and scoured the place looking for her. She came out of the school, the lights hitting her skin just the way he liked it.
His heart felt light and the world seemed to come to a halt.
“I didn’t find anything. I’m sorry”
“Forget about that”
“Seriously? What happened?”
“I realized something”
“That doesn’t sound good”
“No, it doesn’t”
Peter snapped his head over to a familiar voice. Kate grabbed Y/N by her hair and held her neck with her other hand. She shrieked in fear.
“How are you alive?”
“That’s no way to greet a friend. Didn’t you miss me?”
“Let her go!”
“Why? She’s leverage”
“It’s okay, Peter. It’s okay, I’m not Aryn, remember?”
A piece of him broke when she said that. He made her feel like she wasn’t worthy enough.
“Y/N, I didn’t mean—”
“I don’t care what’s going on between you two. I care about my revenge, I mean, look what you did to me”
Kate’s claws extended, and her skin morphed into a blue color with spots on her face.
“You have to pay for what you did”
“Let her go!”
Peter partially transformed and let out a roar making Kate laugh.
“Now that’s reaction I was looking for!”
“Peter, stop! Remember what I said, okay? You don’t have to be bad”
“I do,” Kate slid her sharp claws across Y/N’s throat.
Blood gushed out and Y/N clutched the area, falling forward.
Peter caught her before she fell and held her to his chest. Tears rushed down his face, his every being became rigid.
“Not again! Oh God, not again! I’m so sorry, Y/N, it’s all my fault”
She held his cheek and tried to smile before her body became cold and the world faded to black. She always believed in him but now the thought of Peter being good was crushed as he held a dying Y/N in his arms.
“Just promise me you won’t go out tonight”
Y/N sighed and picked up her bag. Jordan was always looking out for her ever since they met. He said it was this attraction that couldn’t explain. Like something was magnetizing him to her. They soon discovered that he was a hellhound and it was in his nature to protect the supernatural. Deaton said it was unusual for hellhounds to be strongly drawn to humans. Kira being the adorable fox she is, suggested that they were probably in love. In a way, she was right. He just didn’t know if she felt the same way for him.
“Why would I do that?”
“Y/N, I’m serious”
“I had plans”
“Jordan, come on, I–”
“Do I have to send a unit over to your place? Y/N, someone tried to attack you”
“Keyword being tried. You were there to protect me”
“What if I can’t be there the next time?”
Y/N walked over to Jordan and held his hands in hers.
“Look, the creep was at the club. I’m not working tonight so you have nothing to worry about”
He sighed and interlocked his fingers in-between hers. An urge passed through him and his skin began to sizzle. Within a second of looking at her eyes, he placed a kiss on her lips. It was, for a lack of better words, nice. She bit her lips to conceal a smile which was not working by the way. He placed two fingers on her chin, his eyes wide.
“Fine but you have to come by later,” she ran her hands past his collarbones and rested them on his shoulders.
“You got a deal”
Y/N danced around her condo, moving from the kitchen to her living room and getting ready for a boring night inside. She flipped through the channels and hummed to a tune that was stuck in her head. Deciding to watch a rerun of I Love Lucy, she cut out little paper angels to send to her nieces back in Santa Monica. After thirty minutes had passed, her friend called her on the phone. They talked while Y/N went to go do the dirty dishes. When she hung up, she set the phone on the counter and went to use the bathroom.
Music blared from a speaker near the TV. She rushed to turn it off but she couldn’t find the off button so she unplugged it. A ring from the other side of the room made her jump. She ran for it and answered the call.
“Hey, Y/N, it’s me, Scott”
“Oh, hi Scott”
“Are you okay? You sound a little scared”
“I’m fine. Why are you calling on Jordan’s phone?”
“I can’t believe you assholes are out on a job without me!”
“Look, the last time you got hurt. Besides, it’s probably nothing”
“Put him on the phone”
“Ugh, then put me on speaker”
“I’m sorry, Y/N. I’ll be there as soon as we finish up”
“Stiles, cut it out!”
“Great. Lydia and Stiles are there too? Way to exclude me from the group”
Jordan took the phone off the speaker to talk to you alone.
“Remember what I said earlier? It’s not a deal if I don’t hold up to the end of my bargain”
“Am I still on speaker?”
“I hope that kiss wasn’t a way to get me to say yes”
“But it meant something else too. I don’t give those away for free, you know”
“I don’t believe you”
“I’ll make you believe when I see you later. We’ll make it quick and then I’m all yours for the evening”
“Okay, bye, I love you”
“I love you too”
Joran hung up the phone and smiled then gasped when he realized what he said. The smile began to creep back when he realized what she said.
“I’ve never seen so much blood. Stiles is still passed out”
Scott laughed and looked in the back seat to find his unconscious friend. The constant flashing of light caught his attention. They weren’t on the way to his place. They were in a different neighborhood that was crawling in cop cars and ambulances. Scott shook Jordan’s arm. He turned around to reveal his bright, fiery eyes.
Jordan abruptly stopped the car and blinked his eyes a few times.
“Where are we?”
“I don’t know”
They heard a car door slam and looked at Lydia standing in front of the car. Scott and Jordan looked at each other before they got out and followed her. She stopped in front of a gurney and continued to stare at it. Scott moved to pull the sheet back when a police officer stopped him. Jordan showed him his badge and the officer took a step back. Scott continued to pull the sheet back and that’s when Lydia let out a sob. Scott wheeled around and held her in his arms. Jordan couldn’t believe what he was seeing.
“Friend called it in. She called the station saying the deceased wasn’t picking up her phone. A unit came by to check the place when they heard a glass being broken. The killer barely escaped just as they kicked down the door. Forensics will give you a better idea of how he killed her. It’s a damn shame. She was so young”
Jordan felt his body being consumed in flames.
He turned around and ran away from the crime scene. Scott ran after him.
Jordan’s skin combusted in anger and his clothes slowly began to burn. Scott tried to stop him, but Jordan grabbed him the neck and flung him into a nearby car. He let out a roar and exposed the sharp teeth that replaced his human ones. Scott had never seen him this angry before.
“Don’t do this,” he strained.
“Y/N wouldn’t want you to—”
“She’s dead,” Jordan’s voice was now a deep howl.
“He must pay”
Scott watched as he disappeared into the night with no doubt in his mind that Jordan was going to kill again.
The flashbacks came back again. The insistent recurring nightmares that he could never shake. Derek threw the glass against the wall and let out a grunt of frustration. His muscles tensed and there was nothing he could do to stop them from coming back.
Y/N turned around in fear as she heard a twig snap. Her heart pounded in the cold night. There was nothing around, it was nothing but silence. She looked up into the tree and saw bright blue eyes looking down on her. She made a run for it but it was too late. She was tackled to the floor. A scream belted from her chest but it soon turned into a giggle.
“I told you, you have to slow your breathing. I could hear you from a mile away”
“I was scared. You’re a pretty scary person, you know that, right?”
Derek smiled and shook his head.
“Scarier than hunters with guns and arrows?”
She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him down for a long kiss. He crept his hand up her shirt and cupped his hands around her chest while dipping down to give playful bites on her neck.
“Scarier than the Kanima?”
Y/N let out a soft moan and bit her lip. He knew what to do to make her crumble. Derek loved the sound and taste of Y/N. She was his favorite thing to have.
“Can you please show me how?”
Derek met his lustful gaze with hers. It always amazed him to see how much she could match his passion.
Derek lifted himself up and down on the pull-up bar. Y/N was bent on having him turn her ever since she found out he was an Alpha. Things were fine the way they were. Why would he want to change that?
“Derek, please. You tell me all the time about how I have to be careful because of the monsters that lurk in the dark but how am I supposed to protect myself?”
“I’ve been training you, haven’t I?”
“You and I both know that’s not going to do anything against a gun”
“I taught you what to do if someone points a gun at you”
“What are you going to do if I die, Derek?”
He dropped down from the bar and slowed his breathing from the workout. His eyes were cold, and his chest heaved up and down.
“You’re not going to”
“Why? Cause you’ll be there to protect me? Save that soft shit for someone else”
Y/N turned to leave the loft.
“Where are you going?”
“Does it matter? I’ll protect myself like you taught me”
The door slammed shut leaving Derek to think.
Why would she want that?
The walls rumbled as the sky roared with thunder. Derek held Y/N in his arms, rocking her back and forth while rubbing her back. She wanted him to turn her, so she wouldn’t have to be weak anymore. So, she wouldn’t lose him. Derek found it hard to resist her any longer. He cleaned up the cuts that were inflicted by her step-dad. Once he was done, he placed light kiss over them. Removing the pain from her body. They were in sync and knew what to do with each other. Y/N pulled her shirt over her head while Derek allowed her to remove his.
“There’s no going back. Once I do this–”
“I’m ready,” Y/N arched her neck away from him with a smile on her face.
Derek sucked in a breath and leaned down to kiss her soft skin. Seconds later, his teeth bore into her flesh, making her squirm around in pain. She dug her nails into his back and held back the shrill scream in the back of her throat. The blood trickled out of his mouth and onto his chest. When he was done, he carried her over to the bed and held her close to him.
“Thank you, Derek”
Derek looked at his reflection in the broken shards of the whiskey bottle. It happened so suddenly. He didn’t have enough time.
The constant patter from the window stirred Derek from his sleep. He felt a cold spot on the bed. He looked down to see blood drenching the bed. Y/N looked pale and her breathing was labored.
She turned around to look at him.
“Why am I not healing?”
Derek scrambled from his spot on the bed and held her close to him.
“Am I dying?”
“I knew it! I shouldn’t have bit you!”
She shook her head and started crying.
“Don’t do that, I shouldn’t have asked you”
“I’m cold, Derek”
“I’m so sorry,” tears streamed from his eyes and down onto her face.
“You’re not so scary. I only pretend because I didn’t want you to think I was weak”
Derek tried to take away her pain but it didn’t seem like it was doing anything.
“I love you, Derek”
He placed one last kiss on her forehead, then proceeded to touch his forehead with hers, daring not to move.
“Please don’t leave me, Y/N. I can’t live without you”
With her last drawing breath, she spoke softly, “Pretend it’s not scary…”

Description: Through a series of letters, Jungkook is able to re-live a
life that never was.
Would you still love
me even if we never met?
There is an old library on the outskirts of town that
Namjoon had stumbled upon online, one that even he, to Jungkook’s surprise, has
never been to.
This is actually quite mind-blowing because Kim Namjoon is
what most people would call a bibliophile. He doesn’t just read in his spare
time and browse around libraries and bookstores occasionally, no, Kim Namjoon
lives and breathes books; those binded pages of pure information, worldly
knowledge, and eye-opening stories are what he lives for. He has multiple
copies of his favorites, views them as home décor, and is even the type to
judge people based on what kind of books they like to read.
At this point, Jungkook wouldn’t even be surprised if Namjoon
decides to have some sort of book sculpture as the centerpiece of his wedding
in the future.
But it wasn’t because Jungkook, as one of Namjoon’s best
friends, knows that Namjoon loves spending weekends immersed in the serene and
peaceful realms that librairies have to offer that he decided to tag along this
Sunday. It was because he lost a bet over being able to do ten pushups with
Yoongi sitting on his back last weekend, and the so-called punishment was to find
a book (physical copy) and actually read it, something Jungkook hasn’t done in
a long, long time, which is how Jungkook found himself accompanying his
intelligent and philosophical friend on this latest excursion.
Bucky is a good student. He really is! If it weren’t for this one damn class. So a tutor it is. And because this is Bucky’s life, his new tutor is the cute guy who drunken felt him up last weekend. Too bad cute guy doesn’t remember. Of course.
On the back of an old envelope, Bucky writes, “Hey Steve, you tried to beat me up for saying Dumbledore was a good guy and then you knocked yourself unconscious. You couldn’t remember where you lived so I brought you back to my place. I didn’t kidnap you, I promise. –Bucky.”
